- "I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the apartment. Everything was clean and appeared freshly painted. Appliances appeared new. The neighborhood was quiet--across the street from a church. Street parking was easy.One problem was the water flow in the bathroom sink is inadequate. I ended up using the kitchen sink to wash my face and hands. The shower was fine, but I think the addition of a grab bar or a nonskid mat would be a good safety feature. I fell walking down the front steps one day because it was raining and the steps were slick. I reported this, suggesting the addition of nonskid strips. The property manager wrote that this would be addressed, but that did not happen during my week-long stay.Overall very positive experience. I would stay there again."

- "Check-in was easy, the space was clean and bright, and the neighborhood is very friendly." - "We did get a parking ticket. On Thursday’s 9-11 AM is street cleaning. We did not see the sign as one was across the street and down and the other was behind where we parked. Having that in the listing would have been helpful. There was a picture of a washer and dryer. Not sure where that was as it is not in apartment. Also a hot tub was listed again not sure where that was. We would not have felt comfortable in that area being outside. Although the apartment for the most part was clean, the vent in the bathroom is very disgusting. With that said place was clean, beds were very comfortable. It was quite in the apartment. Super easy to get in to the place and to the apartment we felt safe inside the apartment."
