A Great Vacation Rental centrally located on St. Simons Island in the Sea Palms community on the number 1 hole of Sea Palms Golf Resort. Next to a lovely lagoon, you will enjoy a very peaceful setting shared with nature. Two decks overhang the water for turtle and fish viewing. Appropriately decorated in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full-service Xfinity and Netflix and Prime video along with free internet and Wi-Fi. There is another TV in the bedroom along with a very comfy chaise.

Our cottage is located in the condo community of Fairway Villas but is a stand-alone unit.....very private. This is a one bedroom/one bath home, king size bed with a sleeper sofa in the living-room to accommodate an extra guest. We provide a thick topper for extra comfort on the sleeper sofa. Also included for your convenience is a starter package of soaps and paper goods.

Walk across the road to the Public House at Sea Palms for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Public golf is available at Sea Palms. St Simons has wonderful safe biking paths for all ages to take you right into the village or beach, which is approximately 5 miles from the cottage. Being centrally located on the island you can get anywhere in less than 15 minutes by car.

A great vacation rental located on St. Simons Island in the Sea Palms community. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo backs up to the Sea Palms Marsh. If you are an early riser you can sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the marsh. Centrally located on the Island you're only 15 minutes away from Neptune Park and pier. Where you can fish off the pier, or browse through the quaint shops and eateries on Mallery St. There are many activities to do here on the island from kayaking to just strolling on the pier. This condo will be a great place to kick back and relax at the end of your day!!!

Private Entrance. This is one half of a duplex home but there is no shared space, only a common wall with a door that is locked from the guest side.

The Sea Palms Country Club is a 5 minute walk away and they have a restaurant open to the public called Sago. They have live music on the patio every Friday but you need to make reservations. I highly recommend it. Benny's Red Barn has live cover bands most Fridays and Saturdays and is very fun and .7 miles away.

"Saintly" is an end unit condo that is a short one minute walk to the Sea Palms Resort & Convention Center. The 18th green and lagoon are directly in back of this condo which provides stunning views.
The first floor has 2 master suites and each is furnished with a 43" flat screen TV. One bedroom has a king bed with an air system mattress so you can determine your own comfort level. The other bedroom has a king I Comfort Serta mattress with ever cool fuse gel memory foam for cool, supportive sleep. This bedroom also has a screened porch with a day bed for relaxation. There is also a full size washer and dryer located on this floor for your convenience.
The upstairs has a kitchen that was remodeled and is equipped with all new stainless appliances. Just off the kitchen is the dining table which seats 6 comfortably. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV with 3 swivel chairs and sofa for easy viewing. The Ethan Allen sofa can be converted into a queen bed and has an air system mattress that is adjustable. Finally there is another screened in porch and the view of a rookery is just behind the 18th green.
The Sea Palms Resort Sago Restaurant and Golf Pro Shop are located just to the right of your front door. Food can also be ordered for pick up for a quick and easy meal.

- "The condo was perfect for our needs, which was a quick last minute escape for two old friends! Nicely furnished, clean, comfortable beds & linens. We enjoyed the lagoon view out back & watching the wildlife & golfers. Didn't do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well supplied should you want to. We had a brief power outage during a popup summer storm, owners were on top of it and texted to be sure all was well and power was restored. They were so nice and responded very quickly from our first inquiry about the rental. Overall a most relaxing and enjoyable stay at Saintly, definitely plan on returning soon!"
