There was no bedding for the pull out couch (pillows, sheets, blankets). There were no washcloths and coffee pot was dirty. The porch that it showed in the advertisement had patio furniture with an umbrella that was off to the side of the house with no umbrella. Also, it did not state the home was between at least three separate rentals. We went back to the home only to sleep each day. It was a family or friends out on the deck furniture I’m assuming they put up there themselves right outside of our door. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and storage in bedrooms. It was equipped with a hairdryer, iron, air fryer, coffee, pot, toaster, and all cookware plates, cups, etc.. I did send a message immediately to the property owner of I believe with my concerns and they did drop off sheets for the pullout, no blanket or pillows and only 4 wash cloths. There was no detergent in the laundry area so we had to use hand towels for washing after the four were used the first day. They did get back to me immediately with my concern and appreciated me reaching out as they said they had a new cleaning crew and was grateful for the input."

The unit itself was updated and decorated simple. The property itself is extremely run down starting with pulling into a very dark driveway leading into a small dirt lot with a very large work truck parked in the entrance way and several other cars taking up most the lot. Construction materials laid out all around the property and parking lot. Broken fence and uneven grounds moving around the parking lot. On rainy days the dirt sand tracks into your unit and leaves your vehicle a big mess tracking the sand dirt into your car. When told we’re to park my husband felt it was in harms way of the other 2 cars backing out of the lot so we squeezed the car in the best way we felt it would be safe. Wasn’t leaving the judgement of a property owner not on site and leaving that decision to other tenants who could possibly hit our car backing out because of the lack of space. We got in late so we went right to bed. However we could hear all the cars and sirens of vehicles passing off the main road in front. In the morning we heard upstairs noise and every time someone walked out the front door of the home because the bedroom was right next to the front door. My husband was able to make breakfast however we were left with 2 dirty smelling sponges to wash what dishes we used and clean up. A new sponge was not provided. The refrigerator does not produce ice or water. We were out all day however when we returned we returned to ROACHES crawling in the kitchen."
