We had a lovely convo with Rob and Margit during our breakfast and they gave us free guest passes for the Currier Museum of Art just a couple blocks down the street from the Inn, whom they have a partnership with as a local business. We went after checking out and it was a perfect way to end our wonderful trip!!"

Our old home in the shadow of Cannon and Kinsman Mountains is, as one guest said, “as comfortable as your old slippers.” We await your arrival. Come in the winter for skiing, snowshoeing or hiking. Summer finds guests exploring the area by foot, bicycle, or car and sitting on the front porch as the sun sets. And of course in the fall, Mother Nature paints our trees glorious shades from her palette for all to see whether from the mountain tops as you hike or the valleys as you drive.

The space
The bedrooms are not pretentious by any means, but are comfortable and clean. Cannon is a corner room that sleeps up to 2 people in one queen bed. Guest will share the use of three full and one half baths. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The first floor belongs to all. The dining room is bright and large. The fireplace room is a welcome retreat on a cold winter’s day and the parlor on the north end has been made more comfortable with the addition of a gas-fired stove. This room also has a TV with satellite dish antenna. In the warmer months, the front porch facing west becomes the favorite spot to sit, or even enjoy a meal. All are welcome to pass through, and even linger in the spacious kitchen facing the mountains.

Children are welcome, as are your pets, well mannered we’re sure. We would like to know in advance if you plan to bring Fido and/or Whiskers. We provide free hi-speed wireless internet access.

A full-breakfast is included in your rate and includes eggs cooked-to-order, fresh fruit, homemade muffins and a daily selection of pancakes, waffles or French toast.

We have hosted two wedding receptions, a farewell party, a wedding rehearsal dinner and a family reunion for which the whole house was rented. Our back yard can accommodate a tent up to 40 x 100 feet and the kitchen may be used by a caterer.

Welcome to the Wolfeboro Guesthouse; a fully renovated and customized home with modern updates that exude charm and character! The LLBean Room is a middle room on the second floor with a fireplace (electric) and mounted TV. The house features include a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a butler's pantry with a coffee bar, a dining room, and two porches. The bath is shared, but a private bath may be possible. The space
The property is conveniently located; it is a 6 minute drive to downtown and Brewster Academy, a 20 minute drive to Gunstock, 10 minutes to Albenaki Ski area, and 12 minutes to Mount Major. The house sits on 25 acres and in the morning, deer are often seen in the field. The house is a turn of the twentieth century gem and was the home of a former camp for girls.
The house was built in 1900 and is an enchanting testament to its rich history and architectural wonder, but, as a result, it is not handicapped accessible. It has many stairs and steps throughout the house. All the bedrooms require stairs and there are steps on the first floor as well. There is a step leading from the kitchen to the hallway/coffee bar/butler's pantry. There is also a step from the hallway leading to the office area on the first floor. There is also a step leading out to the front, enclosed porch. Additionally, there are steps leading to the house.

Guest access
Guests are welcome in the common areas including the living room, the dining room and the coffee bar. With prior approval from the host, guests may possibly have some kitchen access.

Mountain Fare Inn - Room #5 has a Queen bed. Room #4, that has a twin bed across the hall and shares bath, can be added for an additional charge. Great for a family of 3! Come stay at our classic New England Ski Lodge! Located in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Having spent many years as a rock and ice climbers visiting, and then living, in the beautiful Mount Washington Valley. My wife and I picked this property specifically due to the beauty and proximity to the all the recreational opportunities this area affords. We built this house from ground up, stud-by-stud. It was a long exhausting journey for us, but well worth it.

The space
This space is located above the garage and about twenty feet away from the house. It has its own kitchen and bathroom and is a great place to get away with your significant other. The views are fantastic!

Other things to note
The guest suite is a above our garage and it’s a separate building 20 feet away from our main house. Sometime there is a chance that will have guests staying over at the main house while your stay.
