We were in town for the Sea Island Seminole Cup, with is a shooting tounament. We had 4 of the boys from the Georgia College and State University Clay Target Team staying with us, plus my son, so the upstairs bunk area was perfect!!! Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

House Rules:
Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.
Quite hours are 8pm to 8am. Violation of county ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
