No smoking inside the room or near room with door or window open. Please note, any indication of smoking inside the room or near room where smoke smell (any type-cigs or weed) can get in the room will result in eviction without question and forfeiture of security deposit. We are sticklers on this as we worked hard to make this a beautiful building and don`t want it stinky. Just smoke outside away from the doors. We do require a credit card on file with Salty Dog Vacations, the managers of the inn. We will put a $200 security hold on the card during your stay as smoking in units is a big issue in Daytona and we are really protecting against this. If you use a credit card, you won`t even notice as the card would only be charged if the smoking rule was violated, however, if you use a debit card/bank card you will see the charge pending as a hold on the funds until a couple days after check out so we just want you to know as we will never keep your funds unless the rule violated, but every bank takes different amounts of days to take the hold off.

Pet fee is $25/per pet per day, max 2 pets. Airbnb does not have an option to update this per pet so our staff will contact you to get pet fee paid if needed. We do ask for a pic of your pet so that we know what pets go where:). We love our furry friends and glad to welcome yours!

This quirky and charming inn offers a variety of sleeping arrangements, including 2 queen beds, 4 king beds, 2 double beds and two optional single beds. The 7 bathrooms are equipped with luxurious amenities like a jetted bathtub and one even has a bidet. Two rooms feature balconies that overlook the bustling Flagler Ave with great shops and restaurants. Welcome to your quiet, spacious, and private cottage. Enjoy all new appliances in the full size kitchen, a 50” smart TV, a 320 sq. ft. shaded outdoor deck, and a fire pit surrounded by greenery. It is located only minutes from Flagler avenue, Historic Downtown NSB's restaurants and shops, Daytona Beach; while at the same time being it's own private getaway.

The space
We recently bought this beautiful dream home on three acres of land. My daughter and I renovated the guest home you see now. It was our second project (our last renovation is up on Airbnb as well in Sanford, FL). This guest house was used as storage by the previous owners so it was in need of some TLC. We gutted it and built it back up from scratch making it a secluded and fully functioning getaway. We recorded the whole process if you are interested in checking it out—just look up the Atmosphere Shifters Youtube channel.

The guest house is equipped with a king-sized bed, a studio-style living space with a full sized pull out couch, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious outdoor area that guests can enjoy all year. The guest house is completely separate from the main house, however, the laundry room in the main house has a separate exterior entrance and we are happy to allow our guests an allotted time to use it should they choose to. We, the hosts, observe the privacy of our guests; however, we are usually available should you need us! We are here to make the stay as satisfying as possible.

Other things to note
There are multiple dedicated parking spaces for guests as well as a private driveway into the property. We built a fence to designate all of the land guests are able to enjoy.

Soft opening of quaint small town feel studio apartment with hot plate, refrigerator and toaster oven. Does not have an oven. We are still in the process of adding some finishing touches to the space. Shared courtyard/patio area with long term tenants (they have a small friendly dog ). Has an outdoor patio with table/chairs/umbrella. 2 bicycles for use. Close to the river (5 min walk), 3 mile from downtown NSB & canal st. and 10-15 min drive to NSB beach and Flagler Ave.

Short walk or drive to the river, quiet neighborhood, bird watching outside your window, (cardinal couple, blue jay, tuffted tit mouse)
There are dolphins and manatees you can see at the river park that is a 5 min walk from the house.

Cute, clean, and bright! Steps to the beach. Walking distance to Chases famous raw bar and many other shops and restaurants. Queen size bed in private bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room. Kitchen is attached to the living room giving it an open floor plan.
There is a common area in the back that has the laundry facility as well as a grill. Guest must provide their own propane. The washer and dryer are free but also available to others so please do not leave clothes unattended.

Bedroom is separate from the living room which has a pull out couch, television, and connected to the kitchen. Laundry facility on property.
Maximum occupancy is 3. This includes guests and visitors.

After the Rental Agreement is e-signed and the $250.00 security hold is scheduled, access instructions along with house rules will be emailed to the guest within three (3) days before arrival.

**IMPORTANT** This is a completely private and separate guesthouse attached to the primary residence of its owner.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay. Credit card information will be separately collected during the secure Rental Agreement e-signing process.

Parking:
One (1) Attached driveway space (Dedicated) offered free of charge to guests. Please note that the inside of the pictured enclosed garage in front of the driveway is not available for guest use. RV's, trailers, or oversized trucks are not permitted to be parked at this property.
