There are lighted stairs and bridges going up the hillside to a covered porch with Adirondack chairs so you can sit on the porch and listen to the creek below and the wind rustling through the leaves. There's a concrete patio with a picnic table and a charcoal grill. When you step through the door there are lovely wood walls, an electric fireplace, and your eye will go straight to the French doors leading onto the screened hot tub porch with billowy curtains for privacy. There's a queen size bed with fluffy rugs on either side, end table and armoire with extra pillows and blanket, for your convenience. The living area has a leather love seat made just for snuggling in front of the fireplace. There are fluffy throws in the ottoman. Wrap up and watch a movie. There is a Blu-ray/DVD player and antenna The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, flatware, basic cookware, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator. The space
Located on 5 wooded acres, complete with a hot tub, fire pit, 2 hiking trails, a partially covered wrap around deck, and plenty of games, this is the perfect cabin getaway for couples, families, or friends!

Inside the cabin, you'll find a living room with an electric fireplace, 50" smart TV, sound bar, and wall games. The first floor also has a half bath and a kitchen with all the essentials.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms that sleep six: one with a king-size bed and another with two full-size beds. The full bathroom upstairs includes a GE washer/dryer combo.

Outside you’ll find a newly added shed with guest access and plenty of outdoor games—Cornhole, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, and Yard Pong.

You'll have everything you need for a perfect getaway without having to leave. But if you forget anything, don't worry—shopping and local dining options are just minutes away!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire 5-acre property (with the exception of the owner’s side of the shed), which has a securely gated driveway for your privacy and peace of mind. There is a Guest Access side to the shed where guests can access the outdoor games.

Please note that security cameras are installed at each door and the driveway to ensure the safety of our guests and the property. In addition, there are 3 trail cams on the hiking trails and 1 facing the shed.

Other things to note

The nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest (up to 6 guests maximum) will be an additional $25 per night, per additional guest.

- "We just loved this cabin! This was our first Vrbo and we were very pleased it was exactly as listed. We pretty much only spent the three nights here since we were in town visiting family. Comfortable beds, cute kitchen. Enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the front porch while watching the deer in the woods. Easy communication with the owners. Happily recommend!" - "The little cabin was nice once we found it. We drove to 2 different locations just to find the property. The coordinates provided didn't bring us to the cabin nor did the address. A individual at the 2nd address who has had other people looking for the cabins address before, actually gave us a card with the correct address. When we arrived at the driveway for the cabin the road scraped underneath the bottom of our car. And I didn't care for the cameras going on and off at the doors. It made it feel very unprivate. We didn't know we had to have our own TV streaming services. That was another inconvenience when you want to relax for the evening. The cabin looks as if it was just built recently and they have a list of extra charges on a paper at the kitchen table. One being leaving a muddy floor there will an extra $250 charge. It was raining and still muddy from being a new build. It just seemed like another issue to stress about."

Located on 5 wooded acres, complete with a hot tub, fire pit, grill, hammock, 2 hiking trails, a partially covered wrap around deck, and plenty of games, this is the perfect cabin getaway for couples, families, or friends!

Inside the cabin, you'll find a living room with an electric fireplace, 55" smart TV, sound bar, and wall games—Tic-Tac-Toe and Hook 21 . The first floor also has a half bath and a kitchen with all the essentials.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms that sleep six: one with a king-size bed and another with two full-size beds. The full bathroom upstairs includes a GE washer/dryer combo.

Outside you’ll find a newly added shed with guest access and plenty of outdoor games—Cornhole, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, Yard Pong, and Tetherball!

You'll have everything you need for a perfect getaway without having to leave. But if you forget anything, don't worry—shopping and local dining options are just minutes away!

Guests will have access to the entire 5-acre property (with the exception of the owner’s side of the shed), which has a securely gated driveway for your privacy and peace of mind. There is a Guest Access side to the shed where guests can access the outdoor games.

Please note that security cameras are installed outside at the doors of the cabin, shed, and the driveway to ensure the safety of our guests and the property. In addition, there are 3 trail cams on the hiking trails and 1 facing the shed.

Other things to note
The nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest (up to 6 guests maximum) will be an additional $25 per night, per additional guest.

Guest access
You can access the home anytime after 4 PM by using the Keyless Keypad to enter with your unique code that is sent 3 days prior to arrival. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.

We do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts when possible. These are subject to availability and scheduling; if available, we charge $20 per hour.

If you're interested in either option, please reach out the night before check-in and or the night before check out so we can check the calendar and get back to you quickly, as we do have.

-Guests are liable for any damage caused by misuse or failure to follow these rules.

-No pets are allowed unless explicitly approved before booking or listed on their channel manager.
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 additional cleaning fee.
-Or, if pet-friendly: Well-behaved pets are welcome! $150 PER pet applies per dog or cat, with a max of 2 dogs or cats allowed ($75 refundable per pet after cleaners have reported issues after checkout).
-Pets must be leashed outdoors and not left unattended inside unless crated.
**Emotional support animals are accepted in the state of Ohio. Please just provide documentation after completing this form and there will be no charge.**
-Please reach out about larger homes if you want/need more than 2 pets, and we can confirm via chat/text or email. Additional fees are applied as per above.

UTILITY/ENERGY POLICY
-Please turn off lights, set the AC/heat to 70-72, and turn off any electronics when not in use or when you leave the home. This helps protect the environment (and our owner's utility bill).

WEATHER/STORM POLICY
-We’re not responsible for weather-related outages, road conditions, or delays. If the weather may impact your travel or stay, please plan accordingly and secure travel insurance.

EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE POLICY
-In the rare case of emergency repairs or scheduled maintenance, we may need access to the property. We'll always provide notice.
