The Security Deposit of $250 is a hold, not a charge, on your Credit/Debit Card from a day before check-in until 7 days after checkout. Your card is only charged if I claim damage during that timeframe. If I do not claim damage during that timeframe, the hold will be automatically released from your card on the 7th day after checkout. Since the card account is not technically charged, just held, the hold that you see on your online statement may just disappear instead of showing as a credit. I will always contact you to discuss any damages prior to charging your card. Please ignore any other posts that states we will collect the security deposit at the house. This is inaccurate and there is currently not an option to remove that language. Sorry for any confusion.

COMFORT: The Madison offers two queen size master bedrooms with an additional full size bed in the loft space. There is a multifunction futon allowing the cabin to be able to sleep up to a total of 8 if needed. The Madison also has a hot tub, theater like seating, cable tv, fast Starlink WiFi, a large 60" flat screen TV in the basement (and large flat screen TV on the main floor), and Roku players in each master bedrooms. We provide Hulu, Disney+, and YouTube TV (including the NFL Sunday Ticket!) with fast internet service and Starlink satellite internet (the best available in the Hocking Hills area). Each master bedroom has a spacious full en suite bathroom.

During the winter months, if inclement weather (snow/ice) accumulates, it would be best to use a 4wd vehicle for access to the Chalet. We employ a snow plowing service to have the driveway clean and clear for guests when snow accumulates more than 2".

Cabin Quirks: We love coming down to our cabin for its cozy charm and the way Hocking Hills allows us to unplug from our hectic day to day routines. It gives us the gift of quality time together and the chance to focus on the moments that count. Hocking Hills cabins often have quirks, including well water (some guests prefer to bring bottled water) and cell service that's spotty at times (guest can use our typically reliable WiFi for both calls and texting).

Located in the center of Ohio's wine country, the Chalet is within 5 miles of lake Erie right behind the Spire Institute. This location also makes a great accommodation for wine excursions, girls weekends, wedding rehearsal dinners, reunions and athletes in training at the Spire.

This is the best rental in Crane Cove….with the best water views. It is perfect for two couples or a four person family. There are separate bedrooms with connecting baths on each.
The property has 3 decks, one that you could practically fish from that overlooks the water. Kayaks, bikes, boat docks, a peddle boat, a fire pit, and grill are for the use of guests. Next to the resort is the Northshore Park with a mini beach, the start of a 4.2 mile walking/biking path, and boat launch. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance.
Crane Cove has 400 feet of waterfront for your use whether it’s fishing on the docks or just relaxing by the water. ( all short-term rentals in the Village of Buckeye Lake are governed under ordinances #2022-56 and #2023-60 )

Enjoy the great room bathed in natural light from floor to ceiling or the striking view from the hot tub on the large deck.Crockett's Cabin is located at Crockett's Run - a Lodging and Event Space on 56-acres in Hocking Hills, OH. Events are typically held on the weekends in the late Spring, Summer, and Fall. Crockett's Lodge is located near the Event Lodge. There are hiking trails + a pond available on-site for Crockett's Run guests.

Crockett's Run is in Logan, Ohio, so only about an 8-minute drive to downtown Logan, which has shops and a grocery store. We are 20-30 minutes away from major state park trails, depending on the specific trail. Here is the distance for some of the popular trails:

- "We were delighted by this cabin! A definite WOW factor upon entry with the classic A-frame windows overlooking the pond. No view of any neighbors from the house unless you are in the driveway. The layout is a bit strange, but there are plenty of beds and it is a very open concept. They have done a great job with the remodel and have made some beautiful choices for modern decor. The hot tub worked great, the fire pit was easy, and communication with the host was a breeze. The pond and playground are shared spaces but we barely saw any guests during our stay. It was a LOT of bedding to strip afterwards, but not a big deal and they provided laundry hampers. My two comments for future guests would be (1) there is NO laundry in this house; no washer or dryer, and (2) there are only two toilets and one of the two bathrooms has limited counter space. Because of this I would find it hard to imagine larger groups of 6+ sharing this space for longer than a few days. I would need my laundry because of the kiddos. Otherwise, it was an awesome place. Not far from all the major hikes and sites around Hocking Hills. And the hosts were wonderful. Very quick to respond and answered questions. I would consider staying at one of their places again in the future if we are at Hocking Hills. Thank you Ben and Megan."
