This is a DOUBLE bed in a SHARED ROOM in the finished part of my basement. The rate is $50 for two people per night or $35 for one person (the rate is set for 2 people, if you're booking as a single I will need to figure out how to refund you or make the adjustment). I have created a space for travelers looking for just a bed and a shower. No frills, but very cozy and comfortable. 2 Twins (Singles) and 1 Full (Double) for a max of 4 people. Quiet and respect of others is required. NO SMOKING, NO DRUG USE AND NO HEAVY ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION PLEASE. I rent other rooms in my house as well and this particular set-up has been successful in the past. There are lockers with keys to lock up personal items should you need it. All towels, soap, shampoo, bed linens and pillows are included. There are a total of 3 beds here with a maximum of 4 people in the room. The bathroom is in the adjacent room. There is also ping pong and weightlifting if you are so inclined. We have a cool vibe here. We are quiet and respect people's space and are very considerate of others.
