- "Great views and always a breeze. Ocean was red flags everyday but when tide goes out you can at least wade into sand bar. This has nothing to do with the property, but I would say do not eat at The Reef. Horrible service--unapologetically bad service. We had a good meal at Palm Valley Fish Camp and would have had at Caps but the wait was too long. The owners are very responsive. This is a one of a kind property! I'll probably book for next summer as soon as I post this."

- "We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Perfect location, steps from a beautiful very private beach in Ponte Vedra, in a gated community and not far from restaurants, pharmacy, etc.. This is a studio, with a comfortable king bed, perfect for a couple, with possibly one child as there is a pull-out sofa. The condo has been renovated, is very nicely decorated, super clean, and has everything you need: the small kitchen is well-equipped if you want to eat in and there's a nice coffee bar. There are plenty of towels, beach towels and chairs and everything else you might need. The owners have really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable: extra toothbrush and toothpaste, make-up removal face-cloth, skin cream, etc... We found the owners very responsive to our texts and emails. Just be aware that the front door is locked until check-in time and the code will not work until then. We arrived 15 minutes early and somehow I had missed that information in the many communications the owners had sent. This is a great condo and we definitely will book it again!"

The seahorse bedroom has a queen bed and writing desk to send all those postcards to friends who wish they were there with you. The nautical room is the perfect sleeping spot for children with its bunk beds and a bonus trundle. The seahorse and nautical rooms are conveniently located next to the full guest bath with dual vanity and shower. A large laundry room with cabinets and sink are upstairs for convenience. The bottom floor has a 2-car garage and storage area perfect for beach toys. An extra 1/2 bath downstairs is in the garage as well. Step off the beach and pop in there without dragging the sand inside! An outdoor shower with adjustable water temperature is available as well. We have a rec room WITH A.C. in the garage, too. It features Foosball, a ping pong table, Tiki Toss, and darts (rubber-tipped).

Only 15-minutes to downtown St. Augustine with marinas and boat docks nearby, too. A Publix grocery store and gas station are less than 10 minutes away.

The surrounding area is private homes (rather than larger resorts) which means the beach was not crowded at all. 10 minute drive from a Publix and only 12-15 minutes to the restaurants and sites in Saint Augustine. The patio is lovely with a ceiling fan and glass doors that slide open with screens so you can enjoy the ocean both covered or on the sand. It has easy access to the beach. We struggled not having a ceiling fan in the bedroom because we are used to having it on, but the temperature is perfect so you don’t need it to stay cool. We will stay here again in the future, but will bring a power strip to make plugging in all our electronics easier. But overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the amazing location."

Come and go as you want to privately without interruption. 10 min drive(30 min bike ride) to the ocean.

A true hidden gem as the guests would say! This space is a renovated guest house/in-law suite (above our garage). We are located across the street from the beach with private beach access. This space is detached from the main house and has its' own entrance and separate HVAC. It features a fully stocked kitchen, 1 bedroom with king size bed, sectional couch with pull out full bed and 1 full bathroom. NO smoking/vaping in or on the property.

This is our guest house apartment/in-law suite located above our garage. We live here full-time in the main house. The detached guest house is above our garage and you will hear the garage open/close and vehicles pulling entering/exiting through various times of the day/night. - "We loved our stay at Elizabeth’s well-appointed beautiful condo! We loved the decor of denim sofas in the living room, sizable dining table for meals and card playing on rainy afternoons. It was extra convenient to have full bathrooms attached to each bedroom and a first floor powder room. The air conditioning was robust and refreshing. We definitely would book again, and we would recommend it to family and friends. The Sawgrass community was beautiful and the gate employees were friendly. We enjoyed both the lap swimming fitness pool and the pool that was merely steps away from the condo. We appreciated the Sawgrass TPC stores across the street, including Foxtail Coffee, the Publix, Peterbrooke Chocolates, Nona Blue restaurant. Also, we loved Aneyo Mexican grill, Sliders, and Cap’s at Neptune Beach, PVB and St. Augustine. We enjoyed our visit to the Cummer Gallery in Jacksonville; it is a fabulous collection of art. We enjoyed driving by the Ponte Vedra home and Avondale area apartment we lived in 30 years ago, If I had to list any difficulties, I would say that as tall people (5’10” to 6’2”, we had our feet right at the end or over the end of the twin beds) And maybe it’s truly just us, but we prefer softer mattresses. Also, when the load of clothes and towels in the washing machine got unbalanced, it made loud banging noises and got wrapped around the tall agitator and would not fully drain water."

We are Close To The Beach- a 15 minute walk to a semi private beach or 8 minutes drive to a public beach. We are inside an immaculate community- built for walking. We have a lovely community pool within steps away from the house.

The suite is filled with beautiful things—decorated in cool colors—You choose your theme color: Yellow or Pink for the super, comfortable bed. The room is designed to make you feel like at home!
