The nice path that leads to the beach took us 10-15 minutes to walk. Be advised there is a small flight of stairs to climb over the dunes before getting to the beach. Saltwater Suite is a studio condo with king bed, kitchenette, smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. Only steps to Crescent Beach and the heated pool. Recently remodeled ground floor unit (no steps). Obstructed ocean view (no balcony) from large window facing north. We are located just a short drive south of St. Augustine and its many attractions and activities, so this is the perfect location to either lounge on the beach, swim, or experience the enchantments of the historic city.

CONDO AMENITIES

This 300 square foot, first-floor condo was remodeled in 2018 with a new kitchenette with granite counter top, microwave, refrigerator and custom built coastal furniture. We are constantly updating things in the unit. The kitchen also has a cooktop, toaster over, blender, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc.

The condo has one king bed, full bath, two-person dining area, sofa, smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heat. There are two large windows facing north that overlook the public beach parking with obstructed views of the Atlantic ocean. Our condo is located at the north end of the Beacher's Lodge complex and has convenient beach access through the public access lot. You can also use the gated private access located between units 107 and 108. This is also the location of the Beacher's Lodge pool.

We provide the following items to make your stay more enjoyable: bath towels, bed linens, hair dryer, starter shampoo/conditioner/soaps, paper products, drip coffee maker and kitchen supplies.

Note: Although there is a lobby on site, the condo is privately owned and daily cleaning service is not provided. Guests do not check in at the lobby but rather go directly to the condo and use the door lock code, which will be provided the day before the guest checks in.

The Beacher's Lodge complex has free parking for one vehicle per unit and the following amenities: heated pool, gated beach access, smoking areas, bike storage, communal charcoal grills, coin laundry, ice machines, elevators, and luggage carts.

LOCATION
Beacher's Lodge is located 6 miles from I-95 at what is affectionately known by the locals as South Beach or Crescent Beach, just 10 miles south of St Augustine, the oldest city in America. Walk to three local favorite restaurants or take a short drive to dozens more up and down highway A1A.

There is a convenience store one block away where you can buy fuel, ice, snacks, beer and wine. Beacher's Lodge is one mile to Dollar General, four miles to a Publix grocery store, five miles to the St Augustine Lighthouse, five miles to St Augustine Beach and six miles to famous restaurants like the Salt Life, Oasis and Sunset Grill. You are ten miles from the Bridge of Lions and the fort in St. Augustine.

If you'd like a surfboard, paddle board or bicycle, there is a rental shop two doors down where you can rent those sorts of things. And you can feel secure, even though you are on the ground floor because we are next door to the police department.

Crescent Beach Cottage is a private residence filled with local charm, ideally located across the street from the 206 Crescent beach ramp. If you want a break from the busy condos, this is it!

You'll be just a few minutes' walk from the beach ramp and less than 100 steps from the Intercoastal Waterway. There are great fishing platforms under the drawbridge and the sunset each evening is truly a sight to see!

This home is one of two cottages on the property. This listing is for the larger house, which offers a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a 50-inch TV, and all sorts of old-time charm. There's a new memory-foam mattress in the primary bedroom, a second guest room, and a sofabed in the sitting room.

At the end of the day, grill outside on the deck and enjoy a yard that's fenced for your dogs. Not interested in cooking a big meal? Walk across the street for a fantastic meal at South Beach Grill on the ocean. Parking is provided in front of the bungalow as well (with trailers and boats welcome too!).

Crescent Beach is only 11 miles south of downtown St. Augustine and 45 miles north of Daytona Beach. It offers miles and miles of white sand beach for you to walk or ride your bike on, and the surf fishing is fantastic. Walk with a cup of coffee in the morning and see the sunrise, or head out with a flashlight at night to spot the ghost crabs scrambling on the sand. You'll also be close enough to walk to local restaurants and even a fun Irish pub.

The yard is fenced for your dogs, and there's parking right in front of the bungalow (trailers and boats are welcome too!).

Crescent Beach is only 11 miles south of downtown St. Augustine and 45 miles north of Daytona Beach. It offers miles and miles of white sand beach for you to walk or ride your bike on, and the surf fishing is fantastic. Walk with a cup of coffee in the morning and see the sunrise, or head out with a flashlight at night to spot the ghost crabs scrambling on the sand. A beautiful UPDATED ocean view 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath town home. It has enough room to sleep six. There is a 1/2 bathroom conveniently located downstairs. This UPDATED condo is furnished with a king bed in the master suite, two twin beds in the guest room and a sleep sofa in the living room. There is a large TV for the sports fans in the family room, a desk for that quick conference call, and a DVD player with a variety of movies for entertainment within the condo. Fully equipped kitchen. Unit has a washer/dryer, and high speed internet access for those quick work email glances and to save on phone data.

Sit on the balcony while watching the waves crash. Wake up early to witness the stunning sunrise over the Atlantic!! Beautiful sunsets can be viewed across the street at the inlet. You truly get the best of both worlds. **During the hurricane last fall, we had some damage to some of the balcony dividers. *The balcony is still fully functional* and will be repaired ASAP.

At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickle ball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Each section of Summerhouse has its own gated walkout to the beach so you never have a long walk to the beautiful beach.

We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience. Truly everything you could possibly need for that perfect beach vacation. We are just up the street from our rental unit to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise.

For our boating friends, we have a parking lot for the boats with a washout station as well. Several boat ramps all around our property. The parking lot can also accommodate those traveling with a trailer.

Rainy day? Too much sun? No worries. We have several DVDs along with cards and games for your use.

Port Canaveral is only a couple hours away so you can watch Space Launches from the comfort of your front door or on the beach.
