But I would like to add that the house keeper helped us out the whole time we were there. Despite this problem we loved the condo and would return in the near future for another visit."

I couldn’t get late checkout confirmed until the last minute even though we paired for it before our stay even started and it was very difficult to find my check in instructions or communicate timely for assistance. I arrived really late and had no idea how to access the property and frantically called hotels.com to try to figure out the access code at 2am because they never sent it to begin with. The kitchen had zero supplies… and when I say zero, I mean I had to buy a frying pan and a spatula because I tried cooking bacon in a pot with a spatula and the spatula melted because it was cheep plastic. I also had to buy kitchen scissors, a lighter and basic seasonings and oil to cook with. There were only a couple tiny bar soaps for the bathrooms, one trash bag, one dishwasher soap, a tiny roll of paper towels, and a tiny container of dish soap for a 6 night stay. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sheets had yellow stains on them and honestly didn’t even smell good. You could feel the springs through the hard flimsy mattress and you would roll into the center of the mattress. We had to sleep in the twin beds because they were more comfortable. The pillows are also pretty bad. "

The layout of the complex places this unit at the end of the building for a very private and quiet option whether for seniors who like privacy, or for families with little ones needing a quiet nap option!
We have very easy access to and from our open parking area to the townhouse, whether unloading your suitcases, groceries or beach toys!
GREAT place for a getaway of friends, seniors, families, singles, or anyone who appreciates an easy access, beach location! No driving on our beach ever, and the grassy courtyard right off our patio works great for kids to hang out with a soccer ball, blow bubbles in the ocean air, or play a game of TAG!
Wheelchair access (slim model) only works in our downstairs area, but with the queen size sleeper sofa, guests in a wheelchair or using a walker can be accommodated with our first floor level for sleeping and a bathroom, along with the kitchen and dining space, with access to our patio and right onto the pool deck from there.
We do our BEST to not only "meet" your expectations, but to "EXCEED THEM!" I will be delighted to work well with you on setting up for a wonderful vacation.

We offer a full kitchen stocked with basic sugar, spices, etc. Our dining area seats 4-6 people. The living room has a giant picture window facing the north with beautiful views and the entire living room opens up to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean with large sliding glass doors to our outdoor balcony which has comfortable seating and outdoor dining tables & chairs.

The bedrooms are set up as 1 king room with a detached bathroom and the second back bedroom has two queen size beds with an ensuite bathroom. We supply comfortable, soft linens and hotel quality towels, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryers and irons.

One of the best amenities is that you can walk directly onto the beach from the back patio. Beautifully renovated charmer located minutes from Canal Street and the Indian River and only 2 miles to the ocean. This lovely 1955 bungalow cottage was transformed top-to-bottom. Absolutely new everything unless we DIY'd it ourselves. Every detail was considered from memory foam mattresses and bamboo pillows to the Keurig coffee maker to the outdoor shower, deck and fire pit. She's a 'smart home' with Alexa operating lights, tv stations and thermostat to the smart locks that allow you to create your own personal key code. Lots of love went into this cottage!
There's a park across with the street with tennis courts, soccer field, skatepark, playgound, basketball courts etc. so we've included tennis rackets and balls, basket ball, football, and even a kite. There's beach towels and boogie boards to take to the beach and a collapsible wagon to make life easy when transporting all the goodies. There's even room to park your boat in the driveway. We can stock the fridge with items of your choice with notice ;) Everything you could ever need to have the greatest vacation ever!

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse presides over NSB's non-driving shore. Ocean Club South is one of the smaller condo complexes in New Smyrna Beach, located on the NO DRIVE beach, allowing for a quieter & less crowded pool and beach area. Our condo is newly furnished, very clean and nicely appointed. The open floor plan is great for entertaining, and the balcony is ideal for enjoying morning sunrises.

Our townhouse is located on the second and third story of a direct ocean front building. On the second floor, enter into the main living area. It's furnished with a large comfortable couch which can pull out into a queen-sized bed. There is a table for 4 and 4 barstools at the breakfast bar. The balcony overlooks the ocean and has two chairs and a side table & two high top chairs. The well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking a yummy meal, and a full bathroom (walk-in shower) are downstairs. A quick walk up the stairs will take you to the second story with two bedrooms and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo).

The kitchen boasts everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Functional cooking essentials include a Keurig coffee maker & a filter less 12-cup programmable Coffee Maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, griddle and more. You'll find that you won't have to leave the condo for oceanfront dining as the table for four has an incredible view of the sea. All new plates, glasses, and stemware are available for your use.

The pool is direct oceanfront on the no drive portion of the beach in New Smyrna. There is no railing, fencing, or landscape to block the incredible view. A raised, covered gazebo is also on our pool deck to escape the sun as desired.

We provide plenty of towels (beach and bath), comfy blankets for those movie nights, all linens, as well as plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish & dishwashing soap, 1lb of Dunkin Donuts coffee/creamers, and general cleaning supplies. We want you to come with a bag packed and truly enjoy yourselves!

Looking forward to the dock repair in NSB, so that the water taxi to Ponce Inlet will start up again..lots of fun.

We recently bought this beautiful dream home on three acres of land. My daughter and I renovated the guest home you see now. It was our second project (our last renovation is up on Airbnb as well in Sanford, FL). This guest house was used as storage by the previous owners so it was in need of some TLC. We gutted it and built it back up from scratch making it a secluded and fully functioning getaway. We, the hosts, observe the privacy of our guests; however, we are usually available should you need us! We are here to make the stay as satisfying as possible.
