We made use of the fire pit and had some nice memories there and on the paddle boards. Water wasn’t as cold as we thought either! All in all, really nice. Hope we left it in good order. There was more than enough space for 11 of us (4 extra beds than we needed!!) and the property was absolutely decked out with everything you could need. We swam, we played volleyball, we had a family archery contest, we ate outside on a long, handmade table that looked like it was from a “country living magazine”…. There was lazy morning coffee on the front porch, late night hangouts on the back deck, a sunken bathtub…. books and artwork galore… this home is a well maintained, storybook place and was perfect for a family reunion. Any concerns I had based on previous reviews were put to rest immediately - ignore them! The water was lovely and tasted great, dishwasher worked fine, everything was comfortable. 100% would stay again (and maybe again and again!)"

- "Property was very nice. Our villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Good value for what we had. Only issue was shower water didn't get very hot and heaters made a lot of noise. We had no complaints about the outside pool which was was large and clean. The children's playground could be expanded and updated. Tennis courts are in need of repair. The remainder of the property fine. We enjoyed walking the area."

The only downside is some of the nights we would hear a loud noise in the walls, I’m not sure if it came from the water heater, furnace or what exactly it was. It wouldn’t make me not stay there again, but I will admit it was a little annoying. I never mentioned anything to the property manager about it."

The first and second floors of the house comprise 5,500 square feet/five hundred square meters. Each bedroom has its own en-suite luxury marble bath or half bath - a 4 or 6 piece bath adjoining the two master suites, and a half bath dedicated to each family bedroom.

The entry-level main floor is comprised of a suite of flowing, open rooms - a gracious 30’ entryway full of art, a huge gourmet kitchen filled with light with table space for 10 to enjoy breakfast together or prepare a meal as a group. The house is situated on twenty-five private acres with a view to the ridge 4 miles beyond. Nearby neighbors - a quarter mile away - are completely screened by trees. Many days, you feel that you are alone in the world! Birdsong and the wind in the trees are your constant companions.

The entire estate has a timeless quality that usually comes only from generations of family and many renovations. The property borders a twenty-foot wide, crystal clear river for half a mile, which you can hear from most rooms until hard-freeze in winter. There is a swimmable pool area under one of the two waterfalls, directly below the house.

Pinnacle D02 is a lovely two-bedroom, two-bath unit that is both perfect for families and couples. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a single over a full and there is a pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, electric oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffee maker. The living room has a gas fireplace with plenty of seating for your party. The unit also has a balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air. For entertainment there are flat screen tv's and Wi-Fi throughout the unit. A front loading washer/dryer is located in the secondary bathroom. Complementary parking is available onsite.
