The property is well-maintained and had anything you could possibly want for your stay, from beach chairs and towels to kitchen appliances and utensils. Great location! Very short walk to the ocean. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and most anything else you could want within a 5 to 10 minute drive. We really didn’t need the car other than for the one evening we drove into Saint Augustine. There was really no need to contact the property manager, but when we did just to let her know when we would be artiving, she responded promptly. First class experience! I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be going back."

The grounds are very attractive. It is located on Anastasia Island, in historic St. Augustine, the nations oldest city.

The house is part of the Saint Augustine Beach and Tennis Condominiums which is an oceanfront complex located in Saint Augustine Beach on Anastasia Island. This house is not oceanfront but only a short boardwalk away from the ocean. You have the advantage of not paying for an oceanfront condominium but you can use all the facilities that come with the complex.

For example the gated private complex pool is right behind the dunes. It is as if you have your own beach club with two pools - one eight-feet deep, one lap pool, with shower and restrooms. You can spend your day at the pool or just walk a short distance over the walkway to the ocean!

Smart Lock Keyless Entry- You chose your own code for your rental which is only valid for the duration of your stay. This makes a walk on the beach so much easier without worrying about losing the key. This modern experience will provide you with more safety and security and peace of mind!

The house is part of a row with six other units which gives you a lot more privacy than a condominium and you will find it very peaceful. The villa was newly remodeled to make your stay even more comfortable. We want you to make this your home-away-from-home. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is fully accessorized and very spacious with lots of counter space. We provide a regular Cuisinart coffee maker and a Keurig K 15 single brew Coffee Maker!

The dining area includes a table and chairs that seats four, with sliding doors to the patio. Connected to the dining area is the living room with a couch, loveseat, and a chair. After a day of fun in the sun a new 49-inch Sony 4K TV with Netflix included and DVD Player will guarantee you a nice and relaxing evening on the couch if you are to tired for the excitement Saint Augustine has to offer!

A large, screened-in patio is furnished with a table, four chairs, and two lounge chairs overlooking the pond. The master bedroom has a King size bed with connecting bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. The master bedroom, with a new plush King size mattress, has a 19 inch LCD TV. You have also access from the master bedroom to the patio. The guest bedroom has twin beds with new pillow top mattresses and its own bathroom. Sightseeing - when not relaxing on the beach you can visit the oldest city in the nation wonderful historic Saint Augustine which is only 15 minutes away. Saint Augustine offers the Castillo de San Marco, Oldest School House, Fountain of Youth, Alligator Farm, carriage rides, wonderful art galleries, shops, fine restaurants, and so much more. Two outlet shopping malls are just 20 minutes away.

Sports - surfing, fishing, boating, and, of course, golf is located close by. Golfers will enjoy the World Gold Village with all its amenities.

Our lovely and completely renovated beach cottage is located in a quiet seaside neighborhood on 9th Street. We are an easy 5 minute stroll to the beach at the end of our street. Close enough to hear the sound of waves morning and night. On this end of 9th Street there is no through way, so it is very private and quiet with no car traffic or people constantly walking by! In addition, the mature Tropical beautifully landscaped backyard is surrounded by an 8’ high privacy fence that makes social distancing a breeze!

Little Pearl Beach Cottage is only a few minutes walk from the beautiful, wide, white sand beaches of St. Augustine Beach. This is the "Best" section of beach in town, and one of the few beaches that does not allow cars on the beach. Winston, at Ruby Dog on B Street, is the ideal location for the traveling couple or the small family. This one bedroom / one bath pet friendly unit has beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the large deck. The deck is on the east side of the building, which makes it a great spot to watch the sunrise in the morning and for a shady sea breeze retreat each afternoon with your favorite book. There is also a full size table on the deck, which is perfect for lunch after a long morning on the beach and for a romantic dinner under a starry sky.

The living room has plenty of room to spread out and relax. The large comfortable sofa can be used to sleep a third person if needed. Also, both the living room and bedroom have large flat screen tvs and high speed internet. The bedroom has a brand new queen size mattress and all new linens as well. Winston also has a twin size cot, which can be set up too. You’ll enjoy our completely remodeled bathroom that has a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. The kitchen features quartz countertops, new appliances, and has everything you’ll need to prepare, cook, and serve meals.

Ruby Dog on B is only one house off of the beach so access to the beach and ocean is just a few steps away. We provide beach towels and chairs for our guests to use during their stay with us. Scarlett, at Ruby Dog on B Street, is the ideal location for your next trip to St. Augustine Beach. This one bedroom / one bath pet friendly unit has beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from both the living room and the large deck. The deck is on the east side of the building, which makes it a great spot to watch the sunrise in the morning and for a shady sea breeze retreat each afternoon. There is also a full size table on the deck, which is perfect for lunch after a long morning on the beach and for a romantic dinner under a starry sky.

The living room has a large comfortable sofa, which can be used to sleep a third person if needed. Also, both the living room and bedroom have large flat screen tvs and high speed internet. The bedroom has a brand new queen size mattress and all new linens as well. Scarlett also has a twin size cot, which can be set up too. The completely remodeled bathroom has beautiful Spanish tiles, which fit perfectly with the feel of St. Augustine. The kitchen area features quartz countertops, new appliances and has everything that you'll need to prepare, cook and serve meals.

Ruby Dog on B is only one house off of the beach so access to the beach and ocean is just a few steps away. We provide beach towels and chairs for our guests to use during their stay with us. Come and enjoy our beautiful beach side vacation rental. Built in 1955 this Old Florida style home beautifully appointed and newly remodeled is fully furnished. The house is East of A1A Beach Blvd so there are no roads to cross. ( not Oceanfront but less than 50 yards form the beach.)

The many features include brand new appliances in the full kitchen, washer dryer, two large bedrooms, fireplace,central air and heat, a living room with two comfortable couches as well as a front porch which has a day bed and converts to two twin beds.

There are 1 1/2 baths as well as an outside hot and cold shower. The outdoor deck has a built in Hot Tub. It is on a section of Saint Augustine Beach that does not allow driving on the Beach so it is less crowded and more private. We do allow dogs and St Augustine Beach Beach is very dog friendly.

It is a short walk to the fishing pier and 14 cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Downtown Saint Augustine is a short ten minute drive.

Everyone loves our house. It is close to the Beach and everything Saint Augustine has to offer.

Also, next to the hot tub is an enclosed wooden shower stall which we used to bathe the dog and then us! The Sunburst and the beach are both pet friendly and our 75 pound Goldendoodle was in heaven. There are "poop" bags conveniently located at the beach entrance so there is NO excuse to clean up after your dog. DON'T ruin for others. It was just my wife and I and this but next time we want to go again with our grandchildren. There is plenty of room for several guests. We appreciated the outdoor picnic table with shaded umbrella and we absolutely loved the hot tub which worked perfectly. We didn't use it this time but next time we'll be using the outdoor grill."

My family loves games and Rummikub is our favorite. We play from 5 to 95 and find it one of the few games where you actually have to think. GOURMET KITCHEN - White Shaker Kitchen & Stainless Appliances plus a new "Leather" finish Granite Countertops. I hope you love it as much as I do. OCEANFRONT MASTER - The Master Bedroom is accessed thru lovely Glass Spa Doors. With giant 8' window it has spectacular morning sunrises and 42" TV. There is a King Bed and private bath with Shower, Oval Mirrored Medicine cabinet and Waterfall Faucet.

EXTRA SLEEPING - If you need more room, the Leather Sofa in the Greatroom folds out into a comfortable Queen with a half bath next door. Plus the Daybed is a full Twin Mattress so we comfortably sleep 5.

BEST BEACH Now that I have described the House, let me turn to the Beach and why I call it the "Best Beach". You need to do your research here. There is a tremendous difference in the beaches and only 18 streets of what most people agree is the Best. Be sure and find out “where” your beach house is located before you book. I believe this is the BEST for 5 reason:

1. The SAND. The sand is like powder, not coarse ground up shells like Vilano to the north. This is the white powder you are looking for. Great for drip castles!

2. The OCEAN is RIGHT AT YOUR DOOR STEP. There is no long raised boardwalk like further south along Atlantic View with a 5 minute walk across the dunes to navigate with the cooler & chairs before you ever get to the water. Here the ocean and the VIEW is steps from your door. Be careful. There are some “beachfront” homes that are so “far from the beach” because of the sand dunes that you can hardly “see” the ocean.

3. There are NO CARS. This is a major distinction. Everything south of A Street has Cars. Imagine trying to play paddle ball or throwing football with cars continually passing by & having to be on constant baby alert. Not while you are on vacation!

4. The beach is WIDE and level with GREAT WAVES. You have to be careful here too. Some beaches to the north on Vilano are narrow & steep, even with rocks, and the slope of the beach affects the waves. They break right at the shore line so close in you can't ride boogie boards. The locals consider this the BEST SURFING around. There is a Surf Shop, Pitt Surf, at A Street where you can rent boards and take lessons. You don't have to worry. This is not the West Coast. Waves are not too big and not too small. They are "just right". But you will have loads of fun with the boogie boards provide at The Seaside Cottages free of charge

5. Last but not least, the beach is within WALKING DISTANCE of loads of Restaurants & Shops. Many beaches both north and south are so isolated you have a long drive to get to anything. Not The Seaside Cottages. It is so nice to be able to walk over to a restaurant for breakfast or send the kids out an Ice cream cone. We have an amazing number of "wonderful" restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite Sunset Grill is a must. Even Live music at Cafe 11 & funky Jacks BBQ. At the Fishing Pier the Kids will love the Splash Park plus Beach Volleyball courts, there is a Farmers Market on Wednesday and Free Live Music Concerts every Wednesday night in the Summer. How wonderful is that? Publix and Starbucks are only 1.5 mile away. There is a park half mile north on Pope with Tennis or a YMCA for swimming or workout w/Daily or Weekly memberships if you are not a member at home. Just south is Miniature Golf which kids will love. And Royal St Augustine Golf for the Adults close by on 16. (World Golf and TPC/Sawgrass are about 30 minutes). See THINGS TO DO at my Website or call to let me know what you are looking for. 5 MILES TO DOWNTOWN - There is more to St Augustine that just the Beach. Our Downtown founded in 1565 is the oldest continuously occupied European Settlement in the US and one of the Top 6 Florida destinations according to US News & World Reports. (They rank us #2 Best Affordable Honeymoon Destination and our Beach #5 in USA). You'll feel like you are back in time. Strolling Old World Walking Streets. Romantic Lighting. Guests will have access to the entire home, including both indoor and outdoor living spaces. Guests may not park cars in the garage.

The Neighborhood:
The house is walkable to a ton of my favorite places at the beach! This neighborhood is very safe and GREAT for renting bikes from Drifters and seeing all of St. Augustine Beach's beauty!

The Kookaburra coffee shop is just three short blocks away, and is a local favorite.

Multiple highly rated restaurants of all types are within walking distance on A Street, as well as bars, real estate offices, mini golf, and much more!

Just a 15 minute walk up A1A Beach Blvd is the pier where you can park and go fishing or enjoy the weekly Wednesday farmers market from 9am-12pm.

A 10-15 minute drive from historic downtown and 5 minute drive to The Amp! concert venue where many well known celebrities and musicians play!

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please request pool heat - $60 a day/$350 a week.

Must be 18 and up to operate the elevator. Children are not allowed in the elevator without adult supervision.

Rental Agreement: A quick virtual rental agreement is required—simple and guest-friendly!

You’ll love my place because it's fresh and tidy and has everything you need to enjoy a true St Augustine Beach vacation. Located in a safe, residential neighborhood, we provide a fleet of various bicycles, beach chairs, towels and toys. Biking is a wonderful way to tour the area and cruise to the beach. So park your car in the driveway, kick off your shoes, and make yourselves at home in this warm and wonderful little slice of Paradise!

Guest access
The whole apartment and fenced in backyard are yours to enjoy. There is access to the one-car garage with bicycles and a child's bike trailer, which seats two tots. You'll also find a beach umbrella, beach towels, and assorted beach toys for the kids or "young at heart".

The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances: coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, brita water filter, full size refrigerator and glass top stove. Dishware and utensils, pots, pans, bowls etc are all there, plus sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, oil and such. We provide coffee and tea and light snacks.

Standard personal care items can be found in the bathroom such as soaps, shampoo and toothpaste, as well as first aid supplies, that hopefully, you won't need.

We love this town, and truly want our guests to have a great experience while visiting. Knowledge is key, so you'll find a collection of maps, tour guides, and historical information that we constantly update in the living room. There are also guides to the local music scene, restaurants, and various take-out menus.

There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee.
Baby equipment is available for a fee.
Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
For stays of 28 nights, the property manager may reach out to arrange a maintenance check.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of $300 USD.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Excessive noise is not tolerated during any hour.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not permitted at this property.
- For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.
- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.

Our renovated beach cottage is one block to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and ice cream, nightlife, public transport, family-friendly activities. Guest will have the entire first floor unit, including an outdoor patio exclusively to themselves. There is a shared fenced yard, garden, and outdoor shower surrounding the home.

Although a first floor unit, second floor locals are very respectful of all our guests and are aware to maintain a peaceful residence. Additionally, this property will not refund bookings due to weather or natural disasters.

One set of stairs leads up to the entry of the townhouses and then there is one set of stairs leading from the 1st level of townhouse to the second. There is no elevator. You have access to the entire condo .Use of the pool area during posted hours & beach access.
The condo includes 2 parking spots (one assigned) and one guest spot only. Additional vehicles must park off site.

Other things to note
The property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies.
This is a popular spot and from time to time there are security guards for parking when it's a busy time of year and when there are events at the Pier Park next door.
