Guest Arrival is anytime 4pm EST or after. If the property is approved for early arrival, you will receive a message letting you know you can arrive early and we will activate the door code. If you do not receive a message, then the arrival will remain at 4pm EST.



Guest Departure is anytime 10am EST or before. If you have not departed by this time and do not have written prior approval for a late departure, you will be assessed a $50 late departure fee for every 30 minute delay. The Cleaning Services we use schedule their teams for multiple cleans in advance and any unplanned delays create issues. With unscheduled/unapproved late departures, they are required to bring in additional team members to assist, which incurs a higher cost that must be charged. Any requests made for a late departure must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of departure time and are subject to approval/availability.

This home is situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, 3 minutes from the Oakleaf Town Center. The home is meticulously clean and updated with waterproof flooring (yay for pets) and also has a private, secured yard for furry loved ones. An occupant resides at the rear of the property but this is NOT a shared home/space. This home has NO shared spaces. Privacy, comfort and cleanliness is what to expect.

The home has easy access with a comfortable stylish space. The bedroom comes with a queen bed. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed if needed for a third or fourth guest. The kitchen is equipped with many extras such as a commercial Keurig machine, Ninja blender and ice maker. The bathroom contains a Jacuzzi tub with powerful jets for those long days. The home is equipped with an interior washer and dryer with provided detergent. The garage is used for storage and will be inaccessible to guests.

Again this home is pet friendly but I please ask that you clean up after your pet. Please do not leave pets in the yard overnight and please help to ensure vocal dogs (barks) are tame after 10pm. Lastly, please see to it that your pet(s) do not damage furniture, flooring, baseboards or the home in general. I would absolutely love you for this!

It was adequate for our small business trip. We finished business a day early and left. But we did not really want to stay another night there. Mom did not sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable. Those mattresses are tired. If you plan to cook, bring the extra things with you. They did not have things like a bottle opener, knife or colander, just the bare minimum. They did not have coffee pot, only pod pot. One of the pots was scorched and put away dirty. Unfortunately, I've seen that at other places...comeon Folks! Clean up after yourselves! The complex was pretty quiet and clean. Some noise from neighbors upstairs, but did not go on late. I heard a couple of jets from the base. Finally, about communication. The only messages I received were impersonal canned texts. Even when we said we were leaving early, the reply was to say my stay was non-refundable. It just leaves me flat but for clean and quiet, there are no surprises. It has so much potential."

Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.

●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.

- "I am not even sure where to begin. This is actually an apartment complex and not a condo or privately owned. We drove from VA to only find out that our reservation was supposed to be canceled earlier that day. I sent several messages before we arrived and received no response. The rental office did not know the host or anything about our reservation. I finally got a hold of the host, and she was supposed to send someone out to let us into the rental.... ten minutes later, we got a cancellation and a full refund (thank God!). Apparently, the previous renters left bed bugs according to a text that I received after I got in contact with the host who never called me back. Only texted through her "assistant". I thought I was being scammed when I first learned it was an apartment complex and the host did not respond after a few messages. The outside was amazing and the pics online the same, but we did not get a chance to see the inside. Good luck if you decide to book here. I wish you the best and hope it is not a scam!"

The property is also in the Water-Mill community, where you will have access to two swimming pools, tennis courts, club facilities, a basketball court, a soccer field, a kid's park, and many more amenities. It truly doesn't get any better than this!

- "Immediately felt welcomed into this home. From the atmosphere inside, to the timely responses of the host with any questions or concerns I had. I stayed for 2 months and they ensured to accommodate my family and I with anything we required and had it delivered to the residence with no hesitation. The home was very clean and spacious; enough furniture to stay comfortably, and enough space, inside and out, to enjoy fun and games with the family. The location is best, near just about every restaurant, grocery store, and shopping store you would need and love! Also, the host provides a pass to the communities activity center with basketball court, park, tennis, pool (that my family was often at), etc. to enjoy fun close to the residence. I will definitely book again with them in the future and highly suggest anyone looking in the area to book this home as well for a wonderful and relaxing stay!"
