There is a public boat ramp on the other side of the lake-just off of Silver Creek Road and Lake Adger Road. You are welcome to bring a pontoon or fishing boat as well as a kayak or paddle board. During your stay at the chalet you can park your pontoon at the Blueridge Overlook Marina in a designated space. Please not there is an 80 horsepower limit on pontoons boats and 60 horsepower limit on other watercraft. To maintain the tranquil enviroment, no jet skis or water skiing t is permitted on the lake

If you are joining us in the winter, we are an easy 30 minute trip to Sky Valley for skiing too! HIghlands is a quick drive for world class shopping and dining. Small walking trails wind through our five acre property, perfect for a quick stroll with your pooch - and guests can try their hand gem mining or fishing in the creek above and below the falls.

A rustic bunk house on the property is also available for rent to accommodate a larger group. The 2 bdrm/1.5bth bunk house sleeps 6 people comfortably. Downstairs has a queen bed and full bath, and upstairs has 2 king size beds and a half bath in an open loft style bedroom. The property has a cozy living room/dining room combination with a well equipped kitchen. The bunk house is clean and very simply furnished. It does not have Wi-Fi. A TV with DVD player and a library of movies is onsite. Very comforatable acccomidations with brand new heating and air conditioning. The bunk house is only for rent in conjunction with the Waterfall Cabin and is not leased to separate parties. Please inquire for rates and additional photos.

Pets are welcome upon approval with an additional fee at the Waterfall Cabin, but due to the steep decking, lots of stairs and the very large waterfall on the property, young children are usually discouraged. The cabin is accessible via stairs to the main front door - so guests do have to be able to navigate stairs.

THE SPACE:
The 2-bedroom (2 beds), 2 bathroom chalet is easy to access. The staircase to the loft bedroom is carpeted for safety. Balcony & front porch have standard-height wood picket railings with outdoor furniture. The kitchen has stainless appliances and a propane gas stove. The living area has a propane gas log fireplace with a push-button on/off and an auto shut-off wall-mounted remote.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have complete use of the main floor, loft, main floor balcony, and front porch with a private entrance. 2 vehicle limit. The driveway is large, but turning around can be difficult with more than two vehicles. No boats, trailers, campers, or off-road sports vehicles. No portable firepits, grills/barbeques, or fireworks are permitted on the property. Primrose Lane is a Private community.

Campbell Folk school, where you can see concerts, take classes and attend the well-known Fall Festival in October. Two hours or less drive will get you to the the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway, Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest, Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, Biltmore House and the Tail of the Dragon for bikers. Located 15 minutes from Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino. Monti Alto is 40 minutes from Blue Ridge, GA and 2.5 hours from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
