Living room: Large comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, along with a leather recliner, accent chair, coffee table, end table, lamps, large flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. Cable television is included, along with hi-speed internet and a DVD player. There is also a modern dining room table with seating for 6, and a relaxing lounge chair with footrest, all overlooking the ocean through the large bay windows.

Garage: Head down the spiral staircase to the garage where you will find the washer and dryer, along with various cleaning supplies and an iron & ironing board.

Outdoor Space: Direct oceanfront views from your private upstairs deck, with plenty of space and a large dining table with seating for six. We have a Weber charcoal grill for guests to use and we supply the charcoal. Don't worry about packing beach chairs, boogie boards or sand toys for the little ones, these are provided too! Just head straight down to the sand, enjoy the sun and surf, and rinse off in the freshwater shower we have on the beach deck before heading back up.

Our fully furnished Flagler Beach condo is centrally located right downtown. You can see and hear the ocean from the front door and it is a quick 20 second walk to the beach across A1A. This is a nice ground level (no stairs) access one bedroom with a fold out couch. There is also a trundle bed with two single mattresses. You can park your car and walk to everything. This is our 2nd unit in the same building that is completely remodeled and available. Our unit is kiddo friendly with outlet and oven covers, pack and play, eating chair, and a bathtub. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed due to condo association rules. We have wireless internet and basic cable. There is one assigned parking spot and additional free street parking across the street. The space
The building is a two story concrete building with 7 units upstairs and 7 down. Both of our units are on the bottom floor with easy access for luggage and beach gear. There is a small back patio with chairs. There is a soft king mattress in the bedroom and a trundle bed with two single mattresses. The living room couch is also a pull out.

Guests will have access to the laundry room in building if needed. There is also a outside shower and foot wash adjacent to the eastern stairwell.

Flagler is a cute beach town with some great restaurants, wonderful beach that are not overcrowded, shops and boutiques and a few chain stores close by fkr the things you forgot or ran out of. Yet Daytona is a short drive if you want all the touristy things. This condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. The owners make you feel welcome and spoil you with some "extras". Communicating with them was quick and easy. I didn't particularly care for the parking pot in the garage, but that's just me. We certainly had other places to park.The beach access right across the street was damaged and not available to use, but the next one available to us wasn't too far away. There were several accesses damaged due to a hurricane. No ones fault, just not as convenient as we thought. We would definitely stay here again."

South Beach is one of the newer condo complexes in Flagler Beach (an often-overlooked beach community, close to both St. Augustine and Daytona Beach). Located on a corner of the second floor, unit 205 boasts spectacular views of the Atlantic from just about every room.

You can think of the screened-in balcony as an extension of the living room. Furnished with tables and chairs, it’s an ideal spot to start your day watching the sunrise over the ocean, or to end it with a drink under the stars. With the beach being just the shortest of walks away and a pool right on the premises, you could easily while away your entire vacation without jumping in your car once. But then you’d be missing out on so many delights so close at hand: restaurants, golf, shops, Marineland, and historic St. Augustine.Or visit the Matanzas River, a wonderful area for fishing, kayaking and sailing, biking, and hiking paths. Petit Lizard Run (PLR) will relax you in the retro style of our renovated park model trailer- tiny house full of distinctive features. Be entertained by our tiny four-legged friends as they scurry through the lush entrance. PLR has many amenities that make it special such as our Umbrella filled outside patio, 2 Smart TV’s, high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, barndoor slides and much more. PLR is located within Bulow Plantation RV Park. Beautiful Flagler Beach is just a 15-minute drive.

The space
Petit Lizard Run is a recently refurbished tiny house that is commonly referred to as a park model. If you are looking for something a bit different and full of character and charm this is your place.

Outside Patio - Three umbrellas to shield from the Florida sun. You might enjoy your meals at our outside dining table with seating for two. Double seat gliders, a rocker with colorful string lights provide a wonderful place to relax. For warm summer nights on the patio use our tower fan or for those cool Florida winter evenings stay warm with our space heater. No matter what season PLR patio is one of our guests’ favorite spaces.

Livingroom-The new vibrant orange futon sofa folds down to a twin bed - topper/sheets/comforter located in the coffee table trunk. Smart TV with a selection of free channels for your enjoyment or download your favorite streaming app (do not forget to delete when you check out). For your cell and computer our free high-speed internet is accessible both inside, on the patio, and sitting out by the fire pit. In a corner you will find extra folding chairs and TV trays. The Air Conditioning unit will keep you cool in the summer and for those chilly winter spells turn on the space heater in the fireplace media center. The fireplace feature without the heat mode can also be used purely for a bit of romantic ambiance.

Kitchen- Full size stove & refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, pots & pans; everything you may need if cooking during your stay. A fire extinguisher is located under the sink. Please note that a dishwasher is not included in our tiny kitchen.

Bedroom- Full size bed with topper for added comfort, 24-inch Smart TV, small closet for hanging clothes plus plenty of floor space under the bed for your suitcases. Window Air Conditioning window unit for warm days or a space heater for cool winter evenings. Our blackout drapes will allow you to sleep a little longer during those lazy vacation mornings. The bedroom has access to the outside by the back door.

Bathroom- Tiny house small! Half tub with shower, sink, and full size commode. We provide a hairdryer and complementary products. Since our bathroom is indeed small, several of our guests have used the impeccably clean restroom/showers facilities provided by Bulow RV Park which are conveniently located across the street.

Outside- Relax and enjoy our fire pit. We provide one bundle of firewood. Our flickering solar tiki-torches make for a pleasant evening for those not wanting to mess with a real fire. There are several zero gravity loungers in the storage shed to place around the fire pit. The full-size grill is located outside by the bedroom backdoor. One tank of propane is provided during your stay.
Our lot is one of the largest in the park and backs up to a nature area. Do not be surprised if you encounter a turtle or two. There is plenty of parking on the side for those with bike trailers. The Flagler Beach area is well known for beautiful drives for the motorcycle enthusiast plus numerous bicycle paths & trails.

We have a kayak, a canoe, fishing gear, and beach supplies all at no extra cost. Hike, sit on the dock or just relax in the sun. We are also a short drive to St. Augustine & Daytona. Will accommodate 2 adults.

The space
The unit is a large 650 sq ft apartment. The apartment is attached to our home but there is a lockout door that separates the apt from our home. You have your own private entrance off the carport. The unit contains a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. None of your private space is shared. You will enjoy the space all to yourselves.

Open the door and enjoy the ocean view and Sea Breeze! This condo is located 1/2 block west of historic Highway A1A. Grab your cup of coffee and walk half a block to the boardwalk to watch the oceanview sunrise. Walk to the beach, the historic Flagler Beach Pier, and many restaurants and shops.

The condo sleeps up to 4, with the living room queen-size sleeper sofa. See the ocean from both the front door and the back balcony. The updated kitchen includes all the essentials.

It’s all about that great location! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Cruise the A1A and visit the best beach towns in Florida.

The entire unit is yours to use. There is a laundry facility that is shared by the building.

A vacation rental agreement is required to be signed once booked.

There is a gas station across the street. There are many retail options within a 5-10 minute drive for any supplies you may need.

A FireTV stick enables access to Prime, Hulu, Netflix, and other streaming apps, and a digital antenna provides access to local channels.

Pest control service occurs on the 2nd Thursday of the month. This service can not be denied by vacationers.

This cute space is across from the beach so you do have to walk over to the beach!

* Please remember to clean up your area before leaving the beach.

Limited Occupancy: The rate is based on a 2 guest occupancy (the maximum number of guest is 3). We charge an additional fee of 10.00 per night, per guest for bookings with more than 2 guests. We will provide an air mattress, towels, linens, pillows, and supplies for the additional guest(s).

Perfect location for a beach getaway! You can even watch the sunrise right from the living room windows. The place was very clean and kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, etc which came in handy for cooking up quick meals. George and Kristy were very quick and responsive whenever I had any questions. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a cozy beachside getaway!

Just one block from a quiet public beach, lies this beautiful studio dwelling full of sun, sand, ocean breeze and relaxation. Located directly between Daytona and St. Augustine, enjoy a multitude of shopping, restaurants and varieties of live entertainment. Come for turtle nesting season or to spot a Right Whale. Come for a surfing competition, Daytona 500, Bike Week, Jeep Beach or Biketoberfest. Don't forget the beach; shelling, fishing, surfing, boogie boarding or just soaking up the sun!

The room is very comfy, has a 50-inch smart TV with basic Roku channels.

The room has a ceiling fan and mini-split AC and heat. It also has a dehumidifier.

We offer discounts for longer stays but require bi-weekly cleaning at additional cost.

Guest access
Spacious large porch entering your getaway bungalow. Convenient lockbox allows for private, quiet entry. Hosts will greet each guest but then allow guests to be on their own unless hosts are needed.

This is a large house made into 2 apartments with 2 private entrances. We live upstairs and the 2 are on the ground level. Island Vibes entrance is in the front and the second entrance is around back.

***PLEASE READ:

Absolutely no smoking on property. If smoking on property is apparent, there will be a cleaning fee of $50. If smoking is found in the room, a fee of entire painting and cleaning will be charged to the guest.

An outdoor shower is located outside of the unit for use of washing sand off guests coming in from the beach. If sand from the beach is found in the room, an extra cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to the guest. This includes sand found in the shower, bed, tables and floors.

The guest is responsible for removing all trash upon checkout. A dumpster for the trash is location on the side of the house for guests to use. A trash removal fee of $25 will be charged to the guest if trash is not taken out upon checkout.
