A Great Vacation Rental centrally located on St. Simons Island in the Sea Palms community on the number 1 hole of Sea Palms Golf Resort. Next to a lovely lagoon, you will enjoy a very peaceful setting shared with nature. Two decks overhang the water for turtle and fish viewing. Appropriately decorated in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full-service Xfinity and Netflix and Prime video along with free internet and Wi-Fi. Our cottage is located in the condo community of Fairway Villas but is a stand-alone unit.....very private. This is a one bedroom/one bath home, king size bed with a sleeper sofa in the living-room to accommodate an extra guest. We provide a thick topper for extra comfort on the sleeper sofa. Also included for your convenience is a starter package of soaps and paper goods.

St Simons has wonderful safe biking paths for all ages to take you right into the village or beach, which is approximately 5 miles from the cottage. If you are an early riser you can sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the marsh. Centrally located on the Island you're only 15 minutes away from Neptune Park and pier. Where you can fish off the pier, or browse through the quaint shops and eateries on Mallery St. There are many activities to do here on the island from kayaking to just strolling on the pier. This condo will be a great place to kick back and relax at the end of your day!!!

I highly recommend it. Benny's Red Barn has live cover bands most Fridays and Saturdays and is very fun and .7 miles away.

"Saintly" is an end unit condo that is a short one minute walk to the Sea Palms Resort & Convention Center. The 18th green and lagoon are directly in back of this condo which provides stunning views.
The first floor has 2 master suites and each is furnished with a 43" flat screen TV. One bedroom has a king bed with an air system mattress so you can determine your own comfort level. The other bedroom has a king I Comfort Serta mattress with ever cool fuse gel memory foam for cool, supportive sleep. This bedroom also has a screened porch with a day bed for relaxation. There is also a full size washer and dryer located on this floor for your convenience.
The upstairs has a kitchen that was remodeled and is equipped with all new stainless appliances. Just off the kitchen is the dining table which seats 6 comfortably. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV with 3 swivel chairs and sofa for easy viewing. The Ethan Allen sofa can be converted into a queen bed and has an air system mattress that is adjustable. Finally there is another screened in porch and the view of a rookery is just behind the 18th green.
The Sea Palms Resort Sago Restaurant and Golf Pro Shop are located just to the right of your front door. Food can also be ordered for pick up for a quick and easy meal.

We enjoyed the lagoon view out back & watching the wildlife & golfers. Didn't do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well supplied should you want to. We had a brief power outage during a popup summer storm, owners were on top of it and texted to be sure all was well and power was restored. They were so nice and responded very quickly from our first inquiry about the rental. Overall a most relaxing and enjoyable stay at Saintly, definitely plan on returning soon!"

The golf course and resort restaurant are open to the public. There is no pool access.

Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

Excellent location, just off the 10th green and one block from the Sea Palms Resort, 5 miles to the nearest beach,village and lighthouse, 2 miles from historic Fort Frederica National park, bike/hiking trails are near that take you throughout the island. Island shopping and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. The condo is designed and furnished with your comfort in mind so that you can relax and enjoy your stay. The unit features brand new appliances including washer and dryer, new furniture, big screen TVs, fully equipped kitchen and two large bedrooms with walk-in closets and two full bathrooms with luxurious showers.The condo is wired for the 21st century with several USB charging ports and high speed wireless internet. The swimming pool is adjacent to the condo and the spacious grounds are beautifully landscaped with a mixture of mature oak and palm trees.
