Our house is just off of State Highway 285. It is very quite with lots of parking. We are next door to Poff's Place bait shop and within walking distance (0.4 of a mile) of causeway boat launch, Espyville marina/boat rental, and the dollar store. We have lots of yard space for kids to play or to relax and enjoy a quite night on the patio by the fire.
Our house has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a full bed. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa. We have cable, DVD player, and wifi. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

You can enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, canoeing, winery and much much more. This mobile home sleeps 9 comfortably, with room outside for tents (additional fee for more than 9 people). This a 3 bedroom mobile home with a queen bed in master bedroom, double bed with single bunk in middle bedroom and double bed in first bedroom and one pull out couch with double bed in living room. All beds are complete with linens and pillows.
We have a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glassware, bowls, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, crock pot and full size refrigerator and range with oven. Plus much much more.
Bath towels are provided.
Whether you turn on the furnace or air conditioner, kick back in the living room relax and watch tv (digital), or watch a movie, outdoor fire pit is perfect for a relaxing evening, roasting hot dogs or making smores. Or just chilling listening to music and enjoying the beautiful quite evening.

On the front deck there is a table and chairs for morning coffee or relax on the rear deck in evening sipping wine and watching the camp fire.

There is a fish cleaning station for a your big catches. Propane gas grill is provided, along with roasting sticks for campfire.

There is plenty of space for kids to run and play hide n go seek, kick ball or catching fire flies at night.

There isn't any power down at the dock, so bring a generator if you need to charge your boat batteries. We had a great time....we'll be back...."

Located on Rt 322 from downtown Jamestown 2 miles on the right. From the Pa line on rt 322 -3 miles on the left pass the Shangri-La campground plus the 4 corners pass the woods. The entrance to the rental located on the west side of the house going into my basement. The house is white with black shutters and the doors are red. You will find a lock box with the last 4 of the cell phone you made the reservation with. Please park by the woods. (Please note there are low heat ducts so I suggest your height be under 6 feet or shorter. ) Please note this is the basement of my home. Many people have enjoyed the convenience of being close to the lake and golf courses and Thiel College.

The proximity to the lake and beautiful wooded property at Norma's is amazing. When we left we ended up going to Splash Lagoon in Erie before returning home to Pittsburgh. The kids wanted to stop back at Norma's on our way home. We had a great trip and would like to thank Norma for having such an accomodating place fpr us to stay."

Our beautiful lakefront location is second to none. There really isn't any other place like it on the lake. Each cozy little cottage has been recently updated with new furnishings and kitchen supplies. The kitchen is small but clean. The bathroom is very small but functional and clean. As long as you like "keeping it simple", we're sure you'll be happy. If you require a large luxurious bathroom you should probably consider staying somewhere else.

Also note, we have dogs. They have no access to you or to your area and have never been in the unit. But you will occasionally hear them. If an occasional bark is an issue for you, you may want to reconsider staying with us.
Lastly, we have upgraded our entertainment options. We now offer a 50in flat screen! On top of that we have provided Netflix, Amazon and YouTube t.v. Please help yourself but do not rent any movies! If you do so, we will bill you for the rental of said movie.

A stone's throw to Pymatuning Lake shore, you can be on the lake within minutes. Centrally located, a short drive to Andover, Jamestown, or Conneaut Lake. The cottage sits on a half acre grass lot, with a new wrap around deck. The vaulted ceiling really opens up the small footprint.

Kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, apartment size gas range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes and utensils, pots, pans and basic spices, etc. Table seating for 4.

Big Dog Cottage is a nonsmoking of any kind, dog-only friendly, cozy family getaway with a well equipped kitchen for family meals and a relaxing stay. Sit back, relax and sip your drink on one of two decks. BBQ your favorites on the gas grill and relax at the fire pit after dinner. If rain is on the forecast, you can sit on the covered deck or stay inside and watch the Roku smart tv, VCR, DVR or your own streaming. Only 1 mile to the marina to rent a boat or fish on the causeway.

You have access to all three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The only access guests are not permitted are owner closets which have locks.
Access to small front deck, side deck with child gates which you may disconnect if you prefer by turning the screws at all four edges.

This fully renovated cabin is just two miles from Pymatuning Lake. The cabin is dog friendly, sits on 5 acres, with a wrap around deck, and dream fire pit area that is fully fenced in. Whether you are looking for a break from city life, a camp environment without the tent, a change in your work from home office views, or just a peaceful weekend away with the family and dogs, we can accommodate it all!

The space
Stairs are required to get into the house. There are 5 deck stairs leading to the front door.

Any dogs that will be accompanying you must be mentioned at the time of booking and added to the booking form (you can do this by adding them in your original search when it asks 'who's coming?' and has the option to customize adults, children, infants, and pets). The pet fee is $100 per stay.

The cabin offers a well-equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a modular couch that can be arranged to accommodate your family's needs, a 75-inch flat screen TV, 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed and a half bath. The second bedroom includes a king bed. The third bedroom, the bunk room, includes a set of twin beds and a set of full beds. The drive way is large enough to park your boat or RV. We also created a virtual concierge to share our favorite things to do and see in the area.

The cabin is a short walk (0.7 miles) to the heart of downtown Linesville, which includes so much small town charm. Here you will find Rebecca's restaurant, Twin pies (coffee, sandwiches, and desserts), Nucleus Mead and Jerry's Corner bar, Needle and Thread (local artwork), Merry's hardware store, Blossoms and Blooms (plant store), and a pharmacy. The Next Right Thing: Sweet Eats and Cool Treats is on the way to downtown (0.5 miles from cabin). This is a must have stop for ice cream and includes an extensive food menu as well!

The cabin is in a convenient location for weekend getaways, located just under 2 hours from Pittsburgh, PA; 1 hour and 20 minutes from Cleveland, OH; 55 minutes from Erie, PA; and 30 minutes from Geneva-on-the-Lake, OH.

Locally, the famous Pymatuning spillway is 2.5 miles from the cabin. Just completed over the past year now is a multi-purpose trail running along the water. Enjoy a beautiful walk, jog, or bike ride while visiting.
Also, Linesville beach and marina are located just 2.5 miles away. Enjoy a day piknicking at the beach or on the water after renting a pontoon from the marina.

*Meadville is 16 miles from the cabin which offers many different restaurants, breweries, shops (including Wal-Mart, Giant Eagle, Home Depot) and Allegheny College. Whispering Pines golf course is also located here and offers golf, summer concert series, and snow tubing with AvalancheXpress in the winter months.
*Conneaut Lake is 8 miles and offers restaurants, shops/boutiques, water sports and boating, a winery, and a butcher.
*Andover, OH is 11 miles and offers restaurants/coffee/bakeries, Sparkle grocery store, and wineries.
*There are also multiple different antique/thrift shops in the area which are cool to check out!

Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all indoor living spaces—from the comfortable first-floor bedrooms and welcoming common areas to the spacious upstairs master suite. The basement, while unfinished, is also accessible and houses the washer and dryer for your convenience.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor spaces as well, including the yard and patio areas—perfect for gathering, relaxing, or simply enjoying the fresh air.

Please note: the detached garage located at the back of the property is not available for guest use, as it is reserved for owner storage.

House Rules

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
- Absolutely no smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
- Though we are pet lovers, pets are not allowed on the premises.
- No parties or events without permission. Maximum occupancy of 6 is strictly enforced.
- Do not move furniture or decor. Treat the home with care and love – just like you would your own.
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the firepit.

Violation of house rules may result in additional charges or early termination of your stay.

Upon arrival, park in the driveway. You’ll receive an access code to the side door to the attached garage prior to check-in.

Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request but must be approved in advance.


For check-out:
- Please load and start the dishwasher.
- Leave the beds as they are. Our dedicated cleaning staff will take care of them
- Place all used towels in the laundry baskets in each bathroom.
- Take out all trash and place in outdoor bins.
- Turn off all lights and electronics.
- Lock all doors and windows.

Let us know when you've departed so we can begin preparing for the next guests.

- ‘Top Shelf’ Private Sports Entertainment Area: Enjoy the game or unwind with a cold beverage. Please drink responsibly and at your own risk. We do NOT supply alcohol to our guests.

- Lake Access: A short drive down from our property (approximately ¾ mile) is Pymatuning Lake.

- Games: Board games, cards, and lawn games are available in the closet at the top of the stairs in the attached garage.
