Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just 1.4 miles from the beach and 1 block from Ormond’s pubs and restaurants; you can take a bike or walk to most of the best spots! Designed for ultimate relaxation and equipped with all you’ll need to enjoy your cozy home away from home. We have the beach, the restaurants, and rivers nearby for kayaking or boating! Go one way for beaches and breezy pub crawls and the other for walking paths and lazy river floating.
The space
A large studio space with a queen bed, dresser, two chairs and a few small tables. You also have a kitchenette, a small closet, and a full bathroom. There is a courtyard with rattan chairs, a bench, bbq grill and table top fire pit.
Note: the bathroom is small so if that’s very important to you, you may want to pass on this spot.
This is also a non-smoking property.
Guest access
The designated parking space on the Lincoln Ave side, the courtyard and all of the guest house cottage. We also have yard space for a kayak and bikes you make want to bring.
Other things to note
The courtyard is shared with us but we typically only use it for the occasional bbq or use it as a cut through to take trash to the curb. You may also see our two excited bulldogs and porch cats checking you out! Don’t let the pups see ya tho, they’ll try to go home with you! Lol 😂 We have quite the little zoo here!

The space
Only 2 blocks to the beach, shared pool, and nearby kayaking and fishing on the Halifax River. This peaceful, clean extra-large upstairs apartment has a fully stocked kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and crockpot. We also offer complimentary coffee, snacks, and drinks to get you started. The huge bedroom has plenty of closet space, a reading nook, a designated office/work station, and a 48" TV with Roku. The living/dining space is fully stocked with books and games to enjoy on those days you decide to stay in. We offer pleanty of linens, towels, and beach towels for your stay. Also included is free access to the use of kayaks, bicycles, boogey boards, coolers, beach chairs, and more. Please, no smoking or vaping, no pets, and not suitable for young children.

You will have access to the shared pool, patio, and backyard as well as the washer, dryer, and adventure equipment in the garage.

Make yourself at home in the resort style studio bungalow, including full use of our shared pool, outdoor fire pit, outdoor grill,. Walking distance to public River access and popular night life and restaurants in the Historic Art District. Queen bed. Two lounge chairs by the pool are ready for you to relax.
The space
The bungalow is located on our residential property, and we are happy to share our pool, outside living space, and dock during your stay. You will be provided with a key during your stay, and the rented space is completely private. The guesthouse studio is equipped with a kitchenette including small fridge, microwave, hotplate, coffee maker, and sink counter space. Not full kitchen. But outdoor grill is available as well.
Guest access
Guests have access to their private poolside bungalow, a large 1 room space with Queen bed, dining table and kitchenette area. Private outdoor lounge area just off of the bungalow. Shared use of our pool and outdoor kitchen and grill. Parking for one car. Unregistered guests are never permitted on property.

No stove or oven in the kitchenette , but hot plate on request and outdoor grill available for your use. Steps leading around pool deck to your private guesthouse.

This fully self-contained country 4 bedrooms with 3 half baths and 2 full bathrooms cottage is in the heart of the Daytona Beach Area. The cottage is part of an 11 -acre estate and has a manager and maintenance department on the premises. This home has a beautiful peaceful private setting, a perfect place for friends and family. Ideal for groups attending the many local events that Daytona beach area offers. We would love you to enjoy your stay with us.

All size trailers and RV welcome.Only a short distance from the Beach, Speedway, shops, and restaurants. 15 mins to the beach, 4 mins to shops, 12 mins to the speedway.
