This private room is on the top floor of a small, mixed use building along a busy and culturally diverse commercial corridor close to the park, river, Art Museum and Zoo. The building has 1 or 2 other long-term ABB guests and a tiny number of quiet, working adults who rent directly from us. It is within a few feet of the shared kitchen and the bathroom that is shared with only 1-2 other rooms. There is a second bathroom for emergencies! The building is cleaned several times a week.

Although this room is small, I focused on building this room as a cozy and quiet nook.

Twin bed is topped with a comfy 4 inch thick mattress pad.. Desk is small, however great for a laptop and notes.

This minimal room is ideal for a student or tourist that just needs a spot to sleep, study, or enjoy the tv after a busy day.

To be transparent, this room is 9 ft X 7 ft. I would NOT recommend if you are tall, have alot of luggage, or prefer alot of space.
