We were not given either of those, and had to switch rooms. The listing on vrbo does state that they can not guarantee a room or view, but if I am booking the specific room category that offers certain things, I expect to get those things. Overall would stay at this resort again."

- "We enjoyed our day at the beach after being in orlando. The staff was very nice and attentive" - "The unit is a hotel room; we were upgraded to a beach front room which was nice. However, the noise from the band shell was overpowering even with the door closed. One night it went until after 10 pm. The parking is listed as $30 per night. That is correct except it is open air parking across the street. Covered valet parking is $40 which we chose. The hotel uses bell hops to transport your luggage. However, when leaving all you do is let the valet parking know you are leaving, then call the bell hop; your luggage will be at your car by the time you get there. But, we did enjoy the location overall, the friendly staff and the amenities"

- "Wonderful stay in a clean, well-equipped ocean view unit. The sunrise views were breathtaking—making coffee in the kitchen while watching the ocean was a highlight. We had access to all the amenities at the resort, and the owner was friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!" - "Condo was the perfect size amenities were awesome. - "Fun, easy checkin. Wished something would have said Hilton so I didn’t drive around looking for the address but otherwise great. Staff at hotel super friendly." - "These rooms are located in Hilton on the beach. The location is great so is the hotel. We were able to upgrade to oceanfront rooms at the check in with great views. Family friendly resort and everything is close by. The only downside if you’re traveling with little kids is that there is a dome right outside of the resort where they do pop concerts and the noise is too loud. If you don’t have kids you could in fact enjoy the ocean and the concert right from the comfort of your own room if you end up in north tower of the resort. Otherwise it’s so loud at night that it’s hard to put kids down for bed. The communication was a little scratchy with the host or the property management company. First they didn’t know whether the rooms had refrigerators and microwave. On the day of the check in I didn’t have an address of the property. Upon asking I was first told that they do not accept last minute requests even though my reservation was all paid for by that time. It was a little nerve racking to receive that response when you’re traveling with little ones on a holiday weekend. Other than that everything turned out to be great."

This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of the unit on the property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for a security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check-in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $25 plus tax resort charge will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: basic guest internet access; self-parking for one vehicle; beach equipment including boogie boards, chairs and toys; games including billiards, air hockey and cornhole; board games; PressReader access; barbecue equipment.

Unfortunately, due to the design of the building, our resort has a very limited number of suites with a direct view of the beach/ocean and as such not every suite has a direct view. Every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals but these requests are not guaranteed and are based on availability and occupancy. Accordingly, we want you to know that we will do our very best to insure that we provide world class service and do all that we can to make you comfortable during your stay with us.
- All reservations that have an alternate guest checking in should make prior arrangements with the host.
- No pets are allowed (strictly enforced) with the exception of Service Animals (i.e. Seeing Eye Dog).
- You must be at least 18 years of age to check -in.
- Parking at our resort is very limited and is restricted to one vehicle per reservation. Any additional vehicles, oversize vehicles, recreational vehicles or trailers are required to park off property. Our Front Desk can provide alternate parking locations and rates. Visitors of guests must register with the Front Desk in advance and offsite parking for visitors may be required.
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted inside guest suites, nor in the pool areas, sundeck, tiki bar or grilling areas. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony of guest suites and in specified areas around the resort.

Please note that while specific details such as furniture, decor, or other room features may vary, this could include differences such as the absence of windows in certain rooms, changes in paint color, variations in flooring or different types of flooring could be replaced or changed, or updates to appliances and furniture could be different from room.

•The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.

•Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge.
•No shows and early departures will not receive a refund.
•Smoking is not permitted within resort buildings. However, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. Any violation of this policy will incur a fee.
