Wonderful studio condo just across the street from the beach. There is a swimming pool just a short drive away. Many public Golf courses in the area.
This private second floor walk up condo has a screened in balcony to enjoy.
There is a pull out sofa so it can sleep 4 total including the king size bed. The washer and dryer in the unit is there for you to use.
We have beach chairs and towels for the beach. We have a Keurig in our kitchen for coffee in the morning.
The unit comes with all lines and towels. You will find all the toiletries in the condo for your enjoyment.

The balcony was roomy with three chairs and the fact that it was screened in was a bonus! It was a great spot to watch the thunderstorms roll in. (We just wish it had a fan.) Beach access was much closer than I expected with a nice deck walkway, showers, and hose to rinse away the sand. The beach area was not crowded at all. We appreciated the 2 chairs and umbrella—they made our day easier and more comfortable. (We loved them so much that we are going to buy a set of our own.) The water was beautiful and clear the first day. (Storms brought in rough waves the next couple of days, but we enjoyed it anyway.) We found lots of sharks teeth too. The pool was a short drive, and it overlooks a pretty pond area with birds, turtles, and large fish. There are restrooms there too. Owner was helpful and responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed our visit and appreciate getting to stay here!"

As of October 3rd, our building is under construction. During the work being done directly on our building over the next 1-2 weeks, our unit's balcony will not be able to be used as they are doing stucco repair, painting, and replacing the screens on the balcony.

Construction will continue on Buildings 3 and 4 within the complex for the next couple of months.

Some of the construction work may include some noise. The parking lot out in front of our building has an excess of parking, so that should not be impacted by the construction.**
