The owners live in the upstairs unit and normally work from home. The family moving business is run out of the barn and has a few employees that may be on the property in the mornings or afternoons.

This home from 1876 has been fully remodeled. A combination of history and modern features. Well insulated walls, double pained windows and high efficiency LED lighting will keep you comfortable year round.

PLEASE READ:
The home is located on the main road in our small town which has the advantage of easy access. Especially with snow removal in the winter. Depending on the time and day, there may be some TRAFFIC NOISE. I provide earplugs and a white noise machine in each bedroom if needed.
