Wonderful studio condo just across the street from the beach. There is a swimming pool just a short drive away. Many public Golf courses in the area.
This private second floor walk up condo has a screened in balcony to enjoy.
There is a pull out sofa so it can sleep 4 total including the king size bed. The washer and dryer in the unit is there for you to use.
We have beach chairs and towels for the beach. We have a Keurig in our kitchen for coffee in the morning.
The unit comes with all lines and towels. You will find all the toiletries in the condo for your enjoyment.

- "Well-stocked, spacious, comfortable studio that I would book again! The kitchen had all the basics we needed. The balcony was roomy with three chairs and the fact that it was screened in was a bonus! It was a great spot to watch the thunderstorms roll in. (We just wish it had a fan.) Beach access was much closer than I expected with a nice deck walkway, showers, and hose to rinse away the sand. The beach area was not crowded at all. We appreciated the 2 chairs and umbrella—they made our day easier and more comfortable. (We loved them so much that we are going to buy a set of our own.) The water was beautiful and clear the first day. (Storms brought in rough waves the next couple of days, but we enjoyed it anyway.) We found lots of sharks teeth too. The pool was a short drive, and it overlooks a pretty pond area with birds, turtles, and large fish. There are restrooms there too. Owner was helpful and responded quickly to any questions. As of October 3rd, our building is under construction. During the work being done directly on our building over the next 1-2 weeks, our unit's balcony will not be able to be used as they are doing stucco repair, painting, and replacing the screens on the balcony.

Construction will continue on Buildings 3 and 4 within the complex for the next couple of months.

Some of the construction work may include some noise. The parking lot out in front of our building has an excess of parking, so that should not be impacted by the construction.**

This second-floor studio condo with a plush king bed and full bathroom and kitchen has everything you need to stay for a few nights, a week, a month, or more.

The fully-equipped kitchen with upgraded finishes and new appliances provides you with all the tools to whip up a gourmet meal - but we provide ample recommendations for dining out if you prefer to leave the cooking to someone else. Your morning coffee routine can be customized using one of three coffee makers - traditional auto-drip, Keurig single serve, or French Press coffee pot - plus milk frother and coffee grinder. The kitchen also features an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience.

The living space boasts a 55” 4KUHD Samsung Smart TV with Xfinity cable and streaming apps for your subscription services so you won’t miss the big game or your favorite show. This room includes a queen sofa bed for children or additional guests. We also provide some of our favorite books, games, and puzzles for use during your stay.

The screened porch shaded by sweeping magnolia branches is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching the sunset.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be some exterior stucco work completed on our complex over the next few months.

All landscaping in front of all of the buildings has been removed in preparation for the work - a photo of the current exterior landscaping is included in the listing photos. Pine straw was laid down in the landscaping beds after this photo was taken.

There will be NO construction work being done on our building in the month of July - all work will be done on Building 1 (the building directly south of ours). The work on Building 2 (our building) is not scheduled to start until the week of August 11th. The Building 2 work is scheduled to be completed during the week of September 1st. During the work being done directly on our building (from beginning of August to beginning of September), our unit's balcony will not be able to be used as they are doing stucco repair, painting, and replacing the screens on the balcony.

Construction will continue on Buildings 3 and 4 within the complex through the end of October.

Some of the construction work may include some noise. The parking lot out in front of our building has an excess of parking, so that should not be impacted by the construction.

Guest access
Please note that, while we’re fortunate to have use of the private Sawgrass beach access, you will not have access to the Sawgrass club amenities (golf, tennis, restaurants, beachfront pool) during your stay. There is a separate community pool for your use within the Sawgrass gate on the west side of Ponte Vedra Blvd.

No need to bring your own beach equipment - we provide two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and plenty of beach towels for use during your stay!
