Inside the main residence are three suites and one bedroom on the first floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor, open plan kitchen with waterfall marble island, breakfast room, family bathroom, river room with vaulted ceiling, tv room, dining room, two feature fireplaces, shower room, powder room, mudroom, games room, pantry and reception room. Nearly every room enjoys water views.

The residence can easily accommodate as many as 12 guests and offers the following private sleeping quarters:

- "I do not know where to start. This house, the community are not just clean but gorgeous not to mention huge inside. I have not met people this nice in a long time. Not just other people on vacation but homeowners. The beach was a short ride and you can go into delaware beaches or Maryland beaches. Best location we have had the luck of finding. If you do not want the loudness and party noise that you get staying in ocean city but want such fast access into ocean city and out, this is your place. We are a family with 20 down to 8 year olds and we spent most of our time at the community pool. The host is top notch. She listened to me ramble about personal worries before I was leaving and answered anything I asked once I was there. Mrs Davis provides wonderful, detailed directions in case you need stores and how to get to and from. We ate in for every meal but one. Everything needed to cook with was there and clean. We had a alarm, which made our little ones feel safe and in all honesty, if I could, I would move there now. I hope Ill get the opportunity to stay again next year."

Blake House represents one of the oldest colonial homes in Maryland, built by British settler, Charles Blake, of London, England, in 1691. The house is nestled within 12 acres of manicured gardens, boasting an abundance of indigenous and foreign flora, and surrounded by direct water access. But the most unique feature of this property is the Crown and Anchor Inn (circa. 1735), originally located in Southern Baltimore and moved to the estate in 1941.

The Space:
The estate boasts limitless amenities to ensure guests of all ages, sensibilities and sizes are entertained for days and days. Blake House offers an open plan living experience with expansive water views. Blake House has four ensuite bedrooms (one on the first floor). The grounds offer a 100ft pier with 10,000lb boat lift, outdoor corn hole and bocce ball courts, multiple outdoor dining areas, orchid potting shed, sauna house, fire-pits, lookouts, Kayaks, canoe, paddle board, and nature trails. - "Couldn't recommend this stay enough. Communication with the host was very easy (and hands-off, which we preferred), and check-in was seamless. Check-out was the easiest of any short rental I've ever stayed in (we didn't have to clean the whole house while also paying a cleaning fee, unlike some places). Location was as good as it seems (as long as you don't mind driving to the boardwalk, which wasn't a priority for us, and there was plenty else to walk to). And the house felt so lived in, down to having a kitchen full of useable cookware, even plenty of Tupperware for us to store leftovers after we cooked a big dinner. Only complaint was that the top bunkbed didn't have a railing, but we didn't need that bed in the end. A real place for real people."

Situated on a quiet street, the house backs to a beautiful pond where you can watch the sunset or, grab a rod from the garage and try your luck at fishing (the pond is stocked!). There is plenty of room to spread out in this open floor plan and relax with two living areas on the main floor.. Prepare your meals in the well-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove, and stainless-steel appliances, including a double oven, or enjoy one of the many nearby restaurants including several options within the Bayside community. The large dining table includes seating for 8 plus additional seating for 6 in the kitchen. In addition, you'll find many great dining and shopping options within a short drive of Bayside.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES:
Lots to do for everyone!! Bayside Amenity Passes are OPTIONAL and not included in the rental rates. Amenities include tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools with snack bars, hot tubs, splash zone for kids, fitness centers, kayaking, paddle boarding, basketball court, volleyball court, nature walking and biking trails, 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course (separate fees), and more. Bring your poles and go fishing in one of the stocked ponds or try your luck at crabbing from the pier. Enjoy live music and family activities at one of the scheduled events throughout the community or attend a performance at the Freeman Arts Stage (tickets sold separately) located just within the community entrance.

- "House was very nice and convenient to the Common pool area and shopping area. Greatly appreciated the use of the bikes and the grill that were in the garage. The extra fridge in yhe garage was nice for the extra waters and beers bought. Hard to fish in the pond, since it was not very easy to get close to the edge of the pond, but nice to sit out and relax by the pond. Minor issues, need to fix both the master bathroom and back doors. They both stick and are very hard to close, especially the back door, had to slam it very hard to get it to close. Also the ice maker in the door didnt produce ice but the freezer did, so might just need it to be looked at. Definitely recommend this house and host. On"

- "We’ve stayed at sea watch before so knew what to expect. The place was nice and has sufficient beds. The only weird part is you walk into a den with beds. Tough to not disturb whoever is using those beds with no door and next to front door. There was a drip in the master bathroom from shower head. Easy fix just kind of annoying to hear all week. Overall I recommend. Place is decently updated. Clean, well kept place. View is good since you get to see over pools and to the ocean. It’s a little small for how many we had so I would only book if you have a family of 3-5 at most."
