This house has so much charm to it, but if you don't like stairs be cautious. This house is also amazing when it thunderstorms. Everything you need is available for you. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is gorgeous, safe, and quiet. The canal was beautiful to sit by at night on the deck. We had made plans to go out and do several things, but for the most part, everyone just wanted to stay at the house and hangout by the pool. The Publix grocery store is very close by. The marina district with restaurants/shops is very close too. It’s a little farther to the beach than I had anticipated, but we didn’t seem to mind. Word to the wise, if you go to Sanibel/captiva you need to get there early. Parking was a nightmare. We wasted a lot of time driving from beach to beach trying to find a spot. The Sanibel Thriller was lots of fun. We saw many dolphins. The Cape Coral restaurants “Nice Guys” and “Papa Joe’s” were super! One thing I noticed about Cape Coral is that the service was great everywhere we went and everyone was so friendly. We had a great time and are already planning our next trip."
