There were two red vinyl upholstered chairs around a small dining room table with large damage to their faux leather covers. - The pullout sofa bed had a thin mattress-like cover, and I could feel the bars under it when I sat on it; nobody could sleep on it. There were scratches and watermarks on furniture throughout the apartment. - The "master bedroom" was nothing like it was pictured online. The bed looked cheap and uncomfortable. -I tried calling and texting the owner (pictures included). NO RESPONSE! His assistant responded to my text and told me to contact the on-site property manager. He came and acknowledged the conditions mentioned above but could not remedy the situation. He too tried to contact the owner and his assistant but got no response. -Desperately, I texted the owner that he needed to find other accommodations and received no response. Later, when talking to Expedia, his claim was that the situation had been handled that night; it wasn't since he had not responded to anyone's calls/texts. I was forced to find other accommodations for my grandchildren and me. Awful experience with owner and Expedia. "

At that time, I knew something wasn't right. I contacted Expedia, and they were able to speak to the property manager. Apparently, th property was not able to accommodate our stay due to maintenance, but had not communicated that with me abd never planned on letting me know. Expedia was awesome and got my money back, but it was really frustrating to deal bwith while traveling. I would not recommend anything that is managed by Chase properties in Baltimore."

Pictures of the place mixed in with another place on listing. Only one set of keys with a key fob needed to enter building and access apartment on the elevator- a second set would have been nice. "
