This property, located at 26680 Tungsten Road in Euclid, Ohio (the "Property"), is managed by Short Term Rental Management LLC ("We" or "Manager"). You and those staying with you during your stay are the guests ("Guest" or "You"). Anyone You invite into the Property during your stay is a visitor ("Visitor").
Registration:
All Guests must be registered prior to arrival. No unregistered Guests or Visitors are allowed inside the Property. The maximum Property capacity is firm. If one or more unregistered Guests stay on the Property without registration, the booking is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund, a $75 Non-Registered Guest Fee per unregistered Guest, or both.
Early or Late Arrival:
We will make every effort to accommodate requests for early check-in or late checkout, when possible, for a fee of $30.00 each. However, You must let us know at the time of your booking and please understand that there is no guarantee that this will be possible.
Smoking and Substances:
No smoking or use of substances inside the Property. Butts must be disposed of in an ash tray in the back yard of the Property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on the Property. This includes butts left on the ground. A $450 fine will be assessed if we have to pick up cigarette butts or find evidence of any illicit drug use (including marijuana) inside the Property.
Parking:
Guests and Visitors may park only in designated parking areas or on the street and must comply with all parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Do not park on the grass or on neighboring properties.
Parties:
No parties or public events of any kind are allowed inside the Property or on the exterior grounds of the Property unless requested and approved prior to booking. A party is defined as any period of more than 30 consecutive minutes during which more than 2 Visitors are on the Property, or any effort to have multiple Visitors with such intent (a "Party"). Any approved request for a Party is subject to a Party Fee of up to $100 and a Security Deposit of up to $450 (to apply to any damage to property resulting from the approved Party or for additional cleaning required. Any repair for damage or excess cleaning costs in excess of this Security Deposit will be invoiced to You. Any unused Security Deposit will be returned to you. If you are found to have held a Party without prior approval, You will be subject to a $450 Unapproved Party Fee and You will be liable for all costs for addressing any resulting property damage or extra cleaning.
Quiet Time:
Quiet time begins at 10 p.m. and lasts until 7 a.m.
Security:
For the safety of all Guests and Visitors, this Property is equipped with exterior cameras (which may include Ring doorbells and/or Blink cameras with audio/video surveillance) that are in plain view in public spaces and on the Property exterior. All are monitored regularly.
Holdovers:
Guests and Visitors remaining in or on the Property beyond the Guest's reservation period (a "Holdover") will be deemed to be trespassing. We will take all possible legal action (civil and/or criminal) to have Holdovers removed from the Property and prosecuted to the full extent allowable under law.
Property Condition and Damage:
You accept this Property during the course of your Stay on an "As Is" basis. Due to the volume of guests, the Property is subject to regular wear-and-tear that will not interfere with the quality of your Stay. However, if you find any of the furniture, fixtures, or other aspects of the property to be excessively damaged or in disrepair, including any damage caused by You, your other Guests, or your Visitors during your stay ("Guest Damage"), please notify Us immediately. We will work with You to remedy the situation in a timely manner to everyone's satisfaction.
You may be liable for direct costs associated with any repairs required to address Guest Damage. We will work to mitigate such costs and will communicate this to you. If you fail to report any Guest Damage, You will be liable for the direct costs for any associated repairs plus an additional $100 Unreported Damage fee.
Pets:
No pets allowed on or inside the Property. This is not a pet friendly Property. Pets include any animals You bring onto the Property during your stay (each a “Pet”). Registered service animals are always welcome, but We do require notice so that We can properly clean the Property following departure for guests with allergies. Service animals are expected to be with their human and not left unattended inside the Property at any time. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to charge a $20 Cleaning Fee if any service animal leaves an excess mess.

Generally, please leave the Property the same or better than you found it!
No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.
Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.
Please keep track of all keys and report any lost keys. You will be liable for a $200 Lost Key Fee if You lose a key during your stay or if the key is otherwise not returned upon checkout.

The beds were very comfortable and linens/towels were very clean. There was a bathroom on each level. It was very helpful to have one of the bathrooms literally steps from the bedroom and with a walk-in shower during her recovery period. There was plenty of room for my 2 granddaughters to play and stay entertained (much better than at a hotel). The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. We only needed to bring our groceries. The home was pet friendly and equipped with bowls and towels, as well as a utility sink for bathing. It was nice to have a washer/dryer as well since our stay was extended. There were security lights outside which helped us feel more at ease and helped to keep a close eye on our vehicles. Even though we were in the area for medical reasons, we still enjoyed our time and played alot of games and shared meals around the dining room table. There is a beautiful metropark nearby as well as many options for shopping and dining. We had the opportunity to visit "A Christmas Story" home and museum which was approximately a 20 minute drive. The host was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The process of reserving, check-in, and check-out went very smoothly and was much appreciated with everything else that we had going on. The only complaint I have is that the floors had not been swept but I feel that it was probably just an oversight because everything else was clean. This property was half the cost of staying at a hotel and double the enjoyment and satisfaction."

✳️This house was the perfect home to come and settle in. It had large TV's in each bedroom. Everything you needed to cook and truly chill at home. It also had a laundry room with everything needed. It was a place where you could stay for days and days!

- "We had a great stay in Euclid. This location was perfect for out family reunion. Lots of space to spread out in and gather into. The house was located in a quiet and well-kept neighborhood and was close to sites we intended to visit. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans and utricles. Easy for preparing family meals. Having stayed in a number of VRBOs, my only suggestion would be to stock some basic spices beyond salt & pepper. Also, the basement bathroom did not have supplies of shampoo, conditioner or toilet paper. Not a big deal as we always travel with extra supplies. The garage parking was not available as both stalls were filled with construction supplies and the outdoor grill was unusable as there was no propane. It would also have been nice to have some patio or yard chairs to enjoy the back yard. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you for hosting us."

- "Came in from Fort Wayne with family to watch a baseball game. How nice it is to have your own parking in a nice little house and Not have to pay out the ass for it. So thank you very much. And we will be using you again." - "We were pleased to find a place that allowed dogs. We thought the listing stating “fenced yard” meant that it was secure, so we could play with the dogs. There is no gate across the drive, and two large gaps in the side of the fence away from the drive. We were able to block these with our vehicle and the rubbish bins, though it was not ideal. Open bins outside had water and trash in them, as well as mosquito larvae. We dumped them out as well as possible. The screen doors do not close well, or latch securely. The house smelled musty, and some bits of cereal were found. It appears that linens are stored in outside bins, which seems unhygienic. The pads on the kitchen chairs were stained and dirty. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning (window units) was effective, but noisy. The shower was clean, water was hot, and pressure was fine. The kitchen had a full size fridge, and was clean and well stocked. Most of the problems would be easy to correct. If the fence is not secure, the listing should read “partially fenced yard” for accuracy. We left the property in better condition than we found it, keeping our dogs in the kitchen and tidying regularly. It has been two days since check out, and we would like to know when to expect our deposit."

Could not use the washing machine. And there were ants all over the kitchen. Hopefully, the owner will stock the items that are listed. The location was good. Neighborhood was quiet. Close enough to Cleveland if wanting to go down town. About 30 minutes to the airport."

- "We very much enjoyed our stay in the Veiled Secrets VRBO. The unit is very new, clean, and an excellent place to stay. We loved being able to park in the garage each night. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals when we did not eat out. At first there did not appear to be any ceiling fans in the rooms but upon closer examination the fan blades are retracted on top of the lights when not in use. The light/fan remote brings the fans to life. It is clean and has the fresh, new smell about it. The WiFi is very good and you can mirror tablets or phones to the TVs. One small concern for seniors or those with knee or leg problems, the unit is a split level unit with sets of stairs to negotiate. Other than that, the unit is a wonderful place to stay. "

This charming 3 bedroom is the part of a side-by-side duplex style home, but each has a different address. (This is how the city of Euclid does it.) You will have complete and private access to this entire home, with 3 bedrooms, including a king, a queen, and a twin bunk bed. There is one bath upstairs and a fully stocked kitchen. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 cars parked single-file, and free street parking is also available.
The house is clean, well-maintained and fully furnished for your stay. It's cozy and centrally located to the east side of Cleveland. Just a quick 10 min to downtown and all the hospitals and about 30 min to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

Security:
For the safety of all Guests and Visitors, this Property is equipped with exterior cameras (which may include Ring doorbells and/or Blink cameras with audio/video surveillance) that are in plain view in public spaces and on the Property exterior. All are monitored regularly.
Holdovers:
Guests and Visitors remaining in or on the Property beyond the Guest's reservation period (a "Holdover") will be deemed to be trespassing. We will take all possible legal action (civil and/or criminal) to have Holdovers removed from the Property and prosecuted to the full extent allowable under law.
Property Condition and Damage:
You accept this Property during the course of your Stay on an "As Is" basis. Due to the volume of guests, the Property is subject to regular wear-and-tear that will not interfere with the quality of your Stay. However, if you find any of the furniture, fixtures, or other aspects of the property to be excessively damaged or in disrepair, including any damage caused by You, your other Guests, or your Visitors during your stay ("Guest Damage"), please notify Us immediately. We will work with You to remedy the situation in a timely manner to everyone's satisfaction.
You may be liable for direct costs associated with any repairs required to address Guest Damage. We will work to mitigate such costs and will communicate this to you. If you fail to report any Guest Damage, You will be liable for the direct costs for any associated repairs plus an additional $100 Unreported Damage fee.
Pets:
Pets are welcome, but You are limited to a maximum of 2 during your Stay. Pets include any animals You bring onto the Property during your Stay (each a “Pet”). All Pets (a) must be registered at the time of Your booking and (b) are subject to a $75 Pet Fee each. You will be liable for a $200 Unregistered Pet Fee for each unregistered Pet, and a $40 Cleaning Fee if any such Pets leave excess mess, at our discretion.

Generally, please leave the Property the same or better than you found it!
No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.
Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.
Please keep track of all keys and report any lost keys. You will be liable for a $200 Lost Key Fee if You lose a key during your stay or if the key is otherwise not returned upon checkout.
Please report any problems in a timely manner and allow us to rectify the problem first.
PRIOR TO CHECK OUT:
Dispose of all trash in the trash bin and outside receptacles when you check out.
Make sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and any electronics. Don’t forget to close all the windows and lock all the doors.
Check all rooms, closets, and drawers for your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost items or items left behind.
During cold-weather months, please turn the heat down (in cold months) to 55 degrees when leaving. In warm weather, please turn AC off or set to 72 degrees.
Wash dishes, strip rooms of dirty linens and take to the basement, and always remove all trash and place in the receptacle outside.
- "We found this rental literally on our way driving to Cleveland from Boston. Unfortunately the original vrbo we booked had to be cancelled because a tornado swept through the day before and knocked out all power. We were thankful to have found this one, but unfortunately were disappointed with what we came across. I had to take out the shower liner because of how disgusting it was and had to clean the tub before I let my kids shower. We also realized the toilet seat was broken, but still usable. The microwave also did not work. I let the manager know and in the beginning she was quick to respond and very apologetic. Even letting us know that a shower liner would arrive via amazon and we should open and replace. It never arrived. I have texted her several times since we left and have not heard anything in response. This place is way overpriced for what you get and where it is. Again - we were thankful to have found a place in the emergency situation, but will never use this place or management company for a vrbo rental again. "

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to charge a $20 Cleaning Fee if any service animal leaves an excess mess.

Upon entering it was so hot it was suffocating and I had to run our to purchase a fan for the backroom. The bathroom has no counter space for toiletries. Also back bedroom had a remote that turns tv on/off and adjust volume only, that my daughter found in a drawer and programmed to it. I did enjoy the game and record player as both were nice touches. The few issues weren't major enough for us to not rent again."

The space
For a relaxing stay less than 20 minutes away from downtown Cleveland, you get the best of both worlds, close to downtown and the parks. This is all while staying in a relaxing place that feels like home. The neighborhood is full of friendly people who often walk by and say hello! Close freeway access shaves time off any drive to and from the house.
You will feel a relaxing vibe in a cozy living room when you arrive. There is no shortage of plants throughout the house to keep the air fresh and energy on point. We have a 47-inch 4K Smart TV with Netflix, and feel free to sign in to your apps as needed if you are lounging around the house.
The dining room will be the next area your step into, with a table for four and a view of whatever nature has to offer, as we often refer to this backyard as a local animal sanctuary. It won’t take long for you to see why!
Speaking of the backyard, it is home to a vast amount of wildlife where they stay for the night or are just passing through. There is a back patio with a grill and fire pit to hang out around. You will find we have a good supply of wood nearby. All we ask is that you follow the city laws and not have a flame higher than three feet off the ground. Feel free to chill and unwind.
