- "It’s nice to be there. Host was so helpful." - "The property is in a great location and close to Towson, across the street from Trader Joe’s. I believe we are the first guests to stay at this property. The photos are pretty accurate, however a couple of things to note: the unit is on the first floor and when the blinds are opened in the living/dining room, the view is the parking lot and dumpster; also the mirror was missing over the vanity in the primary bath and the sliding closet doors in the guest bedroom were not hung but leaning against the wall. There were several items missing when we first checked in (coffee maker, paper towels, dish soap, dish towels, sponge), but the host quickly brought them over to us. Overall a good experience, and once the things mentioned are fixed, I would visit again."

- "It was a very comfortable stay. They layout was very nice and once we found the garage entrance and parking, it was easy to access. My gF loved the bathroom and especially the tub and closet. Not gonna lie, I liked it too. The wide tub has me considering one for my next move, lol. The only issue was that it seemed the bedroom closet had some paint residue on the shelving (easily wiped off with a cloth, no biggie). And there was no trash can in the bathroom area. Other than that, lovely place and was close to some places we were planning to visit. We could have walked to the Town Center Next time I need a rental in Towson (even Baltimore), this would be at the top of my list!"

- "The apartment is beautiful and the location has you in the middle of everything" - "This apartment was perfectly located in the heart of Towson. Parking was easy and accessible. The property was exactly as advertised and very spacious! " - "Community isn’t as clean but the unit was great" - "This property was very conveniently located for our trip, allowing our party of 4 to stay together right in the middle of all the other locations that we visited. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. Some things were inconvenient, like the refrigerator door hinges were on the wrong side, making it difficult to open and get into the fridge. The air conditioning sometimes just stopped working but the host was quickly responsive and told me how to fix it, which was easily done. The bathrooms had no ventilation at all which made them hot and stuffy if the door was closed for any amount of time. The worst part was the parking, which was not the fault of the host. There is a pretty large parking lot located behind the building which would have been convenient but it was in the process of being resurfaced. One quadrant at a time was emptied of cars (a tow truck just moved all the cars around without telling anyone that was going to be happening) and then worked on for a couple of days. This severely restricted the amount of available parking and also made it much more difficult to get in and out of the lot. So I had to find parking on my own a few times which was inconvenient. The two dumpsters in the parking lot were left partially blocking the one entrance into the parking lot, which resulted in one of us having to shove them out of the way when we left. This occurred more than once. We had a great time and the apartment met our needs. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you"

The toilet paper holder was broken, the single towel rack was about to fall out of the wall, and the lighting overall, especially in the bathroom by the mirror was inadequate.
