Bathroom clean and renovated but for a beach retreat lacks in the appropriate water pressure. Our host was very responsive to requests which was wonderful.. Does not have a stove or oven- only two hotplates, which works in a pinch but isn't ideal. Overall for what it is, location pet friendly and price, was worth it. Only a few tweaks and it would be PERFECT"

This is the perfect little hideaway in Daytona. It was SO clean!! The bed was so comfortable!! The shower got SO hot it was such a nice way to decompress after a long day at the beach. Jenna was such an amazing host. Any questions we had she replied fast. The toilet was running and she had her contractor come and fix it and even HE was amazing. So nice and communicative. There was no extra check out chores like a lot of have. It Felt just like a hotel!!! The location is UNBEATABLE!!!! It Didn't even feel like a far walk and I'm 6 months pregnant!! I would 10/10 rebook here and recommend to my friends and family too!!

Great location, close to bars on main street...short walk to ocean walk shoppes where there are restaurants, bars, and daytona bandshell which hosts tribute bands every weekend may thru august. The Space:
It takes about 3 minutes to the beach. It is across the street from the Hilton, at the auditorium parking lot. See auditorium practice events from the balcony. Free Parking on property for 1 vehicle per unit. The space is accessed from the large front balcony on the 2nd floor. There is a large front room that is used as a bedroom and also living room with a queen bed with chest of drawers and nightstand. In that same room is a desk and office-like chair for use with your computer as a workspace. There are black-out blinds for the night-owls or others who will need to be sleeping during the day. The separate full kitchen has an electric range/stove for cooking, large refrigerator, microwave, and all utensils (pots, pans, cutlery). Coffee maker and coffee with condiments are also provided. Free Strong WiFi for video-conferencing etc. We have discounted the unit if it is occupied by only one person because our expenses will be discounted by the cleaners, our utility bills will be less etc. Should you have a second person occupying the unit please disclose it upfront as it WILL impact your stay at the unit.
** Update: This unit can now accommodate a max of 4 guests with the use of a queen air bed in the kitchen/dining room area. An alternative is a twin air bed that accommodates 1 person for a total of 3 guests.

This Airbnb is the perfect little hideaway in Daytona. It was SO clean!! The bed was so comfortable!! The shower got SO hot it was such a nice way to decompress after a long day at the beach. Jenna was such an amazing host. Any questions we had she replied fast. The toilet was running and she had her contractor come and fix it and even HE was amazing. So nice and communicative. There was no extra check out chores like a lot of airbnbs have. It Felt just like a hotel!!! The location is UNBEATABLE!!!! It Didn't even feel like a far walk and I'm 6 months pregnant!! I would 10/10 rebook here and recommend to my friends and family too!!

The separate full kitchen has an electric range/stove for cooking, large refrigerator, microwave, and all utensils (pots, pans, cutlery). Coffee maker and coffee with condiments are also provided. 2. DOOR ENTRY CODE: The home has an electronic smart lock on the entry door with a numeric keypad. You will be sent an ADT Invitation via your personal email to gain access to the smart lock with your house instructions that will be active from 4PM on your arrival date through 11PM on your departure date. Your door access will be provided in your house instructions that will be emailed to you upon your final payment and within 1 week to 48 hours of your scheduled arrival time and date.
3. CHECK IN: Is at 4:00 PM or after. If you are checking in after 11 PM, you must let us know as soon as possible by phone or text. CHECK OUT is at 11:00 PM or earlier. You must check out by 11:00 PM or we reserve the right to remove any luggage and other personal belongings from the house.

OWNER: Owner shall provide all utilities, furnishings, towels, linens and starter bathroom & kitchen supplies (hand soap, toilet paper, napkins to wipe hands, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablet and 1 paper towel). Owner is not responsible for any utility or cable/internet interruptions during the guests stay but will make every attempt to have the utility/cable company restore their services as soon as possible.
5. GUEST: Guest agrees to leave unit in the same condition as found. Furniture must be in the same location as when you arrived. Dishes, pots and pans must be properly cleaned as to not have any baked on food, all trash (water bottles, boxes, bags etc) must be picked up and put out for the trash in the large trash can in the back of the house during your stay and upon departure. Any damage to the house will be your responsibility. You are responsible for making sure the house is properly secured at all times. Owner assumes no liability for property loss or damage, nor liability for accidents or injury. The house will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.
6. ZERO TOLERANCE: No pets allowed and No smoking allowed inside the house or outside the house nor on the premises. Smoking is permitted outside on the street or sidewalk only. An additional cleaning fee of $500.00 will be assessed if the property has been found smoked in via smell, cigarette butts on the premises or damages to our property inside or outside resulting from cigarettes, tobacco, vapor or cannabis.
7. RESIDENTS: The only residents allowed in the home are those submitted at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed upon by the owner.
8. Pets: Are not permitted in rental home unless agreed upon at time of booking. A $300 fee will be assessed if a pet is found to have been in the rental home without pre-authorization. Homes that are pet friendly require an additional non-refundable fee of $250.00 per pet. Pets over 25lbs not permitted.
9. Age Requirement – No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-three. Parents must accompany their children at all times. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
10. Damage Protection Insurance – This Damage Protection Insurance plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the payment method on file. The Damage Protection Insurance does not cover the guest for soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the house excessively dirty. These fees will be charged to the payment method on file.
11. Payment – Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

The space
A true beach cottage - Not fancy or pretentious, just very clean and cozy where you can feel at home. Enjoy your snacks and welcome gift before heading to the beach, Daytona Lagoon or one of the many other nearby walkable activities and places Daytona offers.
A king bed, double bed in roomy bedrooms and a pull out queen sofa will sleeps 6. A roll away bed or air mattress will sleep 8 if needed but it could be a bit tight. (Request in advance). Luxury linens and thick cotton duvets provide a restful sleep before enjoying the day at the beach. Beach chairs, toys, sunshades, umbrella, and wagon to pull them in are all provided!
Walk home for a cookout with your family or friends using the provided propane grill and play some outdoor games such as corn hole and soak in the hot tub on your large back deck, where theres plenty of room for everyone! Watch the sun set over the river, followed by a relaxing shower with massage jets, or enjoy a show on the huge 75-inch flat screen tv while sitting in the massage chair or in bed where you don't even need to deal with the remote because it's voice activated!

This completely updated single family 1930’s beach home with a covered front porch and completely decked out backyard paradise is close to everything Daytona Beach has to offer. Two blocks from Main Street, 3 blocks from The World’s Most Famous Beach, and less than 5 miles to speedway and airport. The house sleeps 8 adults comfortable and has the option of adding two children. Perfect spot to enjoy all that Daytona Beach has to offer.

The space
This home has stairs throughout. Stairs up to main entrance. Normal flight up to second floor bedrooms. Two steps into two of the bedrooms. The back deck is multi leveled with steps throughout. There are two fireplaces that are NON-FUNCTIONAL.

There are 4 separate bedrooms. The master bedroom with en suite is on the main floor and is very large with a ceiling fan, TV, and a walk-in closet. The en-suite has a large shower and double granite vanity. Three bedrooms and the second full bathroom are upstairs. There is also a half bathroom inside of the “Green Room” which has a queen bed, dresser, closet, and a ceiling fan. The middle bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with a large dresser, TV, ceiling fan, closet and an attached small room with a futon couch/bed perfect for kids. The third upstairs bedroom is small but very cozy with a full bed, shelves for clothes , and a closet.

Fully stocked kitchen including a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig, a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a small sitting area. Large TV in the living room with lots of
seating. Dining room has a rectangular table that seats 6 comfortably and is great for game play. The half bathroom is off of the dining room. The laundry room with washer/dryer is off of the kitchen. There is a back room which has another futon and a desk and connects to the back deck, as does the laundry room.

The completely fenced backyard outdoor space is private, large, and a great way to begin and end your day. Bamboo surrounds the lower deck which is partially covered and perfect for corn hole. Multi leveled deck throughout with a gas fire pit and covered sitting area, a covered Weber grill, outdoor shower, and a large wood table with bench.
