Our lake cottage can comfortably sleep 6 people. Our family uses it all the time, so it has everything you may need! There are 2 bedrooms, both with a king size bed. There is also a central room with 2 twin beds that can easily be put together to make a 3rd king size bed. There are 2 baths, a master bathroom with a jetted tub and large shower, and a hall bath with a large shower. The second bedroom and central room have direct access to the hall bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a family room with an electric fireplace, a sunroom with a large dining table and sectional to enjoy the fabulous view and occasional wildlife.
You will have access to the entire house, as well as our kayaks (2 singles and 1 double). There is a small beach to launch the kayaks, and a boat ramp, if you plan on coming with your small boat or jetskis. But the use of the ramp will be at your own risks. Know that it is a bit narrow.
You will find most everything you may want to shop for in Rockingham, especially if thrift shopping is your thing! We are less than 30 minutes away from Aberdeen, where there are more restaurants to choose from, and 35 minutes away from Southern Pines/Pinehurst, the NC capital of golf! Lots of great restaurants and shopping there as well.

Please note that there are a few steps between the main section of the house and the master suite. This house was originally two small cabins that were later connected. Also, the access down to the shoreline is somewhat steep.

this 3 bedroom , 2 bath has everything you need. it is in close driving distance to local stores and restaurants but far enough way to relax. this home also has a huge backyard with a pool. you will love this home.

This is a private campground with plenty of parking on 15 acres of wooded property. It has a few trails and small streams. It is perfect for people with RVs or tents that love nature. Small campfires and music at reasonable level is allowed.

We do allow pets, but ask that they be controlled. We have our own animals (cats, dogs, chickens) adjacent to the campsite on our personal property a few hundred feet away.

You have your own private entrance for privacy. During the winter months, the trees are bare enough to see the road from half the clearing, it is more private further in.

Unfortunately, there are no water, electrical, or septic tank hookups currently. We also require that you cleanup and leave with your trash.

We allow up to two reservations at the same time. If you have a larger group, we will block off the reservation block to prevent this, but please be respectful if another group joins the same property as there is plenty of room. (Note: This rarely happens)

Also, we do use the trails ourselves as we are continually maintaining the property and do like to occasionally walk it for exercise.

Guests enjoy our 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabin , with the option of using our queen size sofa hide-a bed in the living room area. A pack and play is available to set up wherever it is convenient for you. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and crock pot. The bathroom has a 5' shower. There is an additional door to the bathroom from the bedroom. If you care to exercise, there is a treadmill awaiting you in the living area. If you have children who love the outdoors, this is the place for you! They can swing on the rope swing while you relax on the porch.

Full RV hookup right next to Rockingham speedway and dragstrip This is also a business so its not totally private but not open on weekends. RV hookup was made for visiting friends/ family seeing if is interest for public. Dragstrip shutdown is directly behind location there is NO access to it other than gate entry. Private 2 acres to use Dogs allowed. Directly off US 1 Business is EHS RACING. You get access to camp spot area and parking 50amp hookup running on a 40amp breaker plus septic/water

We built this little cabin in 2015 to host our friends and family. We are now empty nesters and have plenty of room! Our cabin is located behind our home, yet it is still private. We live in the middle of the woods and often there are deer in the clearing in front of the cabin. We will soon have our pond completed nearby. Nothing fancy, but comfortable & peaceful. Cabin has good wifi and a smart TV. Come enjoy the peace and quiet of the country and relax on the front porch!

The master bedroom features a luxurious queen size bed for ultimate comfort. The second bedroom offers a queen bed as well as a twin bunk bed above, perfect for families or friends traveling together. The living room provides a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa. (There is an extra charge for more than five guests.)

Indulge in relaxation in the master bath, complete with a spacious walk-in shower featuring a rain head and three separate spray nozzles for a soothing experience. Additionally, unwind in the second full bath, which features a large tub ideal for soaking away the day's stresses.

Rest peaceful in this tranquil getaway. Words like charming, cozy and unique are an understatement when describing this beautiful home. A super clean home built in the 1950's. This home still has many of those same attributes but with many updates. Spacious / large bedrooms with TV's in each bedroom. Brand new posturepedic mattress and purple mattress. Brand New washer and dryer available with complimentary wash detergent and fabric sheets. Complimentary water, coffee, sugar, and creamers. The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, plates, cooking utensils, and silverware, pictures show available furnishings. The doors are old and original to my home. With that said, the bedroom doors do not lock. The half bath in the master bedroom is super small. The full bathroom only has a stand-up shower, no bathtub. The 3rd bedroom is upstairs. The space
Our lake cottage can comfortably sleep 6 people. Our family uses it all the time, so it has everything you may need! There are 2 bedrooms, both with a king size bed. There is also a central room with 2 twin beds that can easily be put together to make a 3rd king size bed. There are 2 baths, a master bathroom with a jetted tub and large shower, and a hall bath with a large shower. The second bedroom and central room have direct access to the hall bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a family room with an electric fireplace, a sunroom with a large dining table and sectional to enjoy the fabulous view and occasional wildlife.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, as well as our kayaks (2 singles and 1 double). There is a small beach to launch the kayaks, and a boat ramp, if you plan on coming with your small boat or jetskis. But the use of the ramp will be at your own risks. It is a bit narrow.

Other things to note
You will find most everything you may want to shop for in Rockingham, especially if thrift shopping is your thing! We are less than 30 minutes away from Aberdeen, where there are more restaurants to choose from, and 35 minutes away from Southern Pines/Pinehurst, the NC capital of golf! Lots of great restaurants and shopping there as well.

Please note that there are a few steps between the main section of the house and the master suite. This house was originally two small cabins that were later connected. Also, the access down to the shoreline is somewhat steep.

All the TVs in the home are streaming. There is no cable, satellite or antennae. Guests wishing to watch TV must have their own streaming service which they can log into after signing into each TV as a guest with a defined check-out date upon which all personal information will be wiped from each TV.
