Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space a 10-minute walk to the beach. Contemporary private upstairs 2-bedroom apartment among southern Live Oaks; you’ll think you’re in a tree house! The Amelia Island Trail is steps away; walk or bike to the beach in this quiet tree-lined neighborhood. Groceries, the Ritz, and south end restaurants are right around the corner. A BBQ and firepit on your private deck and bikes are available for exploring the island or heading to the beach.

Our cottage is newly listed on AirBnB. We built this space on our property on Amelia Island to share this special island with others, and we know you will love it as much as we do.

Island Guesthouse in the Oaks gets its name from the gorgeous live oaks dripping with moss all around the property. These grand trees are one of the reasons we bought our home. We're situated about a half-mile from the beach, so a morning walk or easy bike ride takes you to the white sandy beaches of Amelia Island.

We've taken time to furnish our upstairs guesthouse with beachy decor in comfy, bright spaces, set in the lush green of the trees in our back garden. There is a spacious living room and kitchen for your culinary masterpieces...or just a cup of coffee and a muffin in the morning! There are two bedrooms with queen beds on either side of the hallway, a bathroom and full-size washer and dryer.

Once you walk onto the attached deck you'll want to laze around with that first-morning coffee or an adult beverage to close out a memorable day here on our island. With the lush green of ferns and towering oak trees surrounding you, you may not want to leave! Be sure to tell us if you'd like to barbecue while you're here and we'll put the BBQ out for y'all.

Cute 2/1 cottage on the beach that is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to an uncrowded beach. At the base of the driveway is a 150m boardwalk thru the dunes to the beach. The cottage sits behind main house and shares an entrance walkway and driveway. Although it is beach side there is no oceanview from the cottage. There is a 3 day minimum, No smoking, and a strict 3 guest limit.

The space
The apartment is cozy and private (625 Sq ft). There is 1 king and 1 queen bed. It is a nice place to just relax, decompress and unplug. There is WiFi, but the Internet can be spotty on the beach.

The Isle of Santa Maria is in the Hearthstone House on the second floor with views of the beautiful front entry gardens and the Williams House. It features antique Eastlake Victorian burled walnut queen-size bed, antique furnishings, carpeted floors, and energy-efficient LED lighting. This room has an antique upholstered loveseat perfect for snuggling. Through French doors, you’ll have access to the semi-private covered porch and seating, perfect for an evening cocktail or morning coffee. The spacious private ensuite bath offers an antique clawfoot tub and a separate oversized shower.
