Our catamaran is perfectly appointed for entertaining at one of the best marinas in Annapolis on Back Creek. Staying aboard the sailcat provides a unique experience like none other, with the historic downtown Annapolis or charming Eastport only a Water Taxi away. The accommodations are perfectly appointed to host your party, wether three couples or a family of six!

The spacious interior provides a fully stocked galley with a 2 burner stove and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffeemaker (we'll supply the Nespresso bubbles), refrigerator, freezer and ice-maker. When the harbor has gone tranquil, and it's time for bed, we have a large stateroom with ensuite bath and captains office/walk-closet, and two comfortable aft queen bed cabins with a shared bath. There is heat for the winter and air conditioning for the summer, wifi and Apple TV for entertainment, and just about all the creature comforts one could need for a stay aboard vacation on the water!

Relax and enjoy the watching the boats go by on Back Creek, soak up the sun at the pool or take the Water Taxi for a trip to downtown Annapolis or charming Eastport restaurants. There is something beautiful about staying on the water that stimulates the senses and creates cherished memories.

Located in a Back Creek marina minutes from the Annapolis City Dock, the Zep Tepi provided us the location, privacy and safety (in this COVID environment) all wrapped up in an element of “cool” because our hotel room was a boat. Chelsea was available seemingly all hours to answer both the important questions (what’s this switch do?) and the dumb ones (what’s a head?). Her communication was quick and empathetic. I recommend this rental if you’re planning to be in the Annapolis area, especially if you’re a Landlubber like me - and want to travel safely."

We were able to go over and purchase drinks and bring them back and sit on our deck and enjoy the scenery. The only downfall is when they have a band at the Tiki bar. Kent Narrows is our homebase and we do day trips to places like Baltimore, Annapolis, St. Michael's, Chestertown, and hit random Tiki Bars along the way. The houseboat was the perfect addition to our trip with the kitchen, living room, and upper deck. Loved the added touch with the streusel, crab chocolates, and chips. I forgot soap which I would recommend including for the shower. But LOVED LOVED IT!"

- "Lena was incredibly responsive and provided us with an amazing weekend on the boat...can't say enough about the location - docked on the outer ring of the marina you get a literal front row seat to watch boats come and go all day from two different levels of shaded deck space. People were friendly, the marina is top shelf and there is even a little coffee Camper called Oskar's right in the marina! 2 blocks away is a great place called Leeward's where you can get good coffee, breakfast, sandwiches, pizza, drinks etc. Another 2 blocks from there you can hit 2 great local bar/restaurants called The Boatyard and Davis's. To be honest we had plans to hit downtown Annapolis and eat/shop/tour and we ended up staying in the Eastport neighborhood where the marina is located the entire time! So much more relaxing in Eastport. That said, if you did need to go to Annapolis it's minutes away via water taxi (picks you up right at the dock) uber or drive yourself. There is plenty of parking at the marina so you wouldn't lose a spot if you venture out for the day. If you're up for it you could easily walk it - just a couple miles. The boat is great as well...watch movies at night, 2 bathrooms with great showers, nice little kitchen with a fridge and a couple burners. We once rented a sailboat and we were so happy that Lena's boat had so much more space. Absolutely coming back again in the fall. Delightful fully equipped house boat docked at Log Pond Marina in the quaint bay town of Havre de Grace Maryland.. The marins is located at the end of Girard Street. You will find many shops and restaurants and are not far from Annapolis, Baltimore, Washington DC and Philadelphia. (commuter train runs through town). Boat is fully equipped with HVAC, dishwasher, microwave, big screen TV and compact washer/dryer combination. The master bedroom has a private bath with shower and a second bath to be shared.. The upper deck is a party deck with patio furniture and bar. Linens and towels are provided but guest MUST wash and dry prior to departure. Or bring your own. (1-queen, & 3 full size and a pull out sofa bed) The houseboat laundry equipment is small and requires 3 hours to complete but the dock washroom has regular coin operated machines. Additional fees apply if laundry is left incomplete. The houseboat may not leave the dock. You are able to arrange boat tours and rent boats by contacting the marina. You may moor your boat next to houseboat for $2.50 per foot size of boat
additional per night paid to the marina. Trailers can be parked in parking lot of the marina but must be move every 48 hours to a new parking space in same lot to avoid ticketing. NAVIGATING WIND ADVISORIES
While strong winds are a rarity, they can occasionally introduce an abnormal lateral sway. Our dedicated team closely monitors weather and wind forecasts, ensuring we're well-prepared to communicate with our guests in a timely manner should the forecast indicate strong winds during your visit. Your incredible experience with us is our utmost priority. In the event that strong winds are expected to affect your stay, we're equipped with several proactive measures to maintain the comfort and quality of your FLOHOM experience.

🔹Quiet Hours🔹
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and nearby liveaboards, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape is equipped with indoor and outdoor noise monitoring sensors to measure decibel levels, but these are not active listening or recording devices.

🔹Occupancy Limit🔹
The maximum number of overnight guests is four, and the total number of people on board at any one time is limited to ten, as enforced by the marina. Failure to comply with this rule could jeopardize our ability to operate within the marina.

🔹Parties & Events🔹
Parties and events are prohibited. We welcome small gatherings to celebrate special occasions, such as hosting friends or family for dinner, as long as you respect our quiet hours and adhere to the occupancy limit. Please notify us in advance if you plan to host a gathering so we can inform the marina and ensure that our team is aware of any non-overnight guests accessing the private marina.

🔹No Smoking Policy🔹
Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the boat, on the front and back decks, and within 20 feet of the entrance. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop and docks, provided it’s done at least 20 feet from the entrance. Guests must leave no trace of smoking paraphernalia. Violating this policy may result in a cleaning fee of up to $500 to restore the space to a smoke-free condition.

Third-party decoration vendors are not permitted. However, we offer curated decoration packages, and our concierge team can work with you to create custom packages based on your needs. This policy ensures our space is well-maintained, the appropriate materials are used, and excessive cleaning is avoided, preventing disruptions to other guests’ reservations. Decoration packages can be inquired about before booking or reviewed in your personalized guest app after booking.

FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape is designed primarily for adults and is not ideal for families with young children. Children 10 years and older are allowed. Our aim is to create a peaceful, relaxing environment that is best enjoyed by adults.

🔹Water Safety🔹
For safety reasons, jumping, diving, or swimming from FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape or the marina piers is strictly prohibited. While the water is tempting, this rule is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and avoid accidents or injuries.

🔹Rooftop Safety🔹
Please refrain from leaning or standing on the rooftop railings. While the rooftop offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, exercising caution is essential to prevent accidents or falls.

🔹Dock Lines🔹
For the safety of FLOHOM 1 | Bay Escape and its mooring, guests are asked not to adjust the dock lines. Our dedicated concierge team or marina staff are available to assist if needed.

The Space
This amazing private glamping campground is located in Clear Spring, Maryland 21722. The maximum number of guests sleeping in each cabin is 5 per Maryland law. No exceptions.

A full summer kitchen is available with the three cabins, along with AC, an awesome outdoor shower, and a restroom with a flushable toilet.

We have a spring-fed pond that everyone can paddle boat on, a huge fire pit for s'mores and more, and a fantastic playground for the kids.

We are a short 3-minute walk to the C&O Canal and Potomac River for hiking, biking, swimming, tubing, and fishing. Come make some memories that will last a lifetime!

We offer the perfect campground for large family getaways, youth group retreats, scouts, church group retreats, wedding party getaways, and much more! Pet-friendly and kid-friendly.

Guest Access
A two-track farm road is how you access the private campgrounds along the historic C&O Canal and Potomac River. You will love the dirt road to the cabins as there is so much to see.

- "Booked this place for a family get away/reunion. I wanted to give this place a one star rating for accuracy of the listing. This place is more special than what the listing describes. It starts with the tour of the cabins and the amenities withTom the Host. There are so many little hiking trails that lead to the pond and an a spot the we called the Hobit area. Its filled with tall moss covered rocks and is rumored to be where the local Mennonites used to go to stay cool. Wildlife from birds to frogs to ducks to groundhogs to deer were seen throughout our time there, literally Trains to Cranes. During one of our hikes the grandkids found a grounded redtail hawk. Wildlife sanctuary came and got her. We were very secluded even with the canal less than a stones throw away. The facilities had everything you would need except charcoal. I suggest paper plates, napkins, & utensils. This place is such a gem, best described as outdoors with air conditioning. A communal experience with nature and modern conveniences. Tom and Karen have so many little hidden treasures to share that will make your experience that much better. Make sure Tom shares the story of the sunflowers. My group included my 92 year old dad. He was able to move around easily. There were swings, sandboxes, and things to climb to keep the kids busy tge whole time. Hammocks and cornhole for the adults. Tom and Karen have put together a retreat for everyone. Look forward to staying again!"

🔹Parties & Events🔹
Parties and events are prohibited. We welcome small gatherings to celebrate special occasions, such as hosting friends or family for dinner, as long as you respect our quiet hours and adhere to the occupancy limit. Please notify us in advance if you plan to host a gathering so we can inform the marina and ensure that our team is aware of any non-overnight guests accessing the private marina.

🔹No Smoking Policy🔹
Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the boat, on the front and back decks, and within 20 feet of the entrance. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop and docks, provided it’s done at least 20 feet from the entrance. Guests must leave no trace of smoking paraphernalia. Violating this policy may result in a cleaning fee of up to $500 to restore the space to a smoke-free condition.

Third-party decoration vendors are not permitted. However, we offer curated decoration packages, and our concierge team can work with you to create custom packages based on your needs. The Pond is located on 65 acres along I 68 Exit 45. The Pond is very Unique, it is a one of kind, it is spring fed. The Pond is Only 1 mile from Canal Place in down town Cumberland Maryland, and 5 miles from the Rocky Gap Casino and Resort . Here in Cumberland Maryland we have 2 Campgrounds. The Pond is located at Campground 1, THE HILLCREST RIVER CAMPGROUND . The Pond is only 3 miles from Campground 2 THE CANAL TUNNEL RIVER CAMPGROUND, located along the North Branch of the Potomac river and the C&O Canal National Park. Camp here and Campground 2 is FREE. At the Pond we have a Canopy, A boat dock ,a picnic table ,a Fire ring and a New Portable toilet. A 110 volt Electric outlet is furnished. A flush toilet and a Hot shower is Available 1500' away. Come bring your Bicycles campers or tents. We are only 1 mile from the C&O and the Great Allegheny TRAILS. THANKS DONELLY

The houseboat is kept on a boat lift which is suspended above the water. Even though the houseboat is stationary on a lift, the boat does have some movement and will sway with wind.

🔹No Smoking Policy🔹
Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the boat, on the front and back decks, and within 20 feet of the entrance. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop and docks, provided it’s done at least 20 feet from the entrance. Guests must leave no trace of smoking paraphernalia. Violating this policy may result in a cleaning fee of up to $500 to restore the space to a smoke-free condition.

🔹Decorations🔹
Third-party decoration vendors are not permitted. However, we offer curated decoration packages, and our concierge team can work with you to create custom packages based on your needs. This policy ensures our space is well-maintained, the appropriate materials are used, and excessive cleaning is avoided, preventing disruptions to other guests’ reservations. Decoration packages can be inquired about before booking or reviewed in your personalized guest app after booking.

🔹Children Policy🔹
FLOHOM 14 is designed primarily for adults and is not ideal for families with young children. Children 10 years and older are allowed. Our aim is to create a peaceful, relaxing environment that is best enjoyed by adults.

🔹No Pets Allowed🔹
Pets are not allowed.

🔹Water Safety🔹
For safety reasons, jumping, diving, or swimming from FLOHOM 14 or the marina piers is strictly prohibited. While the water is tempting, this rule is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and avoid accidents or injuries.

🔹Rooftop Safety🔹
Please refrain from leaning or standing on the rooftop railings. While the rooftop offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, exercising caution is essential to prevent accidents or falls.

🔹Dock Lines🔹
For the safety of FLOHOM 14 and its mooring, guests are asked not to adjust the dock lines. Our dedicated concierge team or marina staff are available to assist if needed. Should you notice an issue with the dock lines, please contact us, and we will promptly resolve the situation.

🔹Doors and Windows🔹
Please close all sliding doors and windows when leaving the boat to ensure security and prevent damage from the elements. Additionally, keep screen doors and windows closed while on the boat to prevent insects from entering.

Glamp like Woody Guthrie in classic canvas tent mounted on the bed of our 1946 Chevy farm truck. We put the re-creation in recreational vehicle with an antique brass bed, vintage table and chairs, old rugs, kerosene lanterns , and when fall comes we will even have a stove to keep you warm inside . There is an outdoor seating area, koi pond, and grill area that guests can access within 100 feet of the property. Guests will need to ask the host before using the BBQ grill in the area.

Unique accommodations on a comfortably equipped 43 foot Hatteras yacht, just a 5 minute drive to historic downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. 15 minute drive to the Navy Stadium, 15 minutes drive to Rt 50. THIS LISTING IS FOR ACCOMODATIONS ONLY; BOAT MAY NOT BE DRIVEN!
Forward cabin has bunk beds. Aft cabin has a queen bed. Fully equipped galley (kitchen) with 2-burner cook top, microwave/oven, fridge, toaster oven and Keurig. Boat has WIFI, heat, AC and hot water!

Docked on the outer rim of the marina you will enjoy a unobstructed view of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and all the boats going by!

The space
There are two bedrooms (staterooms) and a large fully renovated kitchen (galley). The main living room (salon) has high ceilings and is flooded with light. Large windows give a view of the marina boats to the west. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa with comfortable memory foam mattress. There are two enclosed patios ( the fore and aft decks) and a roof top garden (the bridge) you can access by a spiral staircase.
