I might recommend the property considers having a small rug/shoe mat for the winter months. We used one of our own towels for our snowy/muddy shoes do that we didn’t track that throughout the room. I would definitely recommend to singles or couples staying in the area (probably not the best for families with children given the nature of the suites/rooms layout). Electric car charging was convenient and nice to have on property too. Overall great place to stay in the area!"

Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was confortable but it was a full size bed. I liked the location it was near Bandywine Creek nice for a walk or run."

- "I loved the cute historic neighborhood. " - "Cute place with great location" - "The location of the property was perfect. Very quiet area, close to a bunch of restaurants and stores. The property itself was super easy to check into. A few cons about the property: There were no cleaning products so if anything happens or spills there’s no way to clean up. There was literally only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for 2 people, nothing extra. The blinds were too short for the windows, so outsiders could see inside the living room area. The pillows smelled like sweat as though someone had already slept on them. The Internet went out for a period of time (not to the fault of the host) which was a huge inconvenience because EVERYTHING in the unit runs on WiFi. The host did give us an extended 2 hours for checkout due to the inconvenience and communicated with us efficiently to assist with the WiFi issue. "

The property description was accurate and the accommodations were comfortable. The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is there were multiple bulbs burned out in the light fixtures, some stains on the couch, and because I was not given all the correct codes to access the property in my check in instructions (there are 2 and I was only given 1). Seems like those would be easy fixes for future stays and I would not hesitate to book this property again."

- "I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out the sites. It would be a quick Lyft/Uber to get downtown. And the bed was super comfy! There were a few issues with the directions, but I let them know, so hopefully, they will fix that for future guests."
