This is a very cozy and private basement apartment, located minutes from BWI ($8-$12 Uber fare from BWI). This little basement apartment is brand-new construction so its crisp and clean. Apartment can host up to 4 guests comfortably. One Queen Bed, in a private room, one set of bunk beds and one couch, one full bathroom, Microwave, outdoor grill, Refrigerator, Plates, Knives and Forks, etc... 7-11 , Pizza shop around the corner, supermarket 1/2 mile away, bar and spirits store close by.
The space
You can get to this unit by light rail from BWI. It's 3 stops away but you must switch trains after the second stop. Full warning, these trains are pretty unpredictable. Uber is anywhere from $8-$12 dollars, depending on the surge price. It's less than 3 miles.

This is a separate entrance, separate secure basement unit. Please only park on the left hand side of the driveway (one Space Max) or on the street. There is plenty of on the street parking. Please take the pathway around to the back of the house to enter. There is a combo lock for entry.
Other things to note
There may or may not be people occupying the main house upstairs. They do not have access to your space and you do not have access to theirs. You will both be entitled to use the back yard. Note- It can get loud down in this apt if there are guests checked in upstairs.

The apartment is below a single family home, in a quiet suburban neighborhood. Conveniently located close to BWI airport (10 mins), Baltimore Inner Harbor (20 mins), Annapolis (20 mins) and DC (45 mins). Located about a 1/2 mile from the light rail, bus route, restaurants, malls and entertainment. Uber and Lyft are also available in our area.
Complimentary coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.
The basement apartment is a completely private space with its own entrance and features a smart TV with streaming apps, an eat-in kitchen with a full suite of appliances and basic kitchen items, along with toiletries and towels in the bathroom.
The host, an older child and a small quiet, non-shed dog live above the apartment.

GUEST ACCESS
The host, an older child and a small dog live above the apartment but there is no access between the floors. All doors that are not guest accessible will be labeled as private, such as; the entry to the upstairs unit, utility room and the utility closet. The front and back yards of the property are also off limits to guests, except as an entry and exit way to and from the home.

CHILDREN (8+)
This space is not child proofed and there are steps with no safety gate into the apartment. This listing may not be suitable for children under 8. Children aged 8 and up are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult (18+) on the reservation.
EARLY CHECKIN/LATE CHECKOUT
At this time we cannot accommodate early checkins or late checkouts. Please keep this in mind when booking. We apologize for any inconvenience. There is a $25 late checkout fee per 15 minutes after 10am checkout. This fee is not an extension of your reservation.

HOUSE RULES
House Rules are in place to ensure a smooth and respectful stay for everyone in our home.
- Two guests maximum per reservation.
- We do not accept third party bookings, unless it is by a business account for an employee.
- All reservations require first and last legal names of all guests, a clear selfie picture of the person booking on their profile and/or through the chat and a current verified govt issued ID uploaded to their account at time of booking. Any reservations without this information within 24 hours of booking will be cancelled.
- No unauthorized guests or visitors. A $20 fee per unregistered guest will be charged and the reservation may be cancelled without refund. This is a family home so this rule is for our safety and security.
- Children must be age 8 and up and be accompanied by an adult (18+) on the reservation at all times for safety reasons.
- Check Out is 10am firm ($25 late checkout fee per 15 minutes after 10am. This fee does not extend your reservation. Please be mindful of your hosts turnaround time and effort for the next guests.
- We cannot accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
- Smoking/vaping, candle or incense burning is strictly prohibited in or on the property due to asthma. Guests are welcome to smoke or vape at the sidewalk infront of the house.
- We do not allow animals. We have a very animal aggressive dog in our home and occupants have severe allergies to many kinds of animals.
- No drugs or any other illegal activity are permitted in or on the property. Your reservation will be immediately cancelled without refund.
- Parties/excessive drinking/drunk and disorderly conduct are strictly prohibited. This is a family home where the owner/host and a child lives on premise. Your reservation will be immediately cancelled without refund.
- No mail/package deliveries are permitted to this address; they will be rejected and returned to sender. Local meal deliveries are allowed.
- We cannot accommodate early luggage drop off or storage of items after check out.
- Quiet hours between 9pm-7am. Our guests are welcome to go about their normal routines during these quiet hours but we request guests to be mindful of others in the home.
- We expect all guests to clean up after themselves. Excessive cleaning, above a standard basic clean and reset for the next guests may be chargable on a case by case basis.
