- "Location of cottage was perfect. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and convenience store but on the quieter end of town, which I appreciated. The shower being located in one of the bedrooms was a little funky, but we made it work. Cottage had all the basics you need to start your stay. Outdoor seating was nice after a day at the beach or pre dinner while waiting for everyone to get ready but I didn’t realize it was more of a community area (people from other rentals using the grill in that space etc.) Owner was very responsive, parking was well explained and smooth. Would definitely stay again!"

More than 4 adults would be pushing it. It's about 5 houses down from the beach. Easily walkable for Sunrise, lunch and anything you forgot to bring down to the beach. Hampton Beach is within 5 minutes from our property and the boardwalk is right across the road. All of Hampton’s main attractions are within walking distance from our home. This includes arcade games, food, and shopping. There are often live performances nearby, and there are also vendors for surfing, boating, and whale watching. While you’re close enough to enjoy all that Hampton has to offer, you’ll also be far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet from the traffic and noise.

Our home has been newly renovated and updated to provide you with a beautiful and modern space during your stay. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to cook and includes efficiency appliances, including a dishwasher! The top floor has a queen bed, loveseat, walk-in closet and great views of the sunrise, overlooking the head of the lake. There is an adjustable standing or sitting desk which provides an excellent spot to overlook the lake while getting work done!

The middle floor consists of the fully equipped custom kitchen and dining area including a table with a couch and four stools, a twin day bed and full bathroom.

The bottom floor has a pull out double bed, flat screen TV and free use of the washer and dryer. A wooden sliding door separates this room from the entrance of the house.

The private dock is a 50' walk from the house. Look both ways when crossing the scenic road which provides access to the houses on the North end of the lake. The house comes equipped with a two person kayak, life jackets and paddles. If you plan to bring your own boat, The public boat ramp is less than a quarter mile before the house. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the other guests in neighboring cabins. Nancy was accessible and made it a point to come by to introduce herself, made great dinner reservations. Highly recommend. Also, if you stay here, you must go see Bob at the Northwood Diner. Best breakfast in town only 3 minutes up the road."

Our cottage is seasonal and does not have a main heating source. However, space heaters are available to keep you cozy on cooler evenings. We recommend checking the average temperatures for your stay.

Our lake house offers a unique experience with rates that adjust according to the season, ensuring you enjoy the best of our location year-round. Each season brings its own charm, and our pricing reflects the demand and amenities available during those times. During the summer you have access to the lake for swimming, sunbathing, and kayaking if you have one. During the autumn season you can enjoy the fall foliage and leaf peeping!

Mindful Water Use – Our cottage is an older home with lakeside plumbing, so to keep everything running smoothly, we kindly ask guests to flush only when necessary. Absolutely no female sanitary products should be flushed.

Cleaning & Linens – A cleaning fee covers the property turnover after your stay. If you're staying longer than a week and would like fresh linens, let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you (additional charge applies).

Parking – Our crushed stone driveway accommodates up to two cars. To preserve the space and maintain easy access, please avoid pulling all the way forward when parking. Thank you!

Security Cameras – For your safety and peace of mind, security cameras are located at the driveway and back door.

Grill & Propane
A grill and propane tank are provided for outdoor cooking. If the propane runs out during your stay, guests are responsible for refilling it. Shaw’s Supermarket, just a few miles away, offers convenient propane swaps.

For your convenience, a grill is available for use. We kindly ask that you respect other guests by keeping the grill cleaned after use. The space
The property is on a Lake and is a contemporary house with a large West facing wrap around deck. The house has panoramic Windows onto the deck with sliding doors, giving fantastic views of the Lake. Even in storms and when it is snowing it is amazing to view the lake and mountains from the snug house. There is a new log effect fire with comfy sofas to gather around on, with choices of flame colours! We supply a large Smart TV and sound bar to watch movies, and relax after a day outside. Desk to set up computer and work from, steps away from the deck for breaks.

Ample free parking adjacent to the house in the driveway.

King Pine Ski Resort is a short drive about 5 miles, and Cranmore Mountain Resort is approx. 20 miles from the house. This is a great base for all activity holidays with so many locations close by, including easy beautiful walks from the back-door! We are adjacent to several cross country ski trails.

The lake is crystal clear in summer, wonderful to swim and laze in. Winter brings snow and usually the lake freezes, with fishermen setting up ice huts on the lake. Skating is usually possible on the lake with snow shoeing from the house.

The house benefits from very fast fibre optic cable wireless Wi-Fi, which is great for night time movie watching or keeping up to date with work. Multiple users can be on without loss of speed. The house telephone has unlimited worldwide calling. The house number is available for distribution if you wish to give it out to your friends and family to contact you.

The house has a master bedroom with a queen bed. A second bedroom with queen bed and bunk beds. All queen and lower bunk beds are made for you upon arrival and we supply towels and bathrobes for use in the house. Please be accurate with guest numbers as the number beds made and towels left are based upon this information.

The shower room was recently remodelled and is bright and modern, with a powerful shower.

The interior is open plan with a kitchen, dining room area and living area overlooking the beach and lake. It benefits from an electrical effect working fireplace, with sofas around it. Easy to use and control the heat.

The house is family and pet friendly.

All the beds are under 5 years old, with the master bedroom mattress being replaced in January 2021. We employ professional cleaners to keep the house fresh and smart. The house is orientated to the West and sunsets can be enjoyed from the deck, or inside.

BBQ-Grill/FIREPITS
There is a gas cylinder BBQ grill close to the sliding doors at the rear of the property, overlooking the lake. We supply propane BBQ gas between the months of May and September. We don't monitor the BBQ which is at the side of the house in the winter months but the unit is readily available and accessible for you to use. We have two fire pits one by the rear of the house, and one down the steps on the private beach. Perfect to sit around and toast smores, have laughs and tell stories. Wood can be found in the forests nearby, purchased locally or you can of course being your own.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is modern with new appliances including an ice maker and dishwasher. It has 2 coffee makers both pods and filter, kettle and toaster. A lovely buffet with wine glasses ready for a relaxing evening. There is a separate laundry room with state of the art washer and dryer. In these uncertain Covid times we do not supply any food items in the Kitchen: oils, pepper. spices, dried herbs etc. Please do come prepared with your own produce.

HEATING
The house has propane fuelled forced air heating and air conditioning. This was recently installed and heats very quickly. It is operated off a nest thermostat which is easy to control by yourselves to your preferred temperature setting. The electric "log fire " also heats the living areas and is cosy to sit around

COOLING
There is an a/c unit in the living room area which cools the house. We also supply fans.

BEACH
This is a private lake beach used only by this house. It has an aluminium dock, in the summer months. It is accessed down a flight of steps down from the house.

This is a great area, to sit and star gaze at night and have cozy get-togethers, summer and Winter. We ask you bring your own beach towels please, but if this is not possible then please ask us to supply some, no charge. It’s just that towels can get stained by outdoor use and we keep the house towels fresh and white!!

BOATS. The lake can take motor boats, and they can be put-in at the local Marina for a small fee. Please check and make arrangements in advance of staying. Boats can be moored on our dock. We would ask all trailers are kept at the marina or on the actual driveway, not on the road or grass at the top, we have the space for parking.

WIFI AND SMART TV
The Wi-Fi is very fast fibre optic and several people can work off it without loss of speed for work or movies etc. We have upgraded to the fastest speed available in this area, and it’s fast! We have a large smart TV and sound bar to watch movies or your skiing, canoe or other adventures, from a GoPro!! The photos in this listing, include a floor plan. It is mostly laid out on one floor.

MEALS
Given our rural location having meals prepared is of interest to guests and we are able to accomodate this. Please ask for out meals information. We do not sell or serve any alcohol.

Guest access
The house and private lake beach are set in a forest near ponds and rivers. You have exclusive use of the whole property and the private beach. The lake water is crystal clear for swimming or a canoe ride, directly from the house.

Please be accurate with guest numbers as we supply linens and towels based on the guests stated as arriving. Extra guests can be accommodated but we need to know to make the appropriate provisions available.

This is a service we offer, for groceries to be in the Kitchen upon your arrival and we can also shop during your stay if you need us to. You produce the shopping list. Together online we approximate the cost and this amount is transferred to me via the Airbnb system. We agree a fee for my shopper, based upon the amount of shopping and time needed, and then the balance is paid. There is a minimum fee for the shopper of $30.00.

The shopping is usually done in North Conway and there are a variety of stores: Shaws, Walmart and Hannaford being the main ones. There are also independent smaller wholefood type shops and these can be found with a search online.

FOOD SERVICES The service of meals is available but needs to be preplanned as we are in a very rural area.

BEDLINEN
We provide robes to relax in and all bed linen and towels. We use duvets and launder the covers but use them European style without a top sheet. We make up the two queen beds but if your group need the bunks we leave the linen folded ready for you make upon arrival.

On departure day if you can strip the beds you used it helps speed up the cleaning process and we thank you for that.

DEPARTURE DAY
In order to prepare for the next guests arriving we ask that on departure day you leave by 11am. We try to accommodate early and late check ins when we can but please do clear that with us first. Having the house thoroughly and completely clean for your arrival is a priority. We don’t put the cleaners under time pressure. Especially important in this difficult time.

GUEST NUMBERS
Please be accurate with guest numbers and enter the actual number staying. If you have your own guests/friends coming to stay they must be entered into your guest number booking information please. The booking system allows you to increase guest numbers. We appreciate that numbers sometimes increase but we must be told for the provision of bedlinen. If we are not the pillows, duvets, and mattress protectors all go to a laundry and incur additional fees. The base starting number is 2 people. Any additional guests over the 2 are charged $42 in the booking calculation per person per night.

TRASH
Please take it home, or to The Freedom Transfer Station . We do not have trash removal at the house as we are very rural. If it is left we have to engage a trash removal service at your expense

Newly remodeled cozy cottage sitting on Meredith Bay. Two bedrooms with an additional sleeping loft. Amenities include all new hardwood floors, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tiled shower. Walking distance to Downtown Meredith (Mills Falls) where you can find various restaurants, ice cream pallor and bars. Short drive to White Mountains, various skiing resorts within 30 mins, and golf courses close by. Enjoy swimming and spectacular sunsets.

Other things to note
Cottage consists of 2 main floor bedrooms. The "master" has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed. The sleeping loft is accessed by ladder and has 3 twin size mattresses. Due to low ceiling height, the sleeping loft may be best suited for children.

Please be aware that home owners do have a dog and make every effort to keep it a pet hair free environment .

This cozy cottage sits 20 ft from Pequawket Pond. We are the only cottage in this association that has 2 floors and directly on the pond. It has a spiral staircase that leads downstairs to the bedroom downstairs with walk out access. We are located within minutes to the Mount Washington Valley and all the amenities the valley has to offer. Ski resorts galore!

We also have a kayak and 2 paddle boards available for our guests to use!

The space
This cottage has been newly remodeled inside and out and decorated. We completely updated This Cottage to offer a small kitchen for your family. We also have an electric fireplace for a more romantic time. Our cottage offers a queen sized bed with bunk beds down stairs as well as a pull out tempurpedic couch on the main floor. Guests may also use our gas grill and fire pit but you must bring your own wood. So after a day of great shopping and site-seeing come and relax by the fireplace. You may even use our 2 person Kayak. All we ask is that you wear a life jacket.

The cottage has been completely renovated. Barn door leading to the subway tile shower with glass door. Stainless steal appliances with granite countertops, finished with a subway tile back splash. There is a queen sized bed and couch in this spacious floor plan. Brand new outdoor furniture, patio, and grill.

2 Brand new Paddle Boards and a 2 person kayak will be free to use.

We also own cottage number 6, which is next door. These cottages can be rented together if they are both available at the same time just ask in your message.

The Shower isn't the tallest so if you are 6' 2" or above it will be tricky but the shower does have a wand to make it a little easier.

Please note this is an HOA, so there are other cottages nearby. People come and go and there are some shared areas. Cottage number 6 also will have access to this cottage's shed to use the paddle boards.

The camp features a fully equipped kitchen, grill, large back deck, and a screened-in front porch for relaxation. Minutes away from Bank of NH Pavilion for concerts, Tilton Outlets, Gunstock, NH speedway and Lake Winnipesaukee. Pet-friendly with a relaxing hot tub in the back. Perfect for a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway in nature!

The space
Sun drenched renovated one bedroom with screened in porch for year round use. Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials - including a blender & toaster oven. Cozy bedroom with a Queen mattress, generous size closet and plenty of sunlight. The living room has a new Ashley Furniture Queen sleeper pull out couch. Extremely fast Wifi which is great for streaming. Private hot tub, fire pit, deck with chairs/table and a bbq grill! Large back yard which makes it great for bringing pets!

We are a small HOA on Spofford Lake consisting of 14 cottages. All of our cottages come equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom with shower. We have heat for cold nights and AC for the hot nights.

Guest access
Guests are invited to use all outdoor picnic areas, BBQ grills, the beach, kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, life vests and beach toys.

***Visitors of our guests are not permitted on the beach***

We offer daily boat slip rentals for $15/day. Some of our cottages allow dogs. Please visit our dog policy. A dog fee of $100 will be added to your booking. (This Settlers cottage does NOT allow pets)

The space
Little Red, is located in a friendly neighborhood within 100 ft of walking distance to a privately shared beach, for fishing, boating, kayaking, snowmobiling, ice fishing, ice skating, to enjoy the lake year round! BIP has a Boat access for fishing, see the BIP website for information on how to get a pass.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire premises including the beach access. There are 2 kayaks and life vests available for my guests. I also usually have floats available as well as, beach toys. There is a grill on the deck, with furniture to have cookouts, the yard is equipped with a fire pit, which the wood is supplied for my renters @ $5 a bundle fee. There is a mail box in the shed for your convenience to pay, I also have Venmo which is Addressed on the box. I supply the wood to make it one less thing my guests need to worry about. I expect the guest to be honest about the usage of the wood. The wood is written down per bundle usage per stay in the box. I Thank you for your cooperation and appreciate all the honest people that are appreciative to have the wood available.
There’s horse shoes for yard fun.
In the winter months there is a cozy fireplace to cuddle up around, and a pellet stove for use in the finished basement. Both wood & Pellets are supplied. Pellets are free, wood is $5 a bundle. Located in the shed. Enjoy a movie or just relax. Our guest can enjoy the complimentary wifi available to available to our at no cost.
