Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with Roku TV, ceiling fan and 2 full bathrooms. The jetted tub has a waterfall faucet in a modern spa room for ultimate relaxation.

The spacious master bedroom with queen bed has its own private bathroom, Roku TV, ceiling fan and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom also has a Roku TV, ceiling fan closet space and sleeps up to 5 guests. Step into the modern spa room and experience an enjoyable Roman style jetted tub and relaxing waterfall faucet.

Our community has a playground on site for the little ones to enjoy. There are public bbq grills for family time together. The two parking spaces for our guests are the third and fourth spaces from the left facing the house.

This home is also available as a 5 bedroom. You will see the lock at the top of the indoor stairs. You will not have access to the second floor interior unless you want to upgrade to the full 5 bedroom home. There will be no other guests on-site during your stay.

✶ There’s a cozy quiet space with the hot tub out back outside the game room. There’s also multiple seating areas under the front deck for more intimate conversation.

1st Floor:

The first floor is fully equipped and is its own unit. With 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, game room, and open concept living room and kitchen/dining area, any family member with mobility issues can still enjoy the family getaway and be a part of the magic. There is a queen bedroom and a bunk room with 2 twin beds on this floor.

Game room:

The game room on the first floor will keep everyone entertained for hours when the weather doesn't cooperate. Roku TV, foosball, pool, and the nostalgic arcade games mean there's something for everyone. There's even a 2 person infrared sauna for guests over 18.

Guest access
Guests have access to all necessary areas of the home inside and out. The shed is locked for the owner's personal property. There is a locked closet under the stairs for the cleaning team as well as a mechanical closet.

This home is also listed as a 5 bedroom home. You will see the lock at the top of the indoor stairs. You will not have access to the second floor interior unless you want to upgrade to the full 5 bedroom home. There will be no other guests on-site or upstairs during your stay.

Arrowhead Lake Community requires all guests to register as temporary members. They require all guests' names over 6 years old as well as all vehicle information be submitted no less than 5 days before check-in.

✱ An email will be sent to the primary guest. It will contain the QR codes needed for all vehicles. These passes should be printed and posted on the dashboard of each vehicle.
✱ The email will also contain the amenities pass for the group. It must be presented to use the community pools or lodge.

Other things to note
Considerations:

✱ Compact gravel driveway may be uneven and difficult for some family members to navigate; there is one small step to enter the downstairs level.
✱ Sauna is for 2 adults at a time only. No one under 18 should use the sauna.
✱ Full sets of stairs inside with a locked door at the top. Second floor not accessible unless you upgrade to the 5 bedroom listing.
✱Outside stairs to access the upstairs deck.
✱ Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance, cleaning, or otherwise.
✱ There are no outdoor trash bins on the property due to local wildlife. Trash must be taken to the trash center which is behind the welcome center. There will be an additional $5 fee per bag that our staff must remove from the property.
✱ Please pickup after your pets. There will be an additional $50 fee if our staff must clean up after them after checkout.
✱ Any fines incurred by guests in the gated community will be billed back to the guests by the host.
