- "My stay with the family was overall a terrible experience . When we arrived on the property there were dirty dishes in the sink .. can full of garbage. There was a wasp nest on the deck so the children could not play out there and there is absolutely NOTHING for the children to do on the property .The “private” beach’s access was all the way down the road . Halfway through the vacation the air conditioner quit working and it took all day for them repair man to get there in 90 degree plus temperatures . There was no communication from the property managers. I don’t not recommend “sailing mood “if you have a family vacation planned . The website pictures and descriptions are not accurate "

This is a beautiful Queen bedroom with adjustable bed for sitting up to watch TV or read and your own microwave and refrigerator.

You have shared access to the rest of our entire 4000 sf home except for the other 5 bedrooms/guest rooms.  Need more space?  Just ask!  
Our home is a huge home that includes a hot tub, solar heated pool and a couple massage chairs, a large kitchen, family Room,  living Room, another game Room/sitting/tv watching bonus Room and more.  It's kind of like a Mini resort.  

Please take note that there is not a shower with this listing. Only a small 1/2 bathroom 9n the 1st floor. It is primarily for you but not completely private to you. There are occasional times that someone else might go in and out very quickly.

Nearby is the Family Friendly Flagler Beach.   St. Augustine is  just 30 Miles up the road.  And of course Daytona Beach is also right up the road, 27. 9 miles from our home. We are the perfect spot in between the two cities. You'll find a lot to do in Palm Coast, Flagler, Daytona Beach and St. Augustine.

After a Fun filled day, at the beach, or visiting St. Augustine, or Daytona Beach, come back, Relax and Hangout in our very Quiet Neighborhood. You will find everything you need to relax, from our hot tub, pool, 2 amazing Massage chairs,  fire pit and comfortable beds.

 We do provide breakfast fixin's such as oatmeal, waffles, pancakes, hot and cold cereals. Things like that. Bring your own bacon or sausage! If headed to the Orlando area, ask us about discounts.

Please note that our home and property is non smoking. Feel free to take a walk in our very safe neighborhood for a walk or on the blacktop walkway which the city of Palm Coast has very generously provided. 

In a common area on the second floor, we have a couch with a with a  large screen TV.   Netflix, YouTube, etc.

The kitchen is available for cooking.

 Our home  and property is non-smoking. If you are a smoker, please feel free to take a walk in our very safe neighborhood or on the great walking path that is black topped.

We live here so we are often available to help facilitate a GREAT STAY!

Our large swimming pool and Hot Tub is in an enclosed, 1400 square foot Lanai (screened in area). We also have a fire pit outside the Lanai. To be sure that this is not missed, we want to remind you that this is a private bedroom but you only have access to a shared half bath. Your bedroom is on the second floor and your bathroom is on the first floor.

Therefore we only accept reservations for 1 or 2 nights. This listing is really designed as a quick stop over.

During your stay
We live here, along with our Boston terrier, and other Airbnb guests. We have 4 other rooms with private baths used for Airbnb. So there is plenty of interaction between us and other guests.

We love to interact with the guests. Many times, Our guests end up in the kitchen having breakfast together.

Other things to note
Please remember our few rules requesting no thongs, drinking in moderation only, in other words not getting slammed drunk and no smoking on property. We have a wonderful safe neighborhood and/or walking path to enjoy for smoke breaks.

Please review the check in instructions for door codes and bedroom location and parking instructions.

We do have parking for 10 vehicles. That is 5 double lanes so there should not ever be any reason for any of our air BNB guests to be blocked in. If you are in one of the lanes yourself, that is great. Please go ahead and pull up in into the driveway so that people are not blocked in their view when they are leaving from the other lanes. No one should ever park behind you unless you have 2 vehicles with your party of course.

Please note that our large driveway is a 3 lane driveway designed for 6 vehicles. Please do not block 4 parking spaces with your one vehicle. There is a left lane, a right lane and a center lane. Please only use one of them. :)

Please remember that you do not have a private bathroom with shower. You do have access to a small half bathroom on the 1st floor. It is primarily for you but not completely private to you. There are occasional times that someone else might go in and out quickly for convenience sake.

We live here but when we are not home you can contact us easily through the air BNB app.

Pets are welcome with a ten dollar pet fee at booking and five dollars per pet per day starting day three. ( If you have a membership to planet fitness or a friend or relative in town where you can take a shower. Then you can reserve this bedroom for more than two nights.)

You’ll be staying in the guest room in our brand new Palm Coast, FL home. Your room has a 43” Smart TV, WiFi, Spectrum TV & fridge. You’ll get a good night’s sleep on the queen size bed surrounded by cozy decor. Your private bath is right next door to your room. No laundry. Microwave reheat only. We cannot accommodate trailers.

The space
The South bedroom is 11’ x 11’ and doesn’t have a workspace. Guests may use the toaster. Our microwave is for reheating food only, not for cooking. A beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels, beach chair are available to use. Our East and North bedrooms are 13’ x 14’ and they both have a small table 29” x 29” guests can use as a workspace.

Short drive to beach. 35 minutes to Daytona International Speedway. In between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. 5 miles from Hammock Dunes Golf Course. Guests must be above the age of 26 and be able to show a valid license. The space
This is a ranch style home that has easy access to all rooms and the patio. It is situated in a calm peaceful neighborhood. The home is close to the beach and many golf courses.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the patio. Guests DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE SWIMMING POOL. Inside help yourself to our coffee station on the counter. THERE IS NO ACCESSTOTHEKITCHENTO COOK. You are welcome to use the microwave to reheat, you may put things in the refrigerator. YOU MAY NOT USE THE WASHER OR DRYER.

During your stay
If you need anything during your stay Jeff is available in the home to attend to anything you may need assistance with. He's also great with suggestions of fun activities in the area.

This home is situated between St. Augustine and Daytona beach. A very short drive to the beach, Daytona International Speedway, and 1 hour and 15 from the Orlando Airport.Guests must be above the age of 26 and be able to show a valid license.
