Also vacant lots on both sides. We were there July 19-23, when the temps were really high but the water temp was not what I had feared--lovely and cool. This has nothing to do with the property, but I would say do not eat at The Reef. Horrible service--unapologetically bad service. We had a good meal at Palm Valley Fish Camp and would have had at Caps but the wait was too long. The owners are very responsive. This is a one of a kind property! I'll probably book for next summer as soon as I post this."

I only have one nit - the fan in the master bedroom would only work if the light was on (They were both on the same slider, and the available remote did not work to control the light/fan separately.) This was an issue for me because I habitually have a ceiling fan above the bed going throughout the night to keep airflow going. Our ocean front cottage is located between Jacksonville Beach and St. Augustine, in South Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, directly on the ocean. It is very private, with the public accesses located 1 mile to the north and 1 mile to the south. Guana Reserve State Park is across A1A to the west (which offers great nature hikes, bicycling, kayaking and fishing on the Tolomato River). Enjoy stargazing and beach walks at night and beach combing and swimming during the day.

The house boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each with bathtubs) with 2 couches in the living room. One of these couches pulls out into a full size bed for additional sleeping space! Dining table with custom made benches accommodates six people. New high count linens and fresh pillows lie atop the full size bed and queen size bed in the bedrooms, with an additional twin size cot in the first bedroom. The floors are wood and Mexican tile, with wood ceilings with recessed lights in the wide living area which faces the ocean. Take delight in the flat-screen television and high-speed WiFi internet which is on site.

Enjoy the Adirondack chairs on the beachside deck while watching dolphins swim by. An outdoor shower is available to wash off after swimming. Come and enjoy this wonderful escape from the stresses of everyday life!

Our home is located on 2.4 acres in Palm Valley, Florida. We have 2 homes that share this amazing property. The two homes are divided by a privacy fence, so each home has privacy. This home has a nice pool that is only available to our guests. We are in a very nice rural setting in the heart of Ponte Vedra and you access the property down a long crush-crete rock driveway. There are woods surrounding us and you may even see and hear birds, owls and hawks. There are 4 TVS with access to internet, board games, and a desk space to work. We have a full kitchen with anything you would need to create a perfect meal (less the food). There are two large porches to sit and think, drink coffee and just enjoy the peace and serenity. Enjoy the fire pit at night while roasting marsh mellows. Go play during the day and come back to a relaxing evening at the Oasis. Take a shower outdoors before heading in to relax. The space is meant for a relaxing time and family oriented time. It is not meant for the party scene. We do not want to disturb the neighbors even though they are not all that close. Enjoy a spa like bath or shower in the upstairs master bathroom. You will think you are at the spa. Sit and read in one of the many quiet spaces. Enjoy the upstairs screened in porch area. Bring your boat and fishing gear so you can go fishing and see all the beauty on the water in this area.

POOL IS FOR THIS UNIT ONLY

POOL AND SPA ARE HEAT CAPABLE. THERE IS A FEE FOR HEATING THE POOL AND SPA. Prior to your stay, upon check-in, or at any time during your stay, if you would like spa or pool to be heated, please notify your host.
The fee is $125 for the pool and spa to be heated. You can pay through the booking platform. If you are staying monthly, the fee is $125 per month.
At the time of payment your host will enable the heat pump remotely and it will be ready to use. The pool will heat up to a maximum of 86 degrees in Summer and 10 degrees warmer in Winter and the spa heats up to a maximum of 104 degrees.

SECURITY

There is a ring camera at the entry area. If you need immediate help, you can call the host directly or push the ring device to reach us. There are also ring camera flood lights for security. If you need anything at all, don't hesitate to reach out to us. The entire property including the POOL is covered by these security cameras. They are motion controlled.

They were thoughtful in so many ways, like extra water, lots of games and pool accessories. They even had towels for make up removal, cups for mouth wash, the kitchen was so fully stocked you felt you were in your own home. The air-conditioned was amazing with the hot humid climate. Bed was very comfortable and we specially look for comfortable furniture and the wilderness oasis has very comfortable furniture. The wrap around balcony was a great gathering spot. I was told there were 11 beach chairs but there were only 3 dilapidated chairs which could not accommodate our party of 10. The boogey board was cracked but at least we brought our own. However we didn’t bring chairs as we were told there were chairs there. Also the last set of stairs to the beach could use some attention as the wood on the rail is very knotty and too rough to use comfortably. One final thing much was made about protecting the sea turtles from light. This was impossible to do as several rooms had missing or broken slats from the vertical blinds. I would definite recommend and rebook this site."

All landscaping in front of all of the buildings has been removed in preparation for the work - a photo of the current exterior landscaping is included in the listing photos. Pine straw was laid down in the landscaping beds after this photo was taken.

As of October 3rd, our building is under construction. During the work being done directly on our building over the next 1-2 weeks, our unit's balcony will not be able to be used as they are doing stucco repair, painting, and replacing the screens on the balcony.

Construction will continue on Buildings 3 and 4 within the complex for the next couple of months.

Some of the construction work may include some noise. The parking lot out in front of our building has an excess of parking, so that should not be impacted by the construction.**

It's a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood that's only a short drive from Jacksonville's many beaches and with grocery stores, restaurants and amenities only 5-10 minutes drive away. There's plenty of room for a couple or a small family, although more than two people might find it a little "cozy" and the kitchenette is well-appointed with a kuerig coffee machine, microwave, minifridge and a toaster oven that's so advanced it's basically a small oven. The king-sized bed is spacious and comfy and there's a pullout sofa bed as well. The hosts live in the main house on the same property and are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. About the only downside to this great rental is the two flights of stairs to get up to the room, which will be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. A great place to stay in the Jacksonville area and I'd definitely come again next time I'm in town."

Sawgrass Splash is a completely renovated Rough Creek Villa in the gated community of Sawgrass Country Club. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom end unit townhouse has been furnished with modern yet coastal furniture and lighting. It is a short walk or bike ride from the beach.

It is well equipped with the conveniences of home like a Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, toaster, and other cooking and baking supplies.

The upstairs master bedroom has a KING bed and a large bathroom with freestanding tub and walk-in shower.. The downstairs bedroom has two adorable blue upholstered TWIN beds along with games and books. There is also a pull out couch in the living room to accommodate 2 extra people.

The townhouse has 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and a cooler bag (along with ice packs in the freezer) for the beach!

Note that a Sawgrass Country Club membership does not come with the rental. Guests staying more than a month may contact the Country Club and inquire about a temporary membership. But, they do have access to the private Sawgrass Beach.

Welcome to world-famous Ponte Vedra Beach! Situated on a 2-acre property surrounded by tall trees, you'll feel like you are out in the country, even though you are right in the center of town. Your stay will be in a fun, country-style tiny house with custom touches throughout that will make your stay a memorable one. A big screen TV and full kitchen will make you want to extend your stay for days!

Perfectly situated in the center of Ponte Vedra Beach (PVB), it is a short walk to V's Pizza/Julep, Valley Smoke, Barbara Jean's, American Legion, and the Intracoastal Fishing Pier. It's less than 2 miles to the TPC / PGA Tour World Headquarters and 4 miles to Mickler Beach. Downtown St Augustine and the Jacksonville Jaguars Stadium are just 30 minutes away.

Please note that this is a tiny house with a queen loft bed. Please consider this if you are much taller than 6' (shower is 6' 2") and climbing into the loft doesn't sound fun, although it really is! : ^ )

A wonderful, clean place for you to enjoy.

We are inside a beautiful golf community designed for walking. The pool is within a short stroll.

This private suite is right at the front door! You can come and go as you please. Everything you need is inside this well-planned, private suite: shampoo, hairdryer, iron and board, pool towels, and a beach bag.

The laundry room is across the hallway(bring your own supplies). Extra blankets and pillows are in the closet.

Your booking includes the private suite, laundry room (bring your own supplies), and the patios. There are chairs and a low table outside your room in the front patio for morning coffee.. If you want to eat outside on the back patio, you will need to walk through the dining room.

Let us know if you want us to set it up for you want to eat at the outdoor dining table. When you are done, please replace the table cover over the wooden table, close the umbrella, and store the pillows to protect them from damage. Wildlife viewing is free!

We are Close To The Beach- a 15 minute walk to a semi private beach or 8 minutes drive to a public beach. We are inside an immaculate community- built for walking. We have a lovely community pool within steps away from the house.
