Living room: Large comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, along with a leather recliner, accent chair, coffee table, end table, lamps, large flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. There is also a modern dining room table with seating for 6, and a relaxing lounge chair with footrest, all overlooking the ocean through the large bay windows.

Garage: Head down the spiral staircase to the garage where you will find the washer and dryer, along with various cleaning supplies and an iron & ironing board.

Outdoor Space: Direct oceanfront views from your private upstairs deck, with plenty of space and a large dining table with seating for six. We have a Weber charcoal grill for guests to use and we supply the charcoal. Don't worry about packing beach chairs, boogie boards or sand toys for the little ones, these are provided too! Just head straight down to the sand, enjoy the sun and surf, and rinse off in the freshwater shower we have on the beach deck before heading back up.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. Evidence of a pet will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

Service: Please note this is a short-term vacation rental, and as such, daily cleaning or laundry services are not included. If you would like to arrange additional cleaning services, please feel free to contact management.

Please note the following details regarding pool heating:

Pool Heating Schedule: Pool heating offered from October 1st to April 30th.

Temperature Setting: The pool heater is set to maintain a temperature of 80°F, starting at 9 AM daily for approximately 8hrs/day.



Climate Considerations: In Northeast Florida, there are days during the winter months when air temperatures may not adequately support pool heating. Heat pumps are effective in climates where average daily air temperatures during pool season exceed 60°F. Please consider this climate information when booking, as it may affect swimming comfort during colder periods.



Pool Heater Charges: The cost for pool heating is $250 per week, plus tax.

Bombora Oceanside Suites is located right on scenic A1A in Flagler Beach just North of the famous Flagler Beach Pier. This location is close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Just cross the street to experience the beautiful cinnamon beach that Flagler Beach is famous for. The Flamingo Suite, Unit 202, is a one-bedroom suite, well-appointed with comfortable furnishings, and a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean from the North and South side windows in the unit, and a private balcony surrounded by a canopy of palm trees. In the living room, there is a new sleeper sofa couch with a queen-sized bed enclosed. Head downstairs to the front of the building to the property’s outdoor patio area equipped with lounge chairs, picnic tables, and a fire pit. To the rear of the building, you will find beach chairs, BBQ charcoal grill, a fish cleaning station, and a beach shower to wash off.
This room has an adjoining door that can be unlocked to connect it with the Pelican Suite to accommodate larger groups traveling together.

An adorable two bedroom, one bath house with a separate sititng room, and full size kitchen. The house is completely remodeled, with brand new cabinets, countertops, tile, and wood flooring. Tons of space, and a split floorplan for privacy. Brand new furnishings with total beach flair. Each bedroom has new queen size beds, dressers, mirrors, and vanity options. Remote accessible ceiling fans are located throughout the house. Three large flat screened smart TV's are situated in the living room, bedroom, and separate sitting room. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible, as is the house itself. Living room has a new couch, and sitting room has a futon for additional sleeping options.The home includes a washer and dryer(available for weekly or monthly reservations), beach chairs and umbrellas, a beach cooler, rafts, and a beach cart for easy transport.. All linens are included and the kitchen has all the necessities needed including a Keurig coffee maker, and blender. An ironing board and iron are also included. The entry door locks are key less and you will provide the four digit code to be programmed so you can easily remember it . The kitchen includes brand new stainless steel appliances: a refrigerator, range, microwave oven and a dishwasher. High speed internet access is included. Smart TV's are loaded with APP's for your viewing pleasure.
The outside patio is completely fenced in for privacy. Tranquil and soothing, it's a great place to relax, read, sun yourself, or BBQ for yourself or the family. An outdoor shower area makes it easy to cool off, or rinse off from the beach.

PLR is located within Bulow Plantation RV Park. Beautiful Flagler Beach is just a 15-minute drive.

Petit Lizard Run is a recently refurbished tiny house that is commonly referred to as a park model. If you are looking for something a bit different and full of character and charm this is your place.

Outside Patio - Three umbrellas to shield from the Florida sun. You might enjoy your meals at our outside dining table with seating for two. Double seat gliders, a rocker with colorful string lights provide a wonderful place to relax. For warm summer nights on the patio use our tower fan or for those cool Florida winter evenings stay warm with our space heater. No matter what season PLR patio is one of our guests’ favorite spaces.

Livingroom-The new vibrant orange futon sofa folds down to a twin bed - topper/sheets/comforter located in the coffee table trunk. Smart TV with a selection of free channels for your enjoyment or download your favorite streaming app (do not forget to delete when you check out). For your cell and computer our free high-speed internet is accessible both inside, on the patio, and sitting out by the fire pit. In a corner you will find extra folding chairs and TV trays. The Air Conditioning unit will keep you cool in the summer and for those chilly winter spells turn on the space heater in the fireplace media center. The fireplace feature without the heat mode can also be used purely for a bit of romantic ambiance.

Kitchen- Full size stove & refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, pots & pans; everything you may need if cooking during your stay. A fire extinguisher is located under the sink. Please note that a dishwasher is not included in our tiny kitchen.

Bedroom- Full size bed with topper for added comfort, 24-inch Smart TV, small closet for hanging clothes plus plenty of floor space under the bed for your suitcases. Window Air Conditioning window unit for warm days or a space heater for cool winter evenings. Our blackout drapes will allow you to sleep a little longer during those lazy vacation mornings. The bedroom has access to the outside by the back door.

Bathroom- Tiny house small! Half tub with shower, sink, and full size commode. We provide a hairdryer and complementary products. Since our bathroom is indeed small, several of our guests have used the impeccably clean restroom/showers facilities provided by Bulow RV Park which are conveniently located across the street.

Outside- Relax and enjoy our fire pit. We provide one bundle of firewood. Our flickering solar tiki-torches make for a pleasant evening for those not wanting to mess with a real fire. There are several zero gravity loungers in the storage shed to place around the fire pit. The full-size grill is located outside by the bedroom backdoor. One tank of propane is provided during your stay.
Our lot is one of the largest in the park and backs up to a nature area. Do not be surprised if you encounter a turtle or two. There is plenty of parking on the side for those with bike trailers. The Flagler Beach area is well known for beautiful drives for the motorcycle enthusiast plus numerous bicycle paths & trails.

The place was very clean and kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, etc which came in handy for cooking up quick meals. An outdoor shower is located outside of the unit for use of washing sand off guests coming in from the beach. If sand from the beach is found in the room, an extra cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to the guest. This includes sand found in the shower, bed, tables and floors.

The guest is responsible for removing all trash upon checkout. A dumpster for the trash is location on the side of the house for guests to use. A trash removal fee of $25 will be charged to the guest if trash is not taken out upon checkout.

Excellent location! The ocean is right up the street and it's an easy walk to great restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream and nighttime entertainment. You will not need a car at our location - walk to everything! If you would like a new adventure, Historic St. Augustine and World Famous Daytona Beach are only a 30 minute drive. Walt Disney World is about an hour and a half drive. If you are looking for a relaxing, stress-free beach vacation, you will feel right at home here!

Enter your SEASIDE GUEST SUITE through your own private entrance with keypad door lock. Your suite will be on the second floor of our beach house. Upon entry, you'll notice everything you need for a great vacation at the beach! Our furniture, linens, and decor are reminiscent of ocean waves, clear skies, sandy beaches, and sea salt air! Your luxury beach towels and toys are nestled in a basket, waiting for you to grab and go! A kitchenette is equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and many appliances for preparing food and drinks. The main living area contains a daybed with two twin beds, a cabinet filled with games and books, a dresser, and a TV with popular apps. The King Bedroom is private with lots of storage spaces and a rocker glider with ottoman.

Our outdoor spaces are festive and waiting for you to grill, dine, lounge, and relax. You will also find a beach caddy with chairs for a short, convenient walk up to the beach.

We live downstairs and will be available for any questions or concerns that may arrive during your stay. However, we respect the privacy of our valued guests and we will not interact with guests unless the guests request us!

We are family friendly and pet friendly! Flagler Beach is a great town for dogs. Several restaurants allow dogs in their outdoor dining area and dogs are allowed on the beach after 10th street north and 10th street south. The pet fee is $65 per stay (less than 1 month) or $125 for longer stays of 1 month or more. Dogs MUST be on a leash whenever you are leaving your suite. Aggressive dogs are not allowed.

We do not have a stove and oven in the kitchenette. However, an Air fryer, microwave and toaster oven are stored in the cabinets underneath. Additionally, there are several great restaurants all within walking distance!
