The Chalet is located on a wooded lot, contiguous to woods, and about 1000 ft from Lake Harmony. There you will find Split Rock Lodge which includes an outdoor bar (sometimes Band on Saturday nights), a restaurant, and a lovely open space for outdoor weddings. We don’t use Split Rock beach.

Our Lake Harmony Estates beach is more private and located a short drive next to our parking area, canoe, and community house. There you will find a lake swimming area, sandy beach, picnic tables, and beach volleyball. Our canoe is located there and free to our guests.

Cozy lakefront chalet perfect for family or couple getaways! Our home accommodates up to 8 guests (4 adults + kids). We only allow a max of 4 adults because we are concerned about parties.

You will feel peace and quiet at the house but also be super close to all the amenities. The house is on a lake and surrounded by trees, but it is located in a neighborhood so we ask that you be very respectful of noise during your stay.

This is a family house that we want you to enjoy as much as we do, but we also hope you take very good care of it for us! The house feels cozy, but spacious as well. The upper level has the most lovely lake view, 2 bedrooms (full/double bed), full bathroom, full kitchen, & living/dining area with fireplace & smart TV. There is also a deck with a bbq grill and picnic table.

The lower level has 2 bedrooms (1 full, 1 bunk bed - single over full), full bathroom, laundry room & game room, & a wood burning stove which heats the place up quite nicely.

In addition there is an open loft with a queen sized bed.

This beautiful large 3 story chalet is located in Towamensing Trails, a short walk to the marina and basketball courts, and only 1/2 mile to Lake Towamensing, beach, pool and Clubhouse with a lakefront bar and restaurant, snack bar and game room. Skiing at Big Boulder and Jack Frost is just 4 miles. Camelback skiing and water park is approximately 20 minutes away.
During your stay, you will enjoy the use of Lake Towamensing, its beach, pool, playground, clubhouse and restaurant. Live entertainment is often presented. Lake Towamensing is stocked for fishing (license required), and paddle boats, rowboats are available to rent. The Lake Association allow us to have 8 badges for the amenities. This gives us the peace of mind that all of our guests will enjoy the house and leave it in excellent condition so that the subsequent renters can also have great experiences. We do have a no smoking policy inside the house, as well as “no Pets.” Note: We do not provide linens and towels.

- "We throughly enjoyed our stay. The location is very nice and the property is very clean. It had loads of amenities. The only thing was missing was the Playstation Powe cord and kids really wanted to play that. Other than that it was spot on." - "Great vacation home. The only complaint was the the kids room had some trash left there under the bed from the previous guests (like a 32 ounce big gulp cup under the bed) and the drawers had evidence that they were never really cleaned out much. One of the bathrooms also had a moldy shower liner, that germophobes would not appreciate. If I were the owners I would get on the maid service to do more than a superficial cleaning. We would definitely go back!"
