A Great Vacation Rental centrally located on St. Simons Island in the Sea Palms community on the number 1 hole of Sea Palms Golf Resort. Next to a lovely lagoon, you will enjoy a very peaceful setting shared with nature. Two decks overhang the water for turtle and fish viewing. Appropriately decorated in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full-service Xfinity and Netflix and Prime video along with free internet and Wi-Fi. There is another TV in the bedroom along with a very comfy chaise.

Our cottage is located in the condo community of Fairway Villas but is a stand-alone unit.....very private. This is a one bedroom/one bath home, king size bed with a sleeper sofa in the living-room to accommodate an extra guest. We provide a thick topper for extra comfort on the sleeper sofa. Also included for your convenience is a starter package of soaps and paper goods.

Walk across the road to the Public House at Sea Palms for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Public golf is available at Sea Palms. St Simons has wonderful safe biking paths for all ages to take you right into the village or beach, which is approximately 5 miles from the cottage. Being centrally located on the island you can get anywhere in less than 15 minutes by car.

The vacation home has access to a restaurant. Magnolia Cottage features 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms with a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are provided in the vacation home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Guests at the vacation home will be able to enjoy activities in and around Glynn Haven, like cycling. Brunswick Golden Isles Airport is 16 miles away.

Beautiful, sophisticated cottage with a wonderful open floor plan for families. 2 minute walk to beautiful 21st Street beach. Modern furnishings with large great room, spacious kitchen and nice children's den. Kitchen is open to great room with a bar and 4 stools for casual eating. 2 spacious master bedrooms, one bedroom with queen bed, and 1 bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds. All bathrooms have been furnished in carrara marble with Restoration Hardware fixtures. Lovely pool (depth of 5 feet) off of great room.

Minimum Age Requirement of 35 to rent the property and must remain present during stay. Children in guest party must be 9 years old or older.

• Parking for 6 vehicles (driveway plus circular driveway)

• Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, photo-shoots, filming are not permitted. Smoking, pets and fireworks are also not permitted.

SEA ISLAND PRIVILEGES: Please note that you do not need temporary membership cards to:

• Access the expansive beach at any points North of 5th St and South of 35th St...over two miles of incredible beach

• Visit The Cloister and it’s shops

• Use the Shooting School and Stables. A credit card is required to cover charges.

If you are interested in this option, please contact homeowner for further details regarding the card fee structure as guest cards are not included in the rental rate. From time to time, Sea Island Membership will limit the number of guest cards. As cards cannot be guaranteed, it is suggested that your card order be sent to Sea Island Membership upon booking. You can cancel cards up to 48 hours in advance without a penalty.

Any guest wishing to use the Beach Club, Spa, Fitness Center, or Tennis is required to have a card.

Golf - one guest card is required per two foursomes (8 players).

Dinner - Beach Club, each guest over the age of six is required to have a card issued in his/her name. Tavola, River Bar, Oak Room require at least one card for the group - reservations are highly recommended.

Yacht Club/Fishing - at least one card is required for the group.

And then it doesn’t tell you that you have to turn left a little dogleg to get to the golf Estates and that’s what it really is it’s not a house it’s in a like a little condo village. Which is lovely but again very difficult to find. I even ordered food the Uber person couldn’t find it and they’re from the island so when I called Verbo they were less than helpful and I know it’s very upset because we’re very frustrated but there needs to be better directions for this place. The place itself is lovely and very comfortable and very quiet very serene area but the direction that was a huge issue I’m just now getting over it"

- "Cottage 334 was perfect for our family of 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 6 children ages 1-8. The home was recently updated and decorated beautifully. The pool was warm and sunny with plenty of outdoor furniture to lounge. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and nice appliances. The bunk room was the perfect spot for all the cousins to sleep and play comfortably. They each had a locker/cubbie to keep their clothes organized. The guest house offered quiet privacy if someone needed to sneak away for a work call. The house is a 2 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the beach club. Michelle was a great host! She greeted us with a beautiful welcome basket and tour of the house. She was very easy to communicate with through out the stay. Of all the cottages we’ve rented, this has been our favorite.
