In the rural woods of Vermont, The All Trails Bunkroom can accommodate 8 people and may hold up to 12 people total in this two level renovated barn. There is a small seating area and a large upper deck that over looks the property. On 40 acres of land, complete with walking trails and a pond to sit by. The owners live on property with their dogs, ducks & chickens. All bunks are first come first serve.

The space
This two level renovated barn offers two private rooms, a bunkroom of 8 beds (4 bunk beds) with a small seating area, and a large upper deck that looks over the property with views of wild sunsets. *All bunks are first come, first serve. We do not hold top or bottom bunks for guests.* There is a bathroom with two private toilets and showers. There is a small kitchenette with a sink, toaster oven, 10.1 cubic fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. In another nearby building (the lodge), there is a kitchen which is shared with the two other treehouse lodging accommodations. We have a microwave, flat-top griddle, outdoor grill, toaster oven, pizza pizzaz, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle for you to use. The oven and stove can be used from 5am-9pm. To use you must turn the hood on. Enter the code provided in the kitchen by pressing- top right button (reset), top left (up), then bottom right (enter) 4x. Then the stove/oven can be used. It will automatically turn off after 2 hours of use. All ingredients in the kitchen are OFF LIMITS. Please be prepared to bring your own foods/beverages that you wish to have during your stay. If you need more space than what a 10.1 cubic fridge can hold, please be prepared to bring your own cooler.

Please note that the Wise Pine's check-in office is a closed-off room in the bunkhouse with its own entrance in the back of the building.

The Bunkhouse is spaced out from, but shares land with 2 treehouses (used as other lodging accommodations), and a nearby common building that is a shared space for all guests to relax, eat, and attend studio events.

Important to note about your farm stay: The animal fence is *LIVE*.

Guest access
There is a key code for the front door. Check In is from 2-9pm.

The closest small town with main street storefronts of Woodstock is about a 5 minute drive. A personal vehicle is required to get around the area (preferably one with 4WD and, seasonally, all-season/snow tires as we do live on a winding dirt road and have a steep driveway). The town of Woodstock has paid street parking.

Wise Pines is in a rural, wooded location. The drive forks, stay to the right and follow the road to main office (in the back of the barn- building with the red roof). Guests are able to park directly in front to check-in and unload their belongings (so long as there is room to pass). After checking in, we will ask you to move your car to the main guest parking area behind the garage where the driveway forked, about a 2-minute walk/600ft away. The barn is allotted 6 vehicles per reservation, but only 2 may park directly in front of the Barn.

Other things to note
The owners live in a separate house on the property with dogs that roam freely. (They are friendly but may bark upon your arrival and come running quickly- they are just wanting to say hi even though it may seem otherwise!)

The Wise Pine's check-in office is a closed-off room in the barn with it's own entrance in the back of the building. Check in is at 2:00pm and check out is by 11:00am. Please let us know if you need exceptions made.

The property is in the woods rustic woods of Vermont, amongst all of its seasons. Please note that we do our best to maintain the property as weather arises, but the walkways, some of which are a bit steep, may be snowy, icy or otherwise. Please come prepared with a vehicle and shoes that are suited for the season of your arrival (mud, snow and ice) for both our property and the town road we live on. Checking in during daylight hours is advised.

There is only ONE lower bunk bed that is dog friendly as well as ONE of the private room beds. We ask that all dogs be leashed when not within a building. There is a $25 pet fee per dog. Cats and other animals are PROHIBITED. Also note that there is a *LIVE* electric fence that surrounds our chickens and ducks.

Laundry units are available in the lodge. Please be prepared to bring your own detergent, should you need to use them.

Please note that there is no cell phone service on the property. Be sure to turn on your WiFi calling PRIOR to arriving (while in cell range) so that you are able to make phone calls and text while here.

While our physical address is in Hartland, our mailing address and the address GPS will guide you to Woodstock.
