Foxwoods Resort and Casino is less then a 20 minute drive, as well as downtown Mystic Ct, Mystic Aquarium, and Mystic Seaport. We are less than 30 minutes from the Connecticut shoreline and Rhode Island beaches.

The Connecticut Wine Trail is always fun to explore, and many vineyards are close by. The CT Wine Trail is one of the most exciting and fastest growing wine regions in the United States. A tremendous variety of wine and stunning scenery are to be enjoyed as you make your way to each vineyard, tasting and getting your passport stamped!

NORWICH PUBLIC GOLF COURSE

A municipal golf course owned by the City of Norwich and open to the public. Featuring a challenging 6,228 yard design constructed over undulating terrain playing to a par of 71 from the longest tees. The course rating is 70.0 and has a slope rating of 131 on Rye grass fairways. Designed by Architects Tull & Tull, the Norwich golf course opened in 1926. Norwich Public Golf Course is located adjacent to the Villas.

We are accessible by plane, train, car, and even by boat! We are less than a 25 minute drive from the Shoreline East train station located at 27 Water Street in New London. If your arriving by train or plane, and do not have your own car. Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are available in and around the area. We are located just one hour from Bradley International Airport. The Cross Sound Ferry offers year round vehicle, truck, and passenger ferry service between Orient Point, Long Island, New York and New London, Connecticut. There is just one bathroom with a missing window shade that faces the front of the house that one guest was uncomfortable about but it wasn’t a problem just showering in one of the other two instead. Although we didn’t get the time to put to use, there are beach passes and life vests provided with kayaks in the yard that makes it a bonus. Host was very responsive to our needs and questions!"

A municipal golf course owned by the City of Norwich and open to the public. The course rating is 70.0 and has a slope rating of 131 on Rye grass fairways. Designed by Architects Tull & Tull, the Norwich golf course opened in 1926. The Cross Sound Ferry offers year round vehicle, truck, and passenger ferry service between Orient Point, Long Island, New York and New London, Connecticut. The Cross Sound Ferry offers year round vehicle, truck, and passenger ferry service between Orient Point, Long Island, New York and New London, Connecticut. The New London port also offers day trips, scenic tours, and ferry service to Block Island, Rhode Island.

Our large and luxurious home is open to your small group for its enjoyment and relaxation. The house will be available for groups up to 8 persons, with a preference for guest stays between 4 and 6 persons. Additional guests will be permitted at the property for the duration of your stay.

- "I like the quiet and peaceful setting the place was a litte smaller than it sounded, the people were friendly and kind if i was to do this again i would perfer bigger accommodations . I enjoyed the pool & hottub we had a very good stay" - "We had previously stayed in a different unit in this complex. We were very happy with the other unit and we understood what the set up was like. We were going to Mohegan Sun and the location is very convenient.I was sent notifications that I needed to verify my identity. I needed to submit a license,a photo and either a 15 fee if I chose to have them hold money on my credit card or a 35 fee if not. I never saw anything in the listing about additional fees so I didn’t care for that. I requested an early check-in as we sometimes do and was told it would be a 30 fee.. That’s the first time I’ve ever been asked to pay a fee for an early check-in. I declined and they said the room is usually ready at 3PM.. we arrived in the area about 10 of 3 so we went to the complex to wait to get the notification that it was ready and which unit it was because we were not told that in advance. After waiting until 315 we decided to go to the casino. I kept checking my Vrbo app, emails and texts but never received a notification until 4:02 as to which room and how to get in. Not that big of a deal as check in was 4PM, but it felt I should’ve been told something a little ahead . The apartment was fine, but not kept up such as the old carpeting had bleached stains. The side of the counter had come off, but the worst part was the smell of mold or mildew that caused two of us to have a bad reaction with our allergies little ahead."
