Walk to grocery, health food store, beaches and hiking, or a very short drive to Close to bike path as well. Other features include heated marble bathroom floors, full tub/shower, washer/dryer. Full mini kitchen includes small freezer/refrigerator, full size sink, large toaster oven, crock pot, 2 burner hot plate, dishes/pots/utensils, keurig coffee maker and pods, french press and fresh ground coffee, tea kettle and tea. There is a very comfy murphy bed, very easy pull down-place up, and in the up position has a roomy desk and shelves that you can leave your things on when you lower the bed. Also a smart t.v. ( no cable ) wireless internet, and an electric fireplace for ambiance and additional heat.

Look closely and you will find that most of the furniture is designed from the barn's old window shutters and antique wide plank heart pine found in the attic from 1840's. The kitchen counters are hand crafted from extinct American chestnut and antique oak, sourced from a local 1790's barn.

A bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a brand new (July 2020) queen sleeper sofa and a bath with shower will ensure a comfortable stay.

Our studio apartment is located minutes from Bennington College, and sits on 7 acres of land in the Grn. Mtn. National Forest. It's on the second floor of our home (above the garage) through a private entrance with a personal deck and outdoor seating. Take an afternoon stroll to the Mile Around Woods, or day hike to the white rocks! Walk the Ninja trail from the college to see the historic covered bridges, or drive 20-30 miles N to enjoy Vermont's best skiing, and shopping at designer outlets!

The space
This studio apartment has a private entrance to the right of the house up a flight of well lit stairs. NEW STAIRS AND DECK JUST BUILT! NEWLY FINISHED WOOD FLOORS AND FRESH PAINT IN APARTMENT!! There is a queen bed for 2 guests, but also will accommodate an additional guest to sleep on the couch for a small nightly fee.

- Enjoy the plush bath towels and lux sheets. Extra pillows and blankets in closet.

- There is a drip coffee maker with a reusable filter basket.

- Our Wifi booster works great in the space- the latest speed test results: 144 mbps download. 11.7 mbps upload. Latency: 16 ms. "Should be able to handle multiple devices streaming HD videos, video conferencing, and gaming at the same time. "

- Bathroom does not have an outlet, oddly enough, so you'll find the hair dryer in the closet. There is an outlet in the closet near the vacuum, and a mirror on the inside of the door.

- We do have a septic system so please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper!

- House rules:
1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND INSIDE APARTMENT, OR OUTSIDE ON DECK WHILE DOORS OR WINDOWS ARE OPEN ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE.

4. NO PETS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. We have pets that may not get along with all other animals.

6. DO NOT LET OUR PETS INTO THE APARTMENT. Franky, our black and white cat may come say hello.

We have three dogs: Cooper-likes to bark and jump, Blake- a little nervous around people, and Rockstar- a yippy chihuahua. The two bigger dogs have a wireless fence that should prevent them from entering the driveway and the guest space. Please do not come to our front door, as this is dog territory. The space
This apartment is a ground floor apartment in a partially converted barn. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a separate sleeping area with a full bed. The space is relatively accessible, with an ADA compliant ramp to get into the apartment, a walk-in shower with a 2" step, and only one low step to get from the bathroom to the second sleeping area. Shower chair and commode to raise the toilet are available if needed. The subfloor is concrete and although it's covered with carpet and linoleum it can get chilly even when the heat is on, so it's a good idea to have slippers with you if your toes get cold easily!
Our home is also on the property, across the driveway from the barn.
Please note that due to our rural location and the fact that some of the building is still a barn, bugs may find their way into the apartment. Please let us know if you encounter any undesired wildlife and we'll work with you to remedy the problem in a satisfactory manner.

Please note: The condo is doing work on the roof scheduled to end mid-nov 2025. The entrance is now by the top portion of the building, by the outdoor pool. You will need to be able to use stairs to enter. The patio is not available while the roof work is ongoing. There will be construction on the roof 7am-5pm Spring, Summer and Fall.

The space
Our apartment is a cozy rustic getaway perfect for two! Our guests park inside a car port which protects from snow and rain - makes getting up and out a breeze. The apartment has a private entrance and we provide our guests with a key so they can come and go as they please. The living room has a comfortable sectional couch with chase and a 60" flat screen TV, Xfinity Live TV and WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, full range and fridge. They have control of the heat temperature and the unit is located next to the fridge. There is complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The breakfast nook is perfect for cooking, eating, gathering or working. The bathroom shower is roomy and water pressure is good. We include fresh towels, linens, toiletries, iron and hairdryer. The owner lives in the main house upstairs.

Guest access
Guests have their own private entrance and are provided a key upon check-in so they can come and go as they please. Guests have access to entire apartment.

Other things to note
Check-in is at 3pm. Should you require early check-in or late check-out and it is possible there will be an additional charge of $50. There is a charge of $150 per night for each additional guest over the 2 guest maximum.

Welcome to historic Jericho center, one of the most picturesque villages in VT! Centrally located in the village, steps from the country store and commons. 10 minutes to Underhill, 25 minutes to Burlington, 30 Minutes to Smugglers Notch. Updated apartment with king size bed, parking, lovely yard, coffee and internet.

Park right in front of the door and walk on in using your key code. Private entrance and easy to find for a no hassle check in.

The country store is located 4 houses down. They have a great deli, and coffee bar.
Take a walk or drive up beautiful Bolger Hill Rd.

Terrific one bedroom with separate entrance. Bright & airy grand room with cathedral ceiling. There is a living room area with pull out couch, fully equipped kitchen, desk/office area, and dining area with large table. Bedroom is a separate, cozy room. Enjoy watching the sunset through large windows that lead out to a private balcony. Wifi and wifi calling. TV with Netflix, HBO & Hulu. Belmont is a hamlet town only 15 minutes from Okemo. Beautiful walks right out your door. AWD recommended.

The space
Creative space. Come and relax, read, write and cook. There are some local restaurants that are fabulous.

Guest access
Guests enter via the door aside the garage, with the porch light on. Co-host will message with additional info a day ahead of check-in, and be available whenever you have questions or may need something. We want you to enjoy the house!

There have been comments about the bathroom walls being unfinished in the past. We recently painted it and it looks great.
