The two reasons why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is although it was clean, the chemicals they used to clean were so strong our eyes were burning and watering all night. I am very sensitive to strong smells, I almost couldn't bear to spend the night as it did not dissipate much. The second reason was the noise from above. I don't know if the floor above is a rental property or is owned, but the footsteps were so heavy and it was consistent until we went to bed. The location is good, close to restaurants and shops. However, it is few blocks from the beach and you have to cross a major road, so I would recommend driving. "

The one bathroom is very small. Only one mirror in the whole place which makes drying your hair or applying makeup difficult when someone else is using the bathroom. The whole unit is private and for you! One bedroom has a half bathroom in it, the other bedroom is very spacious. There is a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and family room. There is also a washer and dryer. The back balcony overlooks the pool area. There is a front porch as well.

Parking is out front. It’s 1.5 blocks from the ocean.

The unit is private and all yours! The backyard has a pool which is shared with other guests staying in the other 5 units.

Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.

General Guidelines

●Pets: A pet fee of $75 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
