- "Our stay was highly disappointing due to numerous unresolved issues. The hot tub and room fans were not working upon arrival, and despite reporting them on day one, they were never fixed. The steep driveway was covered in two inches of ice, making it dangerous. Managment only provided two bag of salt, which was ineffective. Street parking required permits, but managment stated that street parking is not allowed even though the community security office stated the owner of the property is allowed to request them. So they failed to secure them, leaving us at risk of being towed if we parked on the street or damaging our vehicles due to the icy driveway. A refrigerator water line broke, which caused flooding issues in the home and eventually leaked into the basement. The line had been wrapped in electrical tape, indicating prior issues, and the area showed past water damage. We used towels to clean up, but emergency calls went unanswered. Replacement towels didn’t arrive until the next night. Plumbing was also problematic—showers had no hot water when used simultaneously and the pipes were extremely loud. The poor responsiveness and lack of maintenance made our stay frustrating. I cannot recommend this property or any other managed by them. "

Mountain Villas 9C4, which comfortably sleeps 10, has master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. The fully functional kitchen features a breakfast bar with 4 stools and a dining table that seats 6. There are 2 full bathrooms, a master and one in the hallway, and ample closet space throughout the unit.

The small viewing deck off the dining room offers a view of the picturesque wooded landscape. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site. The unit includes whole-house air conditioning, and a washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board in the bunk bedroom closet, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), and bed and bath linens (shampoo not included). Also included are extra paper towels, trash bags, and toilet tissue. During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool. In addition, all guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).

The living room fireplace and outdoor gas grill are NOT available for guest use, per community HOA policy.

- "This was a nice little condo for a quick getaway. It was about a half mile or so from the entrance to 7 springs, but it was with other condos and still felt like part of the resort. There's a shuttle or you can just drive to the main lodge if you want. The place itself was clean and well furnished. Probably a bit small for 10 people, but 4-8 people would fit comfortably with all their luggage. Excellent communication from the host and we would definitely stay here again. "

The villas are bi-level units offering a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and queen size sofa bed, 2 full baths & 1 half-bath, 2 bedrooms (with a queen size bed in each), a sauna/jacuzzi tub room and a private balcony/patio. Access to the entry of each accommodation ranges from a few steps to up to 30 steps.
We have a pickleball court, 1/2 basketball court, playground, horseshoe pit, picnic tables and charcoal grills throughout the property. Ask about the outdoor games we have available for sign out from our office.

Folks were well occupied fishing, lounging, and hiking while we also had plenty of relaxed time to simply connect amidst the calming and sweet landscape. Val and Ross were extremely responsive and attentive hosts and shared stories that gave the place a sense of meaning. Now, with the next generation growing into young families, it was the ideal way to holiday together without being in one another's way. INTERIOR

The fully equipped kitchen and ample counter space makes meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy leisurely dinners around the two farmhouse-style dining tables. BEDS
When it's time to retire for the evening, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms, each appointed with luxurious linens and plush bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. Drift off to the gentle lull of the lake outside your window, knowing that another day of adventure awaits. There is one queen bed in the room on the main level with a sliding door to the spacious deck. Upstairs, bedroom two has a queen bed, twin bed, and a toddler bed. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each room (one room is upstairs and the other downstairs). Are you bringing a baby? No problem, we have a bassinet and a pack –n- play. Each bedroom has ceiling fans.

Great places to gather, pool and hot tub are great and the property is beautiful." - "Our son was married in Phoenixville, and 14 members of our family (from Philadelphia, Ohio, Florida, Michigan, and New Orleans) stayed at Rich’s home for a long weekend. We could not have asked for a more responsive owner or a better place to enjoy our time together. The bedrooms were all clean, well appointed, and the towels and bedding were all good quality and plentiful. There was plenty of hot water for many people to shower at the same time. The kitchen was huge with lots of room for meal prep and plenty of storage and seating. There are two refrigerators, a stand-alone freezer, and two wine fridges, so even a large group will have plenty of cold drinks and room to store food. The house is huge with multiple living areas, so there is not only lots of space to be together, but also plenty of space to have some alone time or break up into smaller groups. If you have children, there were multiple portable cribs and a high chair. The house is big enough and designed in such a way that kids can nap or sleep undisturbed while the adults play games and socialize. I can’t say enough about the outside space. Beautiful pool, large hot tub, and gorgeous landscaped grounds where you can play lawn games, disc golf, football, or just sit back and enjoy the birds and the view. There is plenty of seating on the patio and around the pool and a new outdoor gas grill to barbecue. The house is far enough away from neighbors that you can have privacy and socialize without disturbi"

*The home is equipped with a total of 6 TV’s. All the TV’s have a Amazon Firestick connected to them. Please place the remotes for each TV back in its remote holder on the wall, as there will be a fine of $100 for any missing remote.

The home is equipped with a comprehensive first aid kit. (BLUE BAG) The kit is located in the kitchen drawer right next to the toaster.

Two Fire Extinguishers are provided in the home. One at the end of the laundry room and One in the lower level, on the playroom wall.

Canoe/Kayak
We have TWO private Canoes/Kayaks located at the Blue Mountain Lake, it is a 2 minute drive from the home. Please ensure that you bring BOTH the Canoes/Kayaks back to its original location with their paddles. A missing paddle or damaged Canoe/Kayak will be charged a fine. Use the Lake at your own risk.

All Pennsylvania State Laws, pertaining to boating, govern the PFCCA Glacier Lake.

The PFCCA lake is limited to watercraft propelled by oars, paddles, sail, or electric motors. Electric motors shall not be more than five (5) horsepower ensuring that the water remains calm and clean. Any watercraft propelled by an electric motor must be currently registered in a state. Per the state law, the registration must be carried on board. All members’ boats used on the PFCCA Lake must also be registered with the PFCCA office.
Limited boat rack rental space is available by application to members in good standing through the PFCCA administration office. An annual fee is applied.

The lake is stocked with trout and bass twice a year.
Residents over the age of 16 are required to have valid Pennsylvania fishing license with a trout stamp to fish in our lake. In addition, all persons fishing are required to have a valid PFCCA, Inc. badge with the current year’s amenities sticker. Pursuant to our administrative code, extended family members (children, grandchildren, parents) must be accompanied by the resident.
Keeping of bass is prohibited.

The property is on a corner lot and has a neighbor to one side of the house. The rear lot is a wooded area.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are three security cameras actively recording motion and sound. These devices are here for your safety as well as to secure the property. Exterior cameras are installed on Main Door (facing the street), Rear Deck (facing the backyard) and Garage (facing the driveway).

SEPTIC SYSTEM: Most homes in the Poconos are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason, nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing.

NOISE SENSITIVE: This is not a party house. We are located in a quiet, family-oriented residential community. Please help keep our neighbors and community happy. Quiet hours begin at 10pm and are strictly enforced.

We spent 2 years renovating every inch of this 5 Bd and 3 Ba Villa to make it the Oasis of the Poconos. Each room was designed with a different theme with the central theme being nature. But we went beyond designing a home. We envisioned an experience that will refresh you while connecting you with the earth, your loved ones, and yourself. Walk with us below through all the ways the property will wow you.

A HOT SPRING OASIS:
Journey down the deck and along the path to get to our 10ft tall modern farmhouse pergola. Underneath you will see seating and a 7 seater hot tub engrossed in a mini garden. The area has been perfectly set up for your relaxation. Walk comfortably barefoot on the straw carpet to lounge on the sectional or hop into the hot tub. Connect to our bass thumping outdoor bluetooth speakers to get your jams going. And when it hits night time, turn on the fairy lights and be teleported to a Poconos wonderland.

This space is our Magnum Opus and we are going to continue to improve upon it in the coming weeks. We'll be adding privacy walls, building a deck around the hot tub, and garden along the walls. So if you book now, it may look even better once you arrive!

A BACKYARD HAVEN:
You come to the Poconos to be outside. So our Villa makes outside fun and comfortable. Kick back on the deck around our gas fire pit while keeping cool under our large cantilever umbrella. Then step off the deck onto the grass & stone fields. In the day, enjoy badminton, pickleball, & cornhole. And when it gets dark, get around the wood firepit and find out who makes the best smores.

THE BEST LOUNGE EVER:
Tucked away in the back hallways of Villa Vincente is the Vincente Lounge. This lounge has all your entertainment needs. A 2-player gun arcade and a 4 player multi-game arcade. Then why go out to movies when you have movies at home? The front wall has a motorized 100" 4K projector paired with a state of the art sound system that makes the garage rumble! But you can't watch a movie without popcorn... and you won't! With over 40 flavors, enjoy our complimentary snack machines to make your own popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cones. And the party's just getting started. Clear the dance floor, connect your music to the Bluetooth, turn on the strobe lights, and get club Vincente bumping!

Our master bathroom was designed as a bathroom for royalty. We put in extra touches like LEDs in the niches, ceiling, and mirror. But we built it to be more than just a luxurious bathroom. Instead it will be your luxurious private spa. First, have your towel nice and toasty when you step out w/our towel warmer. Then use our indoor hot tub with an aromatherapy bubble bath to soothe away every ache and worry. Finally, dry off in your warm towel and step out w/our complimentary robes. You aren't just staying in the Poconos. You are reviving in the Poconos.

A SMART HOME THAT MATCHES YOUR VIBE:
This home is a smart home with lights on dimmers and voice activated scenes. Ambient lighting, show lights, and subtle nightlights come on at the right time to match your mood. Then turn the fireplace on with your voice using google home. But then say "Ok Google, Make it Cozy" to see the lights dim, music play in the background, and watch the house transform into a vibe!

STAY IN SHAPE WHILE YOU RELAX:
You took a vacation from work, not being healthy! (Well maybe a little bit lol.) So we built a bedroom with a gym & yoga studio in it. Use complimentary yoga mats with our mirror wall to rejuvenate your body. Or reinvigorate with our foldable exercise bike.

A VILLA BUILT FOR EVERYONE (BABIES & Disabled):
Like you, we have loved ones that we want around that have a hard time getting around. So the first floor of the house is completely ADA COMPLIANT. There are portable ramps you can move to get over the front entrance stairs. All doors downstairs are +32" wide. Finally, the downstairs shower has step free access, ADA toilet, & ADA grab bars around the shower & toilet.

And bring the little ones with no fear. We have all the amenities you need to take care of a baby. In the kitchen use our high chair and farmhouse baby bath. In the bedroom use our crib to sleep that can also be transformed into a changing table or play area. Finally, use our baby gate to keep them where they are supposed to be. So no matter whose in your party, this villa was built so that they can call it home.

VEHICLE REGISTRATION
Villa Vincente is located near Tobyhanna State Park, inside a gated community that requires all visitors to register their vehicles for your safety. I’ll walk you through the quick registration form—which takes about a minute to complete—and submit it on your behalf. The driveway at the property can accommodate up to 6 large vehicles or 8 small ones.
There is no street parking allowed by the community and violations come with a $100 fine.

☀ This includes fireworks on holidays, tennis & basketball courts, playgrounds, public lakes & beaches, splash houses, and community pools.
☀ The pools and beaches are open Memorial day, and then from mid-June to Mid-September. You will need to buy a 12$ wristband per person to get access to the pools, beaches, free kayak and paddle boat rentals, mini golf, corn hole, and bochi.

This listing provides access to 3 individual adjacent properties to be rented under one booking. The rental includes a House (3BR/2BA), a Cottage (1BR/1BA w/Loft), and a Cabin (2BR/1BA). All 3 properties are fully fenced in and included rear access between the properties. Each place included a Game/Rec Shed (Couch, foosball, arcade, yard games, beach chairs, and lake floats), Gas Grill, and an outdoor patio area w/ a Chimenea.

*Please note there is a $200 one-time dog fee which allows you to bring up to 5 dogs on the properties during your trip. We are dog lovers but ask that you keep your furry friends off the furniture and clean up after them for the sake of other renters. Waste bags provided from dispensers in backyards. Add your dogs to the reservation for the dog fee to be applied please.

Wally's House:

Warm and cozy with a touch of modern rustic flare best describes this newly renovated raised ranch lake house.

Inside, guests will find a brand new fully equipped kitchen ready for any cooking they plan to do. The living room adjacent to the kitchen includes a 42" Roku smart TV, an easy to use propane fireplace, games and a getaway guide that includes information on the property and local area. Also connected to the kitchen is a small but cozy dining room that can seat up to 6 guests.

Just through the rear door is the outside space. This may be one of the best aspects of the property. There is a huge custom chimenea right outside the backdoor perfect for roasting marshmallows. There is a gravel patio area that hosts a large picnic table for enjoying a nice outside dinner. Enjoy the light breeze from the the lake. Just above guests will love the Edison lights that make nights by the lake perfect and unforgettable. There is a newer 4 burner grill with provided propane.

When walking from the back on the left side of the house to the front, there is a brand new custom outdoor shower which is a crowd favorite. A little bit closer to the road is an area for trailer parking.

The entire backyard is fenced in for you to enjoy with your four legged friends.

Going back inside through the front entrance you will find a full bathroom which includes a washer/dryer which you are welcome to use. Laundry Pods are provided. Making your way upstairs there will another full bath straight at the end of the hallway dividing up the master bedroom from the 2 other bedrooms. There is a closet in each of the bedrooms, while the master includes a desk to get some work done if needed as well as a 32" smart TV. The master bedroom also includes and exterior entrance that allows you to walk right outside

Wally's Cottage:

Keeping the traditional cottage feel while meshing it with modern amenities and flare best describes this newly renovated cottage named after Wallenpaupack's Nickname "Wally".

You approach the front with a full length porch that has Adirondack chairs aside an antique ski lift from the old Vernon Valley Resort to relax in. Across the deck is a picnic table to enjoy a nice outdoor meal. Once inside, guests will find a brand new fully equipped kitchen ready for any cooking they plan to do. Updated Stainless Appliances including a dishwasher and Ice/Filtered drinking water are there for your comfort. The living room adjacent to the kitchen includes a 42" TV with Roku enabled. Below that is an easy to use propane fireplace (Turned off during Summer). Games located in the built-ins and guests will find a getaway guide which includes comprehensive information on the property and local area. Opposite corner of the living room you will find cozy dining room for 4 adjacent to the rear entry and spiral stairs.

Aside the dining room is full bathroom with a sliding glass enclosure. If you take the spiral stairs up you will enter the loft. This holds a Full and a Twin bed, while a desk is also available to get some work done if needed. The master bedroom below holds a Queen bed with a small closet behind the entrance door.

Just through the rear door is the outside space. This may be one of the best aspects of the property. There is a chimenea right outside the backdoor perfect for roasting marshmallows and hanging out. You'll also find comfortable chairs under the Edison lights to enjoy the light breeze from the the lake just down the road. A newer 4 burner grill is also on the patio with provided propane. The rear yard and Game Shed are fully fenced in which is perfect for children or your four legged friends. Last but not least is the 2-person Hot Tub for you to enjoy relaxing

Inside, guests will find a fully equipped Stainless Steel kitchen ready for any cooking they plan to do. The refrigerator has filtered drinking water and ice. The living room adjacent to the kitchen includes a 50" smart TV, Classic NES & PS1, and board games. Caty-corner to the couch and loveseat is a beautiful cast iron gas fireplace that turns on to keep you cozy with the flip of a switch. We leave custom getaway guides on the coffee table that includes information on the property and the local area with our personal recommendations. The living room coffee table doubles as a place to sit and eat in the offseason or enjoy a nice dinner outside at the picnic table in the warmer months. Enclosed in the larger couch is a full pullout sofa bed.

Just through the back door is the enclosed porch. There is a firepit right outside the back perfect for roasting marshmallows on a gravel patio and a picnic table adjacent. Enjoy the light breeze from the the lake under the Edison lights glazing overhead. Just adjacent to the rear sunroom is a 4-Person Hot tub ready to be enjoyed. Off the back deck is a new 4 burner Weber grill with provided propane. To the right of the house/driveway is an area for boat/snowmobile trailer parking.

Going back inside through the living room is a quaint hallway. To the left of the rear hallway there is a master bedroom (Queen) and to the right is a second bedroom (Bunk with Twin top/Bottom Full). There is a closet in each of the bedrooms as well as a dresser.

There are 5 kayaks and a double-person canoe at the compound that can be launched at the public boat launch a short drive away (You must transport).

We do not provide firewood, but out front is a self service station with wood for sale provided by a local company (Cash or electronic payment) . This way you don't have to worry about to transporting it.

There is no lake access with the property. You must use the public beach 5 minutes away or the public Launch.

If you are looking for baby gear suh as pack-n-plays, high chairs, ect. We have a partnership with a local supplier that can deliver and even set them up at the property for you to use during your stay. Just let us know.
