No better view on Amelia Island Plantation located in the Beach Walker community. This villa overlooks the Beach Walker pool and the ocean. The Beach Walker pool has recently been completely renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. The villa has Italian tile floors throughout. The wall colors are warm and rich and covered with original, decorative, photography and artwork by well known artists, including Clyde Butcher, Carl Brenders and Steve Johnson.

The backside bedrooms each have a private balcony overlooking the island treetops and the Amelia River and have a wonderful view of the setting sun. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twin beds. These bedrooms have a common full bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath and has a beautiful view of the ocean.

The kitchen has been totally renovated. It is open and spacious and has Frigidaire appliances, including side by side fridge and convection oven with a flat top range. The ocean can be viewed from the kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean off the living area.

As with all Beach Walker Villas, this villa has multiple floors and some stairs. May not be appropriate for guests with mobility challenges.

You and your family will enjoy the quiet, relaxed atmosphere of the island, yet have all food, golf, and entertainment amenities.

- "The property was exactly as it appears in the photos. We found the beds to be very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the view fantastic. When you first enter the unit there is a large laundry room immediately off the foyer with two beach cruisers and a nice washer and dryer. There is also a smaller closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and even beach towels. The unit is just a few steps from the elevator which made moving in and out very easy. The kitchen, dining and living rooms were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and included a refrigerator with an ice-maker. There were both Keurig and drip coffee makers.The bedrooms had very comfortable beds with good linen. The pool was very nice and only a short walk from the unit. The ocean is a short walk past the pool. Nearly everyday we saw many land tortoises and rabbits. The beach and pool were never crowded. The unit is close to shopping and a grocery store. We love the condo and the area. From the master bedroom you can watch the sunrise without ever leaving the bed. The beach is never crowded. You can always find a place to set up your tent and chairs. My 6 yo granddaughter loves the pool and she met a friend there which makes for relaxing days by the pool for the parents. Our well appointed villa features painted vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans in each room adding a tropical feel. The furniture is comfortable and stylish and an eclectic mix of antiques and new pieces that also add to the tropical ambiance. There is a sliding door to the slate paved patio which is equipped with a 5 pc bar height dining set for the best views. The living, dining, & kitchen are open concept and every room is well accessorized with oil paintings, prints, designer lamps & decor pieces. The kitchen features granite and soapstone surfaces, upgraded cabinets & moulding, a center island with beverage refrigerator and seating for 4, cabinet door & stainless appliances are all included in the fully equipped kitchen
The master features a K bed with custom bedding, a large soaking tub, shower, & double vanity all with soapstone surfaces. The remaining two bathrooms are finished with granite, slate, and river pebble. One containing a shower and the other a tub/shower combo
The second bedroom is also furnished with a K bed and the third with two queen beds. Each room is well appointed with designer bedding and accessories. The views from the bedrooms are long range over the beautiful tree canopy of the island and the Amelia River which is part of the inter coastal waterway.

It was late February and in the 80's during the day, but was very comfortable at night. That said, the property was VERY spacious and had every amenity we could imagine, and we even hosted a party for a limited number of our son's wedding party. It is well maintained and has the best views. The location is also within driving distance (20-30 minutes max) of so many different restaurants. My wife even got to check off a bucket list item when she got to visit house from the original Pippi Longstocking movie. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we ever go back to Amelia Island."

Vacasa couldn't have been more responsive to our requests (new battery for the smoke detector, new light bulbs for the lights over the stove) and they even came and cleaned the windows after tropical storm Nicole when we requested it. The porch furniture was mildewed (happens rapidly in Florida humidity) but I have no doubt that will be remedies by the time we come back - which we will, for sure!!"
