- "Friendly and comfortable" - "The homeowner was extremely nice and fixed the few little concerns we had right away (brought extra bedding and tv remote). The photos online included rooms of the house that are not included in the rental of the room. Good deal for the money. This is a studio only with an attached bathroom. Looked recently renovated and very clean." - "The constant fighting that they were doing made my spouse very uncomfortable it was several times they would just be arguing really loud and one time I left to go get food my spouse heard a loud hit not sure exactly what that was but it made her scared and the constant noise one morning it was a guy cutting the grass next morning it was somebody doing tree work and pressure washing the house things like that should be done when ppl are not staying at your place. I asked where to take the trash to she said the other side of the house went to the other side of the house and see any trashcan so I did leave two bags of trash in the unit neatly but all in all the set up was nice minus the unit smelling like smoke the whole time it was nice whom ever lives in the house smokes in the house and every time they do you smell it in the unit she did accuse us of doing it one time but that wasn’t us when I pulled up all you could smell outside was smoke and I was really thinking about adding an extra day but I’m just gonna just get a hotel room. A bigger refrigerator in the unit would be nice too"

- "Very clean and quiet. My only complaint is that there is a lack of comfortable seating. One couch and two bar stools. For four people another loveseat would be nice. Overall, I highly recommend staying here." - "First, I'll say the unit is very clean. It took us a while (opening windows, etc.) to get the air freshener smell out. It was adequate for our small business trip. We finished business a day early and left. But we did not really want to stay another night there. Mom did not sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable. Those mattresses are tired. If you plan to cook, bring the extra things with you. They did not have things like a bottle opener, knife or colander, just the bare minimum. They did not have coffee pot, only pod pot. One of the pots was scorched and put away dirty. Unfortunately, I've seen that at other places...comeon Folks! Clean up after yourselves! The complex was pretty quiet and clean. Some noise from neighbors upstairs, but did not go on late. I heard a couple of jets from the base. Finally, about communication. The only messages I received were impersonal canned texts. Even when we said we were leaving early, the reply was to say my stay was non-refundable. It just leaves me flat but for clean and quiet, there are no surprises. It has so much potential."

11. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. 15. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. Please dispose of all garbage inside the unit to the outdoor bins.
16. Garbage, recycling, and organic wastes are to be disposed of properly and up to city regulations. A $50.00 surcharge is charged to guests who fail to follow proper waste protocol. My cleaners will have to dedicate time to re-sort the garbage correctly.
17. No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.
18. No unplugging of electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
19. There should be an outer glass/storm door before the first door (where you need to enter a code). Please DO NOT lock this door as our guests in the basement unit will have no way of getting into the property. If you do lock the door preventing other guests from entering, you will cover any costs for refunds or cancellations.
20. There is a $500 security deposit held on your card for incidental damages such as smoking or pet violations, or late checkouts.
21. Our time of operation is Monday-Sunday from 9 AM-1:30 AM EST, and our check-in time is between 4 PM-11PM.

Entering the unit into the living room where there is a large sofa and a 58” Roku TV already programmed with streaming apps. Our bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed with a 55” Smart tv, bathroom with hairdryer, clean towels & etc and also a walk-in closet. We also provide a Queen size mattress with pillows, linen, and sheets. We have a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances (stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher). Kitchen is stocked with Keurig, blender and double slice toaster. Feeling the need to cook, we have you covered with pots & pans, utensils, plates, glassware and basic seasonings. This unit is stocked with clean towels, toiletries, hair dryer, extra linens, and etc. Also included is a washer and dryer with complimentary pods and bleach. Outdoor patio with seating so that you can relax with a lake view scenery.
