The only thing missing for me was an iron. We would most definitely stay at this location again in the future! "

For this reason, guests renting the main house must park on the street so the tenants / maintenance can access the garage and guest house in back. Access to the Guesthouse and basement are off-limits and signs are posted. This is a private bedroom, with a door that has a lock and key in my home, that only you will have access to during your stay. There are shared space in the kitchen, dining, living, laundry, and outside spaces. My home has ample space for guests with a first floor shared living room & kitchen as well as a small outdoor space and main floor TV room. I am very open to long term guests.
This is a large space designed to accommodate a group, that will sleep 4 adults comfortably or a family of 5. The room is spacious, with a reading table, a full view mirror, one full bed and a futon sleeper. This space is on the lower level, with an open concept floor plan; a sleeping and lounging area combined, that displays a 55" smart TV in the lounging area,with wifi. There is also a microwave, and mini frig in your room.
Upstairs on the main level is spaces that is shared with the host and other guests; the kitchen, dining room, half bath are on the main floor.
I prefer meals eaten the kitchen, that must be cleaned up immediately after YOU cook your meal, as any family would do, no leaving dirty kitchen or dishes in the kitchen.

You will be provided with a key to the front door of the home. There is a ring camera doorbell at the front door for host to be attentive to guest check-in needs. It's a safe and convenient location.

2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap.

3. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen: toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, various size pots & pans, kettle. We do have a Keurig coffee machine, although we do not provide the K-Cups (guests are welcome to bring their own).

4. Do you allow pets? – No. We do not allow pets under any circumstances.

5. What time is check-in and check-out? – You can check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 11:00 AM. In case you are arriving late, it’s not a problem -- as it’s self check in, you can come at any time as long as it’s after 4:00pm.

6. Is an early check-in possible? We don’t allow earlier check-ins as we do need time to prepare the house before your arrival.

7. What type of unit is this one? You are booking a private bedroom inside a shared house. We do have other 4 rooms in the house that are also rented to other Airbnb guests, so there will be other people in the house during your stay.
