This property, located at 26680 Tungsten Road in Euclid, Ohio (the "Property"), is managed by Short Term Rental Management LLC ("We" or "Manager"). You and those staying with you during your stay are the guests ("Guest" or "You"). Anyone You invite into the Property during your stay is a visitor ("Visitor").

Registration:
All Guests must be registered prior to arrival. No unregistered Guests or Visitors are allowed inside the Property. The maximum Property capacity is firm. If one or more unregistered Guests stay on the Property without registration, the booking is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund, a $75 Non-Registered Guest Fee per unregistered Guest, or both.

Early or Late Arrival:
We will make every effort to accommodate requests for early check-in or late checkout, when possible, for a fee of $30.00 each. However, You must let us know at the time of your booking and please understand that there is no guarantee that this will be possible.

Smoking and Substances:
No smoking or use of substances inside the Property. Butts must be disposed of in an ash tray in the back yard of the Property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on the Property. This includes butts left on the ground. A $450 fine will be assessed if we have to pick up cigarette butts or find evidence of any illicit drug use (including marijuana) inside the Property.

Parking:
Guests and Visitors may park only in designated parking areas or on the street and must comply with all parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Do not park on the grass or on neighboring properties.

Parties:
No parties or public events of any kind are allowed inside the Property or on the exterior grounds of the Property unless requested and approved prior to booking. A party is defined as any period of more than 30 consecutive minutes during which more than 2 Visitors are on the Property, or any effort to have multiple Visitors with such intent (a "Party"). Any approved request for a Party is subject to a Party Fee of up to $100 and a Security Deposit of up to $450 (to apply to any damage to property resulting from the approved Party or for additional cleaning required. Any repair for damage or excess cleaning costs in excess of this Security Deposit will be invoiced to You. Any unused Security Deposit will be returned to you. If you are found to have held a Party without prior approval, You will be subject to a $450 Unapproved Party Fee and You will be liable for all costs for addressing any resulting property damage or extra cleaning.

Quiet Time:
Quiet time begins at 10 p.m. and lasts until 7 a.m.

Security:
For the safety of all Guests and Visitors, this Property is equipped with exterior cameras (which may include Ring doorbells and/or Blink cameras with audio/video surveillance) that are in plain view in public spaces and on the Property exterior. All are monitored regularly.

Holdovers:
Guests and Visitors remaining in or on the Property beyond the Guest's reservation period (a "Holdover") will be deemed to be trespassing. We will take all possible legal action (civil and/or criminal) to have Holdovers removed from the Property and prosecuted to the full extent allowable under law.

Property Condition and Damage:
You accept this Property during the course of your Stay on an "As Is" basis. Due to the volume of guests, the Property is subject to regular wear-and-tear that will not interfere with the quality of your Stay. However, if you find any of the furniture, fixtures, or other aspects of the property to be excessively damaged or in disrepair, including any damage caused by You, your other Guests, or your Visitors during your stay ("Guest Damage"), please notify Us immediately. We will work with You to remedy the situation in a timely manner to everyone's satisfaction.

You may be liable for direct costs associated with any repairs required to address Guest Damage. We will work to mitigate such costs and will communicate this to you. If you fail to report any Guest Damage, You will be liable for the direct costs for any associated repairs plus an additional $100 Unreported Damage fee.

Pets:
No pets allowed on or inside the Property. This is not a pet friendly Property. Pets include any animals You bring onto the Property during your stay (each a “Pet”). Registered service animals are always welcome, but We do require notice so that We can properly clean the Property following departure for guests with allergies. Service animals are expected to be with their human and not left unattended inside the Property at any time. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to charge a $20 Cleaning Fee if any service animal leaves an excess mess.

Miscellaneous:
Generally, please leave the Property the same or better than you found it!

No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.

Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.

Please keep track of all keys and report any lost keys. You will be liable for a $200 Lost Key Fee if You lose a key during your stay or if the key is otherwise not returned upon checkout.

Please report any problems in a timely manner and allow us to rectify the problem first.

PRIOR TO CHECK OUT:

Dispose of all trash in the trash bin and outside receptacles when you check out.

Make sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and any electronics. Don’t forget to close all the windows and lock all the doors.

Check all rooms, closets, and drawers for your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost items or items left behind.

During cold-weather months, please turn the heat down (in cold months) to 55 degrees when leaving. In warm weather, please turn AC off or set to 72 degrees.

✳️This house was the perfect home to come and settle in. It had large TV's in each bedroom. Everything you needed to cook and truly chill at home. It also had a laundry room with everything needed. It was a place where you could stay for days and days!

Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.

- "My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this property and location. Short drive to the city for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the West Side Market. We enjoyed walking to the parks with our dogs and along the lake path. A short 5 minute walk gets you to the grocery and coffee shop. The house was well appointed and the decor was welcoming. Nice quiet neighborhood. If back in the area, we would certainly stay here again. Dan was very responsive and a kind host."

- "We had a great stay in Euclid. This location was perfect for out family reunion. Lots of space to spread out in and gather into. The house was located in a quiet and well-kept neighborhood and was close to sites we intended to visit. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans and utricles. Easy for preparing family meals. Having stayed in a number of VRBOs, my only suggestion would be to stock some basic spices beyond salt & pepper. Also, the basement bathroom did not have supplies of shampoo, conditioner or toilet paper. Not a big deal as we always travel with extra supplies. The garage parking was not available as both stalls were filled with construction supplies and the outdoor grill was unusable as there was no propane. It would also have been nice to have some patio or yard chairs to enjoy the back yard. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you for hosting us."

- "Came in from Fort Wayne with family to watch a baseball game. How nice it is to have your own parking in a nice little house and Not have to pay out the ass for it. So thank you very much. And we will be using you again." - "We were pleased to find a place that allowed dogs. We thought the listing stating “fenced yard” meant that it was secure, so we could play with the dogs. There is no gate across the drive, and two large gaps in the side of the fence away from the drive. We were able to block these with our vehicle and the rubbish bins, though it was not ideal. Open bins outside had water and trash in them, as well as mosquito larvae. We dumped them out as well as possible. The screen doors do not close well, or latch securely. The house smelled musty, and some bits of cereal were found. It appears that linens are stored in outside bins, which seems unhygienic. The pads on the kitchen chairs were stained and dirty. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning (window units) was effective, but noisy. The shower was clean, water was hot, and pressure was fine. The kitchen had a full size fridge, and was clean and well stocked. Most of the problems would be easy to correct. If the fence is not secure, the listing should read “partially fenced yard” for accuracy. We left the property in better condition than we found it, keeping our dogs in the kitchen and tidying regularly. It has been two days since check out, and we would like to know when to expect our deposit."

- "We enjoyed our stay" - "The house is adequate for our needs but lacking glassware, mugs. Beds were comfortable but the twin bed was broken so my son had to sleep with the mattress on the floor. Could not use the washing machine. And there were ants all over the kitchen. Hopefully, the owner will stock the items that are listed. The location was good. Neighborhood was quiet. Close enough to Cleveland if wanting to go down town. About 30 minutes to the airport."

- "The process of reserving the property was effortless and seamless. The Manager is very accessible and approachable. The property looked exactly like the images, and was very up-to-date and clean. Having two full baths is a plus and of course state-of-the art appliances throughout. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient, close to dining, shopping and the freeway. - "When we first arrived we tried to find a light to go in the house and the living room light would not turn on. We got a phone with a light to wonder in. It was later in the evening when we got there so it was darkish. The description that was on the rental said it was a 4 bed house. The pictures don’t really show for sure if it is and we went on to it thinking we had one more bed for adults in a separate room and that was not the case. My daughter and her husband had to sleep on the couch as there was not 4 bedroom. Amenities listed included washer and drier, iron and ironing board. With a small toddler that was an important thing for us but that was not included either. The bathroom vanity has black mold in it. Surface and what could be seen was clean but behind doors corners vents garbage containers were not clean. First morning when using the blow drier blew fuses or beaker. So now not only the from room had no power one bedroom had no power including lights. And part of the master bedroom had no power. The portable AC that was plugged in in the master bedroom now was not able to be used. The bedroom was so hot that it was impossible to sleep in. So more people on coaches and one grandson had to sleep on the floor. I reached out to the property manager and she tired to get someone there but the issue was never fixed. She did tell us that part is our fee would be refunded but I have not seen that. My daughters and I left it cleaner than we found it. "

All Guests must be registered prior to arrival. No unregistered Guests or Visitors are allowed inside the Property. The listed rate is for the first 4 guests. The maximum Property capacity is 7. Any additional Guests above 4 (that is, for a 5th, 6th, or 7th Guest) require an additional Guest Fee of $5 each per day each. If one or more Guests stay on the Property without registration, the booking is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund, a $75 Non-Registered Guest Fee per unregistered Guest, or both.

Early or Late Arrival:
We will make every effort to accommodate requests for early check-in or late checkout, when possible, for a fee of $30.00 each. No smoking or use of substances inside the Property. Butts must be disposed of in an ash tray in the back yard of the Property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on the Property. Parking:
Parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 cars parked single-file, and free street parking is also available. Parking is also available in the one-car garage; lift to open door. Driveway is shared with the neighbor, so please do not park on her side. Guests and Visitors must comply with all parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Do not park on the grass or on neighboring properties.

Parties:
No parties or public events of any kind are allowed inside the Property or on the exterior grounds of the Property. A party is defined as any period of more than 30 consecutive minutes during which more than 2 Visitors are on the Property, or any effort to have multiple Visitors with such intent (a "Party"). If you are planning to have Visitors and wish to clarify whether this meets the definition of Party as defined here, please call or message the Manager. Any costs for repair due to property damage or excess cleaning will be invoiced to You.

Quiet Time:
Quiet time begins at 10 p.m. and lasts until 7 a.m.

Security:
For the safety of all Guests and Visitors, this Property is equipped with exterior cameras (which may include Ring doorbells and/or Blink cameras with audio/video surveillance) that are in plain view in public spaces and on the Property exterior. All are monitored regularly.

Holdovers:
Guests and Visitors remaining in or on the Property beyond the Guest's reservation period (a "Holdover") will be deemed to be trespassing. We will take all possible legal action (civil and/or criminal) to have Holdovers removed from the Property and prosecuted to the full extent allowable under law.

Property Condition and Damage:
You accept this Property during the course of your Stay on an "As Is" basis. Due to the volume of guests, the Property is subject to regular wear-and-tear that will not interfere with the quality of your Stay. However, if you find any of the furniture, fixtures, or other aspects of the property to be excessively damaged or in disrepair, including any damage caused by You, your other Guests, or your Visitors during your stay ("Guest Damage"), please notify Us immediately. We will work with You to remedy the situation in a timely manner to everyone's satisfaction.

You may be liable for direct costs associated with any repairs required to address Guest Damage. We will work to mitigate such costs and will communicate this to you. If you fail to report any Guest Damage, You will be liable for the direct costs for any associated repairs plus an additional $100 Unreported Damage fee.

Pets:
Pets are welcome, but You are limited to a maximum of 2 during your Stay. Pets include any animals You bring onto the Property during your Stay (each a “Pet”). All Pets (a) must be registered at the time of Your booking and (b) are subject to a $75 Pet Fee each. You will be liable for a $200 Unregistered Pet Fee for each unregistered Pet, and a $40 Cleaning Fee if any such Pets leave excess mess, at our discretion.

Miscellaneous:
Generally, please leave the Property the same or better than you found it!

No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.

Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.

Please keep track of all keys and report any lost keys. You will be liable for a $200 Lost Key Fee if You lose a key during your stay or if the key is otherwise not returned upon checkout.

Please report any problems in a timely manner and allow us to rectify the problem first.

PRIOR TO CHECK OUT:

Dispose of all trash in the trash bin and outside receptacles when you check out.

Make sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and any electronics. Don’t forget to close all the windows and lock all the doors.

Check all rooms, closets, and drawers for your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost items or items left behind.

During cold-weather months, please turn the heat down (in cold months) to 55 degrees when leaving. In warm weather, please turn AC off or set to 72 degrees.

Wash dishes, strip rooms of dirty linens and take to the basement, and always remove all trash and place in the receptacle outside.

- "We found this rental literally on our way driving to Cleveland from Boston. Unfortunately the original vrbo we booked had to be cancelled because a tornado swept through the day before and knocked out all power. We were thankful to have found this one, but unfortunately were disappointed with what we came across. I had to take out the shower liner because of how disgusting it was and had to clean the tub before I let my kids shower. We also realized the toilet seat was broken, but still usable. The microwave also did not work. I let the manager know and in the beginning she was quick to respond and very apologetic. Even letting us know that a shower liner would arrive via amazon and we should open and replace. It never arrived. I have texted her several times since we left and have not heard anything in response. This place is way overpriced for what you get and where it is. Again - we were thankful to have found a place in the emergency situation, but will never use this place or management company for a vrbo rental again. "

- "The place very spacious and organized, it could be a good place if attention is placed on making the place clean and neat. When we checked in, there were residual dust on the furniture and beddings, one could literarily smell dust especially in the bedrooms and living room, the bed spreads smell unclean and some has stains. There were a lot of spider webs outside of the property and in some areas inside the house. Few hours after we checked-in a number of us started sneezing as reactions to the dust and smell of the place. We had to end our 4 nights booking in less than 10 hours stay, and subsequently checked in to an hotel! Also we never could connect to the WiFi ! (‘Incorrect password’) We were in town for a conference with activities most part of the day, so we were not out for something fancy or with unrealistic expectations, just clean and neat place to sleep over, but unfortunately this place was below that expectation. I usually we not provide such a feedback openly but rather directly to the owner for improvement but unfortunately this property manager seems to careless!"

You and those staying with you during your stay are the guests ("Guest" or "You"). Anyone You invite into the Property during your stay is a visitor ("Visitor").

Registration:
All Guests must be registered prior to arrival. No unregistered Guests or Visitors are allowed inside the Property. The listed rate is for the first 4 guests. The maximum Property capacity is 8. Any additional Guests above 4 (that is, for a 5th, 6th, 7th, and/or 8th Guest) require an additional Guest Fee of $5 each per day each. If one or more Guests stay on the Property without registration, the booking is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund, a $75 Non-Registered Guest Fee per unregistered Guest, or both.

Early or Late Arrival:
We will make every effort to accommodate requests for early check-in or late checkout, when possible, for a fee of $30.00 each. However, please request early check-in at the time of your booking to allow us time to prepare for your arrival. Please understand that there is no guarantee we can accommodate these requests.

Smoking and Substances:
No smoking or use of substances inside the Property. Butts must be disposed of in an ash tray in the back yard of the Property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on the Property. This includes butts left on the ground. A $450 fine will be assessed if we have to pick up cigarette butts or find evidence of any illicit drug use (including marijuana) inside the Property.

Parking:
Guests and Visitors may park only in designated parking areas or on the street and must comply with all parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Do not park on the grass or on neighboring properties.

Parties:
No parties or public events of any kind are allowed inside the Property or on the exterior grounds of the Property. A party is defined as any period of more than 30 consecutive minutes during which more than 2 Visitors are on the Property, or any effort to have multiple Visitors with such intent (a "Party"). If you are planning to have Visitors and wish to clarify whether this meets the definition of Party as defined here, please call or message the Manager. Beautiful three bedroom ranch located on a quiet tree lined street, 6 min. from Euclid Reservation. My Yoga studio is at the front living area by the flowers. Our charming home is located in Central Euclid. We welcome you to stay in our home away from home. The beach is at the North end of the street, and the freeway that will take you to Cleveland, the parks, or wineries is at the south end of the street.

There are a plethora of restaurants within a 2-minute drive and even more within 10-15 minutes away.

The apartment is on the second floor of a duplex, both units operate as separate Airbnb 's and there is one parking space in the garage.

This space is on the second floor of the duplex and would have to take a stairs to access it. It has two bedrooms, a living room with 55 inch smart TV, and 400 Mbps high speed internet. One bedroom has a king bed, and one has a queen bed. We also have a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen available for your use. This duplex has two separate Airbnb's on each level. The parking space is shared with downstairs AirBnB unit with a room to park one car in the garage or beside the driveway.
